Rainbow Breakfast Bar in East Hertfordshire

I ordered the traditional but with fried bread instead of toast, I am usually disappointed with breakfasts but this was great, well presented good quality eggs were perfect, I should have added an extra sausage and mushrooms and black pudding, that would have made it even better. I even got served Teapot Tea and it was great. all round a great experience staff were friendly and yes I will visit again.

I have never been treated this way at any cafe or restaurant was left standing around waiting to order while other customers was brought menus and asked to order at table I was not given iver just standing around at till waiting then my food was rushed out of the kitchen I’m guess it was to get me out quicker worst place in ware

I was introduced to this place recently and already it’s my favourite place for breakfast. The staff are really friendly and the breakfast is superb. Everything is really well cooked. There is a choice of many different breakfasts including ‘The Heart Attack’ (1st pic) for those with a healthy appetite! Very clean place and reasonably priced , will keep coming back, thanks guys.

Amazing food went here for my birthday food portions are massive and staff are amazing Would recommend if you want to go out for a great meal

I was served an absolute disgusting breakfast. It was pants I wanted a poached egg and i got a rubber egg white with may I add black inside it was so gross the fact they served it up makes me nor want to go there again costibg nearly a tenner i expected a perfect poached egg. The sauce they added was also awful 😖

We walked into what appeared to be a casual, clean, and standard coffee shop. First impressions were positive—it was very comfortable and spotless. Although the menu was laminated, it exceeded our expectations by offering choices to suit all tastes. We opted for sourdough with avocado, served with chickpeas, yogurt, and chia seeds, while my daughter chose the pancakes. Both dishes were impressive, as was the coffee. I highly recommend this place, whether you're after a classic fry-up or a more health-conscious, low-fat, high-protein meal option. Delicious! A great start to the day—smiles all around!

Cold food came twice after asking for hot food utter rip off don’t go here go else where they don’t care about how you want the food just want your money what a joke 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Went for breakfast My autistic child left beefeater bear on table, as left we went up 2 shops towards home and realised left bear in rainbow bar when child for bear, When back and they said they hadn't got it when that's the only place we had been to, and no one else has been in thier since as told us,

This cafe used to be great - I introduced it to loads of friends and family but now the food quality is down! Slowly the prices went up then the tea bags changed to Aldi instead of loose tea pyramids- then the lovely bread changed to Aldi cheapest loaf. The soup is from a tin, the breakfast full of cheap oil.the coffee also It’s so disappointing. NEVER change the quality. Lost you about 30 people I know. I don’t want cheap bread, cheap tea n coffee, and certainly not soup from a tin. I can get all those things at home for fraction of the price. Lovely people but not good at business.

Pre Christmas catch up with friends and we were made to feel very welcome. Food, service, staff all first class. Highly recommend.

This is a great cafe. The menu offers a mixture of really healthy freshly made vegetarian options as well as fantastic quality traditional fry ups. They also serve a variety of generous puddings & waffles. There really is something for everyone here under one roof. My entire family, adults & kids, love this place! All the food is always cooked beautifully and the prices are very affordable.

Fantastic lovely breakfasts. Great value and well worth a visit. We visited twice during a two night visit and enjoyed the full English and healthy breakfasts . The service is also warm and welcoming

Came here for the second time with my family and it was absolutely amazing like normal. A very busy, clean & friendly cafe. The food was fresh and I’ve not stopped thinking about it since! Rosie was our server and she was very attentive and welcoming. If you’re in Hertford 100% worth the visit!

We came in en masse on Saturday morning for a birthday brunch. Such attentive service. Very accommodating with our grandchildren (4 babies 3 and under) everyone loved their meals. It was all served hot and freshly cooked. The place is very clean and maintained to a high standard. The price was really reasonable too. They even came out with a birthday muffin and sang to our daughter. We’ll definitely be back, maybe in a smaller group next time! There’s so much more on the menu that I’d like to try. Thank you to all the staff.

I’ve went a couple of times with my husband and once we took my mother in law. The breakfast is amazing. The smoothies and the coffee are also really good. The staff are very friendly and we enjoyed a lot the service. Will definitely keep coming back

Dropped in on Saturday morning with 45 mins to spare before watching my Grandson play football. Lovely bright interior and friendly staff. Ordered Eggs Benedict, fresh OJ and a Coffee. Drinks came quickly and the meal was superb, beautifully presented and perfectly cooked. Would highly recommend 😀

I was looking for something that wasn't out of the freezer and deep fried. This bar offers many healthy options and the portions are plentiful. Thumbs up, this place is perfect.

Came here with brother, mum and baby. There are no changing facilities in the toilets (accessible only). The waitress was helpful in moving a table to make space for the pram. The breakfast menu is extensive and the iced coffees were well made. We had smashed avo, salmon and egg on sourdough, veggie full English, eggs Florentine, caramel frappuchino and iced latte for around £30. Portions were generous sized and staff were helpful.
