Mayonnaise all. Over the burgers

This is the 2nd time they've missed an item from my order. Food l have is freezing cold !The customer service is diabolical, they couldn't even get someone to deliver the chips that they didn't include in the original order. Absolutely awful service

I ordered the deal with two strip burgers and and only received one, I also put a message to remove the mayonnaise and lettuce from the burgers and the one I received came with both lettuce and mayonnaise.

The food is what you would expect for the price. The price is very good. Service really poo as well as timing. Sometimes they may make you the wrong order or be late . I waited an additional 35 minutes for 3 pizza's, fries. The reason for this is they think people will rob their food so they dont make your order until youget there

When we Went to the shop ,it was so small that no one could actually Sit and eat takeaway only Like The Chips Were Nice But The Chicken Sizes Were not Appropriate and Not Promising The Big Pieces of Chicken Smelt like fish (Probably Mixed With The Fish) Had no colour To It Wasn’t Appealing,Tasted Raw Definitely Undercooked And Overrated Restaurant. I hate this Shop A lot I can’t even call it a Restaurant for the way it looks and I could hear Shouting And Screaming From The kitchen which I definitely knew it was The Manager This Shop Foesnt Deserve 4 Stars

Terrible service they got my order wrong 3x in a row and when I mentioned it the following visit the guy at the counter became aggressive, I felt threatened! Never returning again, I would rather starve!

This place doesn't disappoint, the food is good and the prices are cheap. What's not to like!?

Food quality is not good, bad staff, poor hygiene

I did a phone order for two supreme burger and two separate hash brown and when I went there it wasn't ready at all the guy who took my order didn't understand anything what customer wants I think he was dumb enough to understand and he told me to come to the shop if I wanted burgers they should start to replace people or shut down the restaurant because they do not understand customers well.

The Family Combo Deal was missing the "2 pieces of chicken, 4 wings, 2 portions of fries" and 1 of the 2 drinks was leaking...

Mayonnaise all over the burgers again! I can't eat any of it and they don't have a driver to resend

Made a phone order..young worker on the other end spoke and understood very little English and told me they accept card when they don’t..little to my surprise the order was incorrect and when I questioned him about this he shouted that he didn’t charge me. Rather than an apology he was quick to boost his ego in his language. Maybe a basic English test would go along way! I guess you get what you pay for..

I ordered the normal wings instead of spicy, and the difference in quality between the both is like day and night, I did not enjoy the normal wings at all.

The chocolate donuts I ordered didn’t turn up instead were two apple pies, then the pizza I ordered was cold and over spiced, the wings were tiny, at least the apple pies tasted nice cuz otherwise was a waste of money

I've ordered a burger meal and a meal deal 2 and I got only the burger meal without meal deal 2. Been charged for both and got only one.

So here’s what happened: I came from college and my parents told me to get the pizza they ordered. At the time of making this review, it was 3 for £12. I had a 20 pound note and £3 in change. I took the pizza and now had £11 in hand. My parents did tell me to get some fries and wings as well. So I asked for £6 worth of wings and the remaining £5 fries. I repeated it clearly and they confirmed it with me. When I got my order and went back to the car, I saw no fries and only wings. Naturally, my dad told me to go back and I did. I explained what happened and this time he gives me a bag of chips. Back in the car again and see that I only got given one £1 of fries. This meant I lost £4. Will probably not come back again. P.s We were in a rush and so did not come to ask again.

Rang this place to order a lamb and steak burger the rude and disrespectful staff told me that this is the pizza order line and also told me that you need to ring the front order line rudely hung up on me and it’s really confusing to why they have 2 phone lines and don’t know which line to ring …disgusting service staff need to be taught how to behave with staff 😡😡😡

Came here so many times. Almost eveyday. I live in Italy now but i miss the chciken wrap and the wings.

This place was better under previous management. The chicken burgers are too salty, and the staff will put you off buying pizzas by saying they will take two hours to make during peak hours. The customer area is cramped, and queues cause safety issues near a busy pedestrian crossing directly opposite. Hygiene, cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Avoid. There are better options nearby.

Prices change every day. Portions change every day. Price on board is not charged and become argumentative when challenged.. Charging alot for little food. Also when school children go they give them smaller portions for the full price.

Went in around 10pm and food options were really limited. Taste of burgers was below average, no salt on fries and staff were really stingy with handing out sauce sachets. Made a face when asked for more ketchup&mayo. Won’t come back.

The chicken isn't cooked to the bone and has water underneath the skin...disgusting stuff. Fries were good however, could do with another staff as waiting times are awful

This review is based off three visits. Cashier never gets the order right. Later says the order correctly but the bag you are handed doesn't match what they repeat! Please reach out to me so I can buy y'all a notebook to write down the orders. Food - Pretty decent. Price - Starting to soar - just like everything else.

Very good taste but too crowded always

Nice chicken fillet and strip burgers, fries were piping hot and fresh, wings were also piping hot and fresh but far too greasy, it's a decent place and very reasonably priced.

HMC certified fried chicken shop. Tastes good and usually quick service. Good for a quick bite.

I phone at this place and it wasn't ready I would never recommend anybody to go down there and order food as your order will never be ready.

Good value, however one chicken wasn't cooked properly water was leaking out of the burger.

My personal experience of this establishment was very poor. The gentleman serving looked overworked and stressed out due to him being the only one serving customers. Therefore this must have led to his poor attitude towards me as a customer. The shop is extremely busy. I got the 3 for £10 pizza deal which was the worst that I've ever had . 3 pizzas with a plastic smell and taste coming off the cheese . Not for me ever again Many thanks

I was told not to ever come back due to the complaints i made as the food was burnt and they told me the picture of doner is for advertising purposes which i find it misleading so i wouldn't recommend to anyone as the customer service is bad

Mr Chicken was very good, their wings always taste excellent and this time we tried a kids meal with nuggets, little one loved it.

Ordered wings and chips. The chips were nice but the Wings awful as they were uncooked and weren't marinated properly and also skin in one of the wings, the smell wasn't nice and also, the taste was awful aswell as it wasn't marinated properly.

I ordered a supreme burger which is a chicken burger with hash brown and when I got my order there was no hash brown also when ordering on the phone the worker don’t know how to talk very rude and doesn’t know anything about his job some guy called Raj wouldn’t recommend

Food can taste nice when freshly done however they need to train their workers to speak and understand english.

Not the best place to go since, the wings are nearly over fried same thing with the fries or they just under cooked. Tables never get cleaned properly, always fast paced, and you get charged for small packets even tho they have the KETCHUP and Mayonnaise dispenser there for free to use.. Staff are friendly but once the chicken wings and fries are done correctly I'd still push it to 4 stars. And that's me being generous

Worst service in Leicester! Firstly soon as I walked in the staff was constantly on a handsfree phone call and very ignorant, but I accepted that, but with only one customer ahead of me from the time I ordered 2 chicken wraps it took a staggering 23 mins for the staff to get round to even start making it! Then the lady attempting to make wraps started to have a FULL ON conversation with another member of staff in the back room, I don't have the full 16 hours to stand there like an idiot being ignored waiting for food, so I walked out and the lady never even offered to give me my £5 back. So moral of the story is you'll be ignored and ripped off all at the same time!!! Never ever again would I go near the place!

Lovely place, very tasty chicken wings and chicken strips and chicken strip burger. HMC certified so you the whole supply chain is audited. Will always eat thier if it stays like this. Will recommend to any one.

One of the worst takeaways I have ever seen in my entire life in UK....... We ordered pizza for 50 people and all the pizza came out to be burn..... The feeling in the pizza is terrible, and I vill never ever use this takeaway.... The lady on the phone doesn't understand English very well plus the manager does not know how to treat there customers..... Avoid avoid avoid

Sent my son's to buy burgers. They were told "sold out". Two minutes later 2 guys come in and they are sold burgers. When asked why burgers were given, my boys were told to leave. Bloody disgraceful service. I also rang the shop after 10 minutes only to be told burgers in stock. Customer service typical freshie style. Will never spend my money there again. Really wanted to choose zero star's.

Yesterday I went for take in the afternoon and I order burger meal and wings, this guy who was serving at the front desk was a big lad and while handling the food he started scratching his ears and dint washed his hand and started frying the chips and preparing food. I dint made issue there but the food in bin when I got home. This is not at all hygienic. Wouldn't go there again.
