Communication between managers and team members of housekeeping is really bad mainly the reception manager who was a lady during my stay didn’t bother to listen to my opinion when I mentioned I don’t want any staff member entering my room without my consent as hsk member entered my room without letting me opening the door knowing that I was in the room and I don’t want anything as a complimentary and few minutes after housekeeping are in my room like it’s all good also been lied about the fact the housekeeping manager wants to speak me and the housekeeping managers was confused and said I was only told by the manager at reception to leave some refreshments due to the inconvenience, try to listen to what the customer wants and acknowledge or accept there opinion oh also the room telephone don’t work during the day or night because i needed room service no one picked up as it was ringing I guess not bothered to pick up or they have it on low volume.

Hotel is right in the centre, so a bit of a pain to get to with roadworks and closures, lots of noise from outside in the early hours but if you want to be right in town near to bars and restaurants then it's a good location, Hotel is a little tired in places, but overall was clean. Staff were polite, friendly and professional. The room and bed was a good size as was the bathroom. Parking is 2 minutes away, with a small discount if you validate your ticket at reception. Breakfast was fine with continental and cooked options It was good value overall for the price I paid on a corporate rate, and would use the hotel again

I did not stay in this hotel 🏨 overnight but, had friends & family members who stayed there. Had a shower 🚿 yesterday & the room was spotless ✨ Had drinks & great English 🏴 tea ☕️ was very good quality. Oana who is a service manager at reception centre served me together with Manav.. They were welcoming, friendly, polite and experienced. I was served by Oana twice to get drinks to the table.. She’s excellent at serving customers. Taken these pictures yesterday & the lounge was hygienic with high standards.

Turned up after a train journey, found my booking, I showed them proof of the booking, but were told breakfast wasn't included, even though I had paid for it. 22 pounds extra, I'll find a cafe.

Great location. Very clean room and well appointed. Great bar and breakfast. Very professional and polite staff. NCP car park is 2 minutes away so parking is dead easy.

Breakfast was fine, good selection of English and continental, We stayed for the Grand Prix and the amount of people who came down at the same time the staff did a great job of catering for the demand.

Decent hotel in a good spot in Leicester. The rooms are alright and I've stayed here often for work related purposes. My only complaint is that the food and drink prices are quite high. A Guinness is around £6.30 and it's not even on draught, it's one of those surge cans which is a bit of a rip off in my opinion, a better alternative is the Wetherspoons 5 minutes down the road as there's more food and drink options at a cheaper price, Guinness is also on draught 😂.

Overall best customer service by Sahil, nice hot drinks place for weekend i am coming here for drinks from 2018 would reccomend everyone to give a try.....and also the place has good ambience located in city centre.

Worst experience ever. Being Ramada I had expectations same as Indian Ramada but very much disappointed. Poor rooms, No Wardrobe in rooms, Tiles in washroom were broken, No water bottle provided in rooms as complimentary (You will need to buy from them on high prices), No fridge in room, Lights were having issue and blinking, You will never get reception answering calls after 9.30 pm in night. I rang 8-10 times but no one answered the call. Then I stepped back to reception they started making excuse like they were away. overall worst Hotel I have ever visited in UK. I would never recommend anyone to spoil your stay in this Hotel. Trust me. You will feel bad after checkin.

Overall a very good experience, great location in the cultural quarter, my room was very clean and comfortable, most amenities were well-kept and it felt modern. Bar/restaurant area was nice with plenty of seats and although I didn't try the food, the beer selection was impressive for a hotel chain. Hard to fault for the price I paid.
