When the lockdown ended all that mattered was the raj bilash is now open do I need to say more?

Onion Bahamian were small, overcooked and extremely oily. My cheese naan arrived very burnt. Other than that the food (lamb vindaloo and mushroom rice) was pretty tasty and decent portion size. I wish there were more free condiments though but I was happy to get free poppadoms.

Always order from here and will continue to do so

food was bland, rice was over cooked very hard. none of us ate anything. shame really use to order from them quite regular at my in laws. none of enjoyed the two spoonfuls we had.

Just eat are giving me a refund because no lime pickle but to be honest I don't mind because, so what the chef forget to add it. The food is amazing and I will be ordering again and again.

Usually have nothing but good words but was disappointed this time as food wasn’t hot and was lacking taste.

Driver was very very bad at finding destination but the food was amazing

Having been ordering from here since 2005 today was dissapointing. The prices have gone up quite steeply over the past year or so but the portion sizes have got smaller. The food was barely warm today and we had to reheat it. And finally when they offer a free item they should deliver it. If you spend over £25 they promise a free bottle of drink, today that did not get delivered. So in summary it has not been the experience we have been used to.

Really disappointed, normally one of my favourite Indians. Madras lacked flavour, and the curry seemed more like jelly. The chicken tikka masalas chicken was hard and poor quality. The mushroom rice tasted plain and the mushrooms were so tiny they may as well not of been there. Sad to say i may not order from here again.

Ordered £25 worth of food and was not eatable it was all burnt, chips, platter, popadoms and curry was all over the container, ordered at 9.20pm came at 9.55pm tried ringing them and close at 10pm still said on the app it’s on its way and was delivered at 10.20pm was 25 minutes early all my food went in the bin will never order again!! The food should not have been sent out like that will never order again!

Food was great but delivery time was terrible. I understand it was a bank holiday so they should have been prepared and got more drivers. My children had school the following day and they had to wait a long time for there food to arrive!

Food was really tasty and very good value for money, sadly my naan was missed from the order but a driver was sent out immediately to bring it to me. Staff were friendly and efficient dealing with the issue. Will order again.

Sorry won’t be ordering again usually most Indian restaurants do fresh salad and mint sauce but strangely had grilled onions and whole chillis

My 30-50 mins order took 1hr 15, the rice was stone cold, the chicken luke warm and the poppadom smashed. Fourth order from this restaurant...the other 3 arrived early, piping hot and were great. The flavour of this one was lovely but delivery abysmal. Got an your order has been delayed text within 20 seconds of ordering. Would have ordered another day if i had known it would take so long and be so cold and disappointing :( gutted as they were my favourite :(

We always use New Raj Bilash as the food is always delivered fresh and hot. We have tried a few but this one is by far the best in taste & quality. The staff have always been very friendly. Amazing food that my whole family enjoy.

Very poor quality food. Last time I order from here.

Used to be a regular here but for a number of reasons have been using an alternative takeaway (discounts, dishes, prices etc.). As I fancied one of their starter platters and a curry I ordered from here for the first time in ages. Meal arrived early, a plus but it was negatives from here on in. Raj Platter - Sheek kebab, chicken tikka and pakora were quite bland, almost stale? Onion bhajis were very dry, maybe overcooked or microwaved, to sum up starter was grim. Chicken vindaloo - ingredients seemed as if they'd been hanging around for a while, perhaps originally cooked last night. The sauce was just hot with no complexities of flavour you associate with a decent ruby. Won't use again, there are plenty of alternatives (hope they don't go downhill like the bilash :( )

Delivery driver was instructed 5 times To turn left and ignored our instructions. He was 20m from our front door but decided to walk 500m to get car to drive 20m... Secondly the food ordered biriyani and tandoori chicken Tandoori chicken was rock hard Biryani was so far away from Indian cuisine. uncle Ben's rice scored higher of authenticity scale

A regular customer at New Raj Bilash and the reason for this is the quality & quantity of food. This time we ordered 3 Raj Platters, 2 Lamb Saag, 1 Chicken Tikka Bhuna, Aloo Gobi, Taarka Daal & a Garlic Naan. Each item ordered had unique flavours which differentiated one from another. Customer service and delivery lead times are fantastic. Thank you.
