Best food and amazing service from the staff,,

Food is good but I think it’s a bit overpriced. Expecting a better quality for these prices.

Good food, excellent prices and service. Only let down a little by lack of sauces.

The prices of the menu are high and the food is not worth the price. I did not order any egg but they had put this in my food and asked not to put it.

I went to Wok to Walk this evening to try a food. I'm very happy and l must say that the food is good and also the prices are reasonable. It's worthy it to go there. Customer service is good. There was a girl who was offering me the food and helping me to choose the right meal. Very friendly girl. It was a nice to chat with her.

Great place for fresh cooked noodles. Friendly staff and a nice seating area. Portions don't look big, but they are very filling.

This is a place I used to go to regularly in Oman. The portion sizes were small but really good. The staff were excellent and it has a nice vibe to it. A little pricey for the amount of food.

Would definitely not recommend. Food was tasteless and bland. Prawns were undercooked and beef tasted raw. You would expect a lot better for the price!

Rice comes as lump of overcooked textures rice like pudding disgusting

Went to the one in/near Soho in London twice in 24 hrs it was so good, ordered through ubereats to get from the one in Leicester. Mine came burnt, the other box had off-prawns in it. Very disappointed and sad to be leaving this review.

Slow service given there are no customers in the place and for £18 for 2 people I would expect better. My advice is don’t waste your time or money.

Pricing is so confusing. I thought I ordered a box for about £5 but it came up to £9.95!! Food was awful. Too expensive and food is nothing special. Should have just gone to nandos next door.

First time it was food with no taste at all. Today, the rice was hard and undercooked. I could see chunks of hard white rice, it was not even mixed thoroughly with the sauce in the pan.

What on earth is this? I live in London so experience Wok on a regular basis Arrived with no cutlery as requested - portion was terrible and an the entire taste was an insult!

This review will probably be useless at answering my concern at the moment, however, you need to know the sheer ridiculousness of this establishment in Leicester. There is no word to describe the shame and disdain I appropriate upon this establishment. For one, I placed my order on deliveroo at around half five, two and a half hours later, the order was still being cooked. It was not such a large order, just 7 noodle boxes. My deliveroo driver was waiting at the restaurant for forty five minutes. Due to the sentiments of the children in my household, I had to drive to the restaurant to inform them of the wait, and after I left was the time the order was dispatched. There is no published phone number, so there is no way of being updated, and this was confirmed by the staff when I arrived there in person. The individual to whom I explained my predicament, laughed at the incident, and only her colleague offered an appropriate apology. The food itself was composed of ingredients that smelled pungent, it was cold despite the delivery driver only taking ten minutes to arrive and although the portion sizes were big, the ratio of meat to overall portion weight is very small to negligible. I would not recommend this to anyone, and I hope this experience of mine will prevent another family from an untimely and inadequate meal.

Wow! Really nice atmosphere and lovely food. I haven't had a good Chinese like this in a long time. Nice seating area as well as seating outside too. Cooked freshly and authentic taste in front of you. Box sizes are one size, but are quite filling. Have much options to choose and sauces. Shame you can't mix and match tho. I'd definitely recommend to try. Keep up the good work. HMC too.

Was excited to hear this was opening in Leicester.. First had this in Amsterdam and was an instant Fan... so make my way to the Granby Street branch.. young lady came up to take the order. I asked if the egg noodles had any flour in it.. I don't know she says... no attempt to find out... nevermind I placed the order.. food was prepared... and served in a bad.. there you go she says.. I had ordered a Coke Zero as well wlbut was not in the bag...so I asked about it ... oh just take it from the display she says... to be honest this place has just opened and having such poor customer service will only put people off.. I don't think I'll be going there again.. food was hot in temperature but my prawns was under cooked.. would not rate it.. no where near as good as Amsterdam.. please improve customer service and liven the place up to attract more business.
