Always have a good meal from here. The lamb doner is really tasty, along with the hot sauce. £6 for a medium lamb doner and you get so much food! Fresh and tasty food.

Something in my pizza made me all sleepy, knocked out slurry and wobbly something was in that pizza yesterday don’t know if anyone was playing tricks being stupid!!!!

The new management are making a difference.

My cheesy chips were delivered with no cheese whatsoever, there is a difference in price so I need my money back. Also the chicken burger was raw pink in parts, inedible. 3rd consecutive time my order was wrong and second time the chicken was raw. Another time they took my money but never delivered. Luckily I got it back through my bank. What is going on? This used to be such a great place for food.

Raw chicken burger (second time this has happened), no cheese on the cheesy chips I paid for and ordered either. Another time I did not get my food at all but they took my money. They never reply though calls or texts or email. Like a ghost business. It has become an absolute joke. What a shame.

I hate to leave bad reviews but this used to be the best kebab I could find in Somerset and having visited the last few times and been disappointed. Most recent visit was last Monday, I went with my partner and ordered the kebab deal. We physically went to the van to order and pick up, once our food was ready we assembled ourselves on the cathedral Green where we found that our chips were stone cold. Proven more so due to the fact we ordered cheesy chips and not a single piece of the mozzarella was melted. Since the new staff have taken over this kebab is a shambles and Ramazan would be disappointed with this

Whilst plentiful it was 30 minutes late and luke warm at best when delivered, at least half of the 3 meals went in the bin!

We have ordered a couple of times over the past 6 months. The portion sizes are generous. Always good service. Always fresh salads.

I live in Wells, everytime we order food from them everything is on time, fresh and tasty. Fries and onion rings are always extremely crispy, kebab is very good and the garlic bread is the best we ever tried in UK. I do recommend this place.

I don’t understand how they can charge a minimum order and delivery charge for someone in Wookey, which is literally 3 or 4 miles away, as they do for Croscombe. Rams sort out your zoning areas

Been going to Rams for years, though alot better now that you can order online and also they take card payments because not always do you have cash on you. Always good size portions regardless of size you order.

always good food and great fries - ordered delivery ( inc. coleslaw ) arrived pronto - minus coleslaw.. but I`m not a moaner - these guys work so hard - I`d let it go.. 20 mins later they were at the door with the missing coleslaw .. that shows they care ! Rams are good !! ( there will always be `moaners` over the slightest things .. unfortunately ) - So Rams are good !

I have been going to rams in Wells for 10 years now and nothing I have eaten has been unacceptable it's been quite the opposite with friendly staff and popular dishes whether it will be a meal at home or after a night out I would recommend.

I'm not overly impressed, over charged by £2. I thought fair enough, perhaps distracted by health and safety inspectors (who smoke, great advert for inspections). My onion rings didn't come with a dip as advertised, I clearly ordered cheesy chips which lacked cheese, lacked? Didn't have any at all. Not impressed at all. Seriously cross. Sharpen up your English lads or don't do a service.

Easy to order online which is the 1 star. 60min wait was 1h30, had to call twice to get dishonest answers. If your busy fine but be honest. Part of my order i paid for didn't even turn up. Told would have a discount on next order but no proof to honor. Text about missing order no response. Will be stopping by for a refund. Not recommended at all ! Dissapointing

Grate food but they need to start wearing Hairnet’s found hair in my food A couple of times. But good otherwise.

We ordered online for are delivery and when it came there was two things wrong with the order, we tryed calling 30 times with the number listed on the web site, but goes to answer phone every time,not happy with the service at all, ive paid for something and was sent out wrong.

Poor service and bad customer service laughs at u on phone when get order wrong on phone and then disagree with me saying I am wrong wasn't first time I had issues with rams as always gets this wrong needs new staff with better manners and needs to hear better on calls

Placed an order tonight at at 10:30 received the order and the garlic bread I ordered with cheese and onion and chicken on didn't taste of garlic the chicken southern fried chicken was salty and dry and cold and the chips were soggy and cold is not normally like this but I don't know what's go on how do you eat it because I was hungry

Moved into the area one month ago, used to use Kebab Kitchen in B-0-S. Happy tp report that this is better, Had three kebabs from here now all excellent and all ready for us in good time when we collect. Sadly we are a little to far out for delivery.

Just before Christmas, my husband and I were travelling through Wells, Somerset and went in Rams Kebab in Wells. I had a handmade pizza which was very nice and my husband had a chicken kebab, which was very tasty. Service was very slow, even if they appeared quiet. Would still go in there again if passing.

The food arrived much faster than was expected and of a higher quality than was expected too. I was highly impressed.

sited right next to a drive round car wash, been there for years, happy to rake in the cash but the food looks like it has been kicked around the car park next door before being served up but then hey, we all know what rubbish kebabs really are and only my fault for thinking this would have any redeeming features whatsoever if you like bland tasteless food that is only deep fried i suggest you go here, cut a hole in your stomach and shovel it in as there is no point in tasting it or even trying to indulge any of your senses - the only thing it did for me was stiffen up my stomach muscles with my gag reflex

It's a shame that no one read the comments I got salad and sauce on kebab meal which I didn't want. On mixed kebab sauce is usually separate which it wasn't I asked for 2 bottles of Diet Coke I got normal. If you got a new bloke doing it you better get the regular one back.

delivery within 25 minutes - well ahead of promised time. hot wings were a bit cold but everything else fine.

1 promo offer drink was NOT included.,when questioned, staff refused to give it. Then said we could go back and get the cheesey chips which were also missing. We decided to eat first as the food was cold already but found 1 chicken wing missing from the portion of six Furthermore, the original order was for 3 chicken pieces (£4), staff called and said they had none so offered to substitue the item. They suggested the chicken strips, which are cheaper, but offered no partial refund or extra chicken strip - to make up the difference. Not impressed with the order, obviously they are busy on a Friday night, but this is appaling I want a refund of the cheesey chips.

The food was the most tasteless food I've ever had no seasoning just awful will never order from this place again. Delivery was prompt but that's the only plus I can give. Just truely terrible!

Have had food from here a couple of times (especially after a night out in Kudos), but the kebabs definitely don't have the greasy/fatty effect that you would get from normal kebab shops, so much so I happily eat from there when sober! (I wouldn't say the same about other kebab places!) - The chicken kebabs are really good, full of flavour, but proper chicken pieces & it always tastes really fresh which is great. Pizzas from here are great too, handmade and always a winner!

Really gone down hill food was over an hour late on one occasion. the order was wrong on another shame as used to be really good.

The food is always nice here and good quality. Its not overly greasy etc and toppings are always generous.

Amazing service quality ingredients, can't fault delivery, and you get the personal touch with rams , it's a must , just give up cooking and eat a healthy chicken wrap with salad every day 😋

Defo the biggest and best kebabs in Wells

Meat nice enough however let down by sauce. Asked for chilli and garlic sauce however only got chilli sauce. Sauce was very sweet; almost like ketchup with a hint of chilli powder.

Normally very good!!! But tonight was horrible Its a first it was cold,chicken was burnt,pita was hard and was small for a large kebab, not worth the money (Delivered to rose croft,priory road on 9/02/16)

Chicken in one was fatty and had s bone in but this happens sometimes just happens to my young sons kebab unfortunately .

Good clean fresh food if your a kebab eater then it's a must try Chips are not the best but can't fault the rest
