Food never arrived!!!! Called to check on the status 1.5 hours after ordering and was told that it’s not even been cooked yet and I heard the chef yelling at the back, just return the money. This is highly unprofessional as I am now sitting here hungry, 1.5 hours after ordering food, really pathetic service by this restaurant. Just eat really need to pick up their game and vet restaurants properly before taking them on!

Food was really nice. We loved it and will order again from here. However I think the bouncer at the Elm tree pub wasn't too happy when we used their car park to pick up! (Oops-soory)

There was an issue with delivery, my order was given to another customer in error. I was hangry and a bit cross with the team but despite this they re-did my food, added some extra for the inconvenience and it was all roasting hot and absolutely delicious. Thank you and sorry for being so grumpy.

Absolute trash, I wouldn't suggest anyone orders from this place... Curry taste watery, nan bread barely cooked and rice's tastes weird.

Lamb tikka vindaloo was really tasty tonight. Food always hot, never had a bad meal.

If you want a chicken korma, order lamb madras. They've got orders wrong before. We WILL BE USING A DIFFERENT TAKEAWAY.

First time using Ranna Ghor. We had one issue - received chicken Tikka Masala instead of paneer. I called the restaurant and they were genuinely sorry and very apologetic and got us a replacement promptly. How they react to a problem is often how I judge a place and this was good customer service. As for the food... excellent all round and we will definitely use again. Impressed!

Awful customer service 😢 ordered a delivery the man asked for account number and sort code ? Said its not correct ? Who ever asks for a sort code for delivery? Put phone down when I questioned this ? Was always our favourite take away but not now 🙅‍♀️ such a shame 8

Poor cold and tasteless food avoid

Have used this takeaway for a couple of years have always been excellent until last week (16th june2021) food was cold when delivered . Had a delivery today (21st june) they delivered wrong order after agreeing the correct order the driver was rude and said they wouldn't deliver to us again and also tried to charge extra this is unacceptable

Just stopped off here as didnt have time to cook dinner, veru nice food, good customer service and quick service, highly reccomend, thanks👌🏽

Almost 2 hours to arrive. Hot but bland

Have been waiting for the food for nearly two hours. They take ages to arrive. Wouldn’t recommend if you want food any time soon.

This is an excellent takeaway and since it has opened we have been enjoying it. The food is quality and great portion sizes. Well done to the team and the chef

Always order the same dishes and they are always very very tasty. Put an order in this evening and don't know if they change their chefs but there were so much chillies in the dishes that it spoiled the whole meal (we don't ever order super spicey dishes!) and the chicken were dry where it is always moist. It didn't even taste the same. Won't be ordering from them again :(

We had a lovely meal delivered for my daughters birthday,delivery on time and a great banquet for 10 of us.Always great food from here.

Ordered through deliveroo and nothing showed up. Spoke with the restaurant and they couldn't care less. Said rider never showed up so they threw the food away. No effort to contact me and make something happen. Absolutely disgusted. Will never even think about this restaurant again. Hope you're proud of yourselves guys.

We ordered just recently through just eat ...I will say hands up to the delivary time.....we both had a mild chicken dish.....1 with butter sauce 1 with peanut butter sauce ....chicken on its own was cooked beautifully. The sauces went in the bin, they were flavourless more like from a jar mixed with water. Pilau rice also lacked flavour.

Third time we have eaten here since it opened and consistently good. Cooked fresh in front of you or nip over to The Elm next door for a beer while you wait, it’s just so great to have a curry house next to the pub again and especially one that’s so tasty

Been twice now. Good both times. Great food, good service. Will be going back again.
