Long narrow cafe with about 10 tables outside in the main street. Super friendly service, accompanied by an offer to carry the tray outside. Straightforward food to carry you through the day, with a few twists.

Awful. Two young women on till were rude, pulling faces and moaning out loud. Sarcasm is never a nice trait but especially when it comes from staff and is completely undeserved. Neither is face pulling. Get some new friendlier staff and it might be more welcoming. Seems I’m not the only one saying it.

Rude and surly staff, customer service abysmal, would have walked out before eating if hadn't already paid at the till. Will not visit this establishment again!

Terrible customer service. Rude, unhelpful young girl on till and waitress. No cash taken! Everyone was too much effort for them.

Weekend break in the area and went out without bank cards, fortunately I had cash in my purse. Went in and ordered coffee, tea and cakes, young lady looked at my purse and said we don’t take cash !!!! Does this company not know cash is legal tender in this country and some people only deal in cash. This is very discriminating.

We like to try new places for coffee when we visit Chichester and had never been here before and shall not return. Surly female server ,no eye contact or pleasantries. Awful smell towards the back ( backed up toilet/ unemptied sanitary bins ?) Sticky table. Sugar lumps served in a kilner jar with no spoon to retrieve them; very unhygienic to have to rummage to take out lumps. Water glasses not clean.Chai latte was hot as I asked but drank quickly to leave. The young dark haired man who brought the drinks was smiley and polite.

Horrible. Visited Saturday June 15 and placed order before moving towards back where there was space, otherwise would have left. Floor filthy and wet, unpleasant smell of old nappies, dirty table, sugar in containers that requires the world and all its fingers to take out the lumps you want, stirrer snapped, grubby glasses by the tepid water container and the staff need lessons in hospitality bar one young man clearing the tables. A disgrace.

Awaited ages at the till whist my family found a table. Man working on the till clearly had no idea what he was doing. Finally served only to be told there was no hot food. No signs anywhere to indicate this. Waste of time.

Un hermoso pub, en un lugar hermoso. El personal era amable y acogedor y la comida era increíble, vivo en Londres, pero sin duda intentaré hacer otra visita, me imagino que sería encantador durante el verano
