1st time find as new to area food was lovely full of taste each item different in own way , huge amounts of chicken ! Highly rate and free pomoadom onion pickle and a dip. Gave me a cold drink whilst waiting foc as well ! Happy days you have new customer 😋

Absolutely tasteless food, chicken tasted like it was off and the naan's were so thin it felt like we were eating crisps. Never going to this place again and would not recommend it to my worst enemy.

We ordered on Thursday 22nd October. I ordered tandoori mixed grill which should have had king prawns which were missing. The lamb was inedible was like jerky. We also ordered a Rajah special which also should have had prawns but didn’t. I call the restaurant and was told needed to speak to the manager who wasn’t there and he would call me back and that didn’t happen. Very very poor

Had a take away from here recently.food was very tasty and delivered very quickly and early. Delivery driver was very nice. Price was fair for 2 meals Will definitely be ordering from here again in the future

Deliveroo said my order from Rajah was on its way but it took almost an hour to get here and honestly it wasnt worth the wait. There are far better places to get a takeaway in Leicester but i thought i'd try this as they were highly recommended on deliveroo. Big mistake. Wont be doing that again.

Was on a visit to family in Leicester, had a take away delivered from rajah food was delivered within 30 minutes steeming hot and what a great taste I had the sagwala which had a kick to it making it's taste feel very Indian will be back next time

*DO NOT ORDER FROM RAJAH!!* Thoroughly disgusted. If I could give no stars I would. We ordered £40 worth of food at 16:50 to be delivered at 18:30 via just-eat. We received an email from just-eat saying it was going to be with us at 18:40. Fine. Then at 19:00 we ring the restaurant as our order still hasn't arrived but we got a notification saying it had been delivered (clearly to keep their stats positive). They explain that the driver is on their way but are a driver down which is why it is taking a long time. 19:30 rolls around and our food is still not delivered. We call to say that we are not happy and they say they will give us a discount next time (TRUST me there won't be a next time). He says that the driver has taken the ticket and it will be with us shortly. Finally at 19:50 the delivery driver arrives a full hour and ten minutes after we expected the delivery (having ordered at 16:50). I asked him to call the restaurant as we are not willing to pay full price (willing to pay but not the full £40, reasonable I felt in the circumstances). He takes the food away and sits in his car (thinking he was going to drive off). By this time we are ravenous and I have my two parents visiting and were really hoping we could eat soon. I called the restaurant myself as I feared he would just drive off. The delivery man then returns 5 minutes later to say if we do not pay full price we don't get the food! To which I reply "Forget it". And he takes the food away and drives off. Revolting customer service. I strongly urge anyone reading this to not order from here EVER, if this is how they treat paying customers. They certainly do NOT deserve their 5.5/6 star rating on just-eat! Thankfully we called Sunar Gow (19:55) in Broughton Astley and placed a telephone order for collection and had food with us on the table by 20:30. My heroes. THEY will be getting a very positive review. *DO NOT ORDER FROM RAJAH*

Tried this place for the first time last night ordering Vegetable Ceylon and Dhaba Lamb (illedgedly a Rajah Speciality). What we received was shoe leather Lamb (if it was in fact Lamb at all), frozen sweet corn and random chunks of cucumber swimming in a generic stock sauce, all delivered within six minutes of having ordered (alarm bells) . For better quality and value frozen Indian food I recommend Iceland.

Delicious tasty food. Have ordered Chicken Captain Patila, Mushroom rice. Coriander Nan few other items all ware really fresh. Will recommend this place.

Delicious sauce flavours but sadly lacking in main ingredient of meat/vegetables and paneer. Such a shame.

Food is average at best. I expected a lot more at those prices. Won't be ordering here again... person I spoke to on the phone had difficulty understanding me.

We first ordered from Rajah when my brother's French girlfriend was visiting- it was her first proper experience of an Indian takeaway and we weren't disappointed! We ordered a selection of dishes and the flavours were very diverse and all absolutely delicious! The 'medium' dishes were milder than we were expecting but we did get some really good hot ones too so everyone was happy! Delivery service was fast and friendly. Will definitely be ordering again.
