Raja Spice in Swale

This was awful! The food was cold , the only 1 thing that had some sort of taste was the onion bhaji ! I ordered at 18:47 the food arrived at 20:38!!! A complete joke I called 2 times and he was joking and laughing, it’s not like I just buy a curry , I buy starters sides and the main , so if I spend £30 on a meal , that I could cook myself better that the “fast food” place is shi* !!!!

Onion banjis soggy, chips cold and greasy, cheesy bora over cooked and hard, wrong nann breads delivered very disappointing from normal

Totally waste of money. They don’t care if you are waiting there. Reception guy behaviour is very bad. Chappati was just cooked tortilla wraps. Chicken was also not cooked properly. It doesn’t even worth giving 1 star.

Very disappointed, order from this place all the time and I get the wrong currency, I orded it by mistake but yet can't help out a customer that spends £25 per week almost every week, discussing customer service and won't be ordering again, lost a very loyal customer.

Very disappointing. Ordered for 6.30 arrived at 6. Not great when half the family not home. Didn't need to worry about it going cold though, as it was already cold. They also missed one of the main dishes. Two stars... one for the driver and one for rectifying the missing dish quickly.

Food is exceptionally good, not the cheapest takeaway around but the proof is I the pudding as they 😋

Tried to call restaurant after 1hr 30 mins. Constantly engaged. When I eventually got through after three hours as food had not arrived, I was told they didn’t have an order for us. Ordered on UberEats and was charged for the food. They offered to send the food, I said ok as still hadn’t eaten and then they tried to charge me again! AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!!

This is a fantastic taste of Indian food. Always freshly prepared to perfection and served with a smile. We have been ordering food from Raja Spice for a few years now and not once have we ever been disappointed. Awesome Sunday treat 😋

Fantastic service, fantastic food

Some of the specials on the Signature Dishes section are really amazing and are among the best Indian food I've ever had. They clearly have a very talented chef. However I've knocked 1 star off because the guy on the counter has a terrible manner with customers which I find rude. Every time I order via JustEat he starts ranting at me like I'm a naughty schoolboy, telling me I shouldn't use JustEat and should phone the order through as it would be "much cheaper" (this isn't true - it costs the same or even more when I phone it through). He's clearly annoyed that JustEat are taking commission off him, and he's venting his frustration at the customer. Completely unprofessional. I'm getting sick of his bad attitude so I'm thinking of giving up on this place.

Ordered two hours ago and still nothing and the man was so rude on the phone!! They keep saying different things every time we rang too!! Disgusting!! Ruined our Friday night in.. !!

Ordered £25 just eat takeaway. Was missing a pilau rice. Called and was promised we have one in 5-10mins. No show and no refund.. Apart from this good is really nice. 1 star customer service. 5 star food I wanted to leave but just the 1 for the customer service. 😕

Fantastic takeaway menu selection with competitive prices and great tasting food. Can either get delivery or pickup. Would recommend.
