I really enjoyed it. Food was very good. Very similar to what you get from pakistan. Would definitely recommend it. Only issue is that, it's a small place.

Delicious food, amazing value for money,and great customer service MashAllah . I’d recommend Chaplin kebabs and lamb karahi. The only thing I’d say is the packaging needs to be improved. You can’t put Biriyani in a polystyrene chip box. Also, the plastic boxes for the Karahi are too thin. You need thicker boxes.

The owner lovely guy. Food is a let down. Sheek kebabs no taste. Chicken tikka really dry. Naan bread really thick. Disappointed chips really oily.

On the way to london we stopped there for dinner, food was nice but could have been better. Their customer service was excellent, friendly and polite staff. Lamb karahi wasn’t fully tendered but other food items were Ok.

Ordered plao rice but the meat was boiled separate, also the seekh kabab had no flavour, chapli kaba was very oily, my eyes was watering because of the guy cutting the onions in kitchen with open door, service was good

Hi Everyone, Order food waited for more than 55 minutes and Karahi came half cooked lamb piece in Karahi also ordered Kabuli Pulaw and inside the again lamd piece was smelly and turn in black colour due to warmed up in microwave.

Very nice Local Afghan traditional food. We are regular customers for many many years. The food was fantastic, variety of choices. Chicken tikka and lamb kebab was delicious. The staff was friendly, atmosphere is cosy go well with the meal.

Went there at iftar time and ordered chapli kebab and kabuli pilau. Food was served hot and fresh. Very big and generous portions! Love it.

From food to service really bad. 1.None cleaning regulation,the place is filled with disgusting images 2.The food is medium-bad 3.Staff will look at you like trash if you are not from the same country 4.I ordered some menu and put me tha half things inside 5.Went back inside to take the rest and was like sorry my mistake at first then gave me 1 of the 3 meats he missed asked for the rest after he tried to trick me again and said we was out when he was cooking them 6.Asked for make it with little or no spice at all the second time so my daughter can eat it and he made it more spicy 3/10 the guy is a joke in compare with the other option’s

Absolutely atrocious food spend £8.99 on lamb chops with special rice the chops had no flavour in the rice itself was planned as a first-time customer the food and experience was atrocious also they initially chargedme extra by mistake and then when I pointed out to them they give the money back

I ordered chapli kabab today and it is the worst kabab I ever tasted. There was too much salt as usual. 02 out of 10.

Had the Lamb seekh kebab and chicken tikka with naan, everything was freshly made and presented well. The sauces were really good too. Taste wise was good but seemed like something missing. Good value for money, would definately try out more stuff.

Afghani Food. Fairly decent would recommend the Afghani Pilau. Not the best I've tried but overall half decent place for me & the lads to have a munch. Lamb chops are flavourful here, would ask them to get better cuts tho. Very interesting Chapel Kebab it's got alot of egg in this one, I was skeptical but when I tried it, I liked it. It was more like chapel omelette kebab. Not tried anything else yet, however I'm willing to come back and try, prices are reasonable. Service was OK they did what they said and with a smile. Good friendly people.

well where should i start from on 24 oct after celebrating Pakistan's victory... i ordered 1 chicken karhai and 1 lamb karhai from khyber first time thinking its like Pakistani style... what i got is some chicken pieces in swimming pool and some lamb pieces in swimming pool.... taste absolutely horrible.. or should i say there was no taste at all.. its like u cook meat and put it in water and eat with nan... what a waste.. £15 wasted... end up ordering from Rajaz Pizza Bar which was 100% better... look at the pictures... never again..

Very friendly place and they tolerated our kids for 2 hours. Food was delicious 😋 and yummy. They also offered few weeks items on the house. Love to come back and eat again. 1000% recommended. Please try their Peshawari karahi..very reasonable price.

Definitely needs to up their game. Chapli: undercooked , extremely oily have tasted better. Kabuli pilau: meat is precooked from god knows when and heated up in a microwave , you might as well chew a rock. Pilau rice is random some days old and another time undercooked. Nan is the only thing I have seen freshly cooked. Consistently is key in the food business. Here it's unfortunately lacking. I'd rather travel 1 hour to Birmingham and get proper Afghan food.

Wow , what can I say , I was completely amazed with the atmosphere , food and service . I have tried most things on the menu and every time it has been consistently good . I loved the Chapli Kebabs was a 10/10 by far one of the best original places I have been too . The food is absolutely authentic and gives you the ‘back home ‘ feel . I really enjoyed my time at Khyber taste and wouldn’t think twice about going again . Honestly very good food and highly recommended .

I would definitely recommend this place , I have eaten in Manchester and Nottingham. I would rate this place better then those place's. Good price and yummy food.

Sorry guys i have to be honest this place was poor i bought chaapli kebab, seekh kebabe, fish and kabli pilao and naan. 3 problem with this place was that food was nasty, there was only one person working so service was rushed and it was too pricey.
