A very interesting place. Basically 800 year old caves dug into the rock face. Friendly staff.

Definitely an Irish pub we had a Guinness pint it was a good tasty pint.

Bang on atmosphere for your Saturday night. Live Irish music, friendly staff and customers - felt very safe. A mix of old and young, rich and poor, diverse… a really decent place. Great music for all. It’s a really good pub!

A cool bar to go in for pub golf, bar crawls and for a chill pint to try, very unique bar although... It smelt of sick at the bar and where you sit downstairs which did make time there a bit unenjoyable.

Good Irish bar has bands playing often but a lowly pint of Doombar £5 make your own mind up on these prices you can imagine how much dearer Guinness & other beers are have a word with your bank manager before thinking of having a session there..

Even This blind fella at the bar asked me if I wanted to play him at a game of darts (I'm assuming he was a local at this fine establishment). would 100% frequent this place more often, if location was on my side. Not tried the food here but would 100% recommend.

Went out here the other night, atmosphere was awful. Got surrounded by a load of guys who wouldn’t take no for an answer and the bouncers didn’t take no interest into removing them. My friend lost her bag asked for it at the bar they said no its not here to have ask again 3 times before they handed it over. Was surronded by a load of men acting passive aggressive and when they started fighting only the white man got kicked out! Not the place to be wouldn’t recommend staff are rude and the crowds they allow in are horrible.

It was good at the start of the night was out for a few pints, I was having a good time in there with my friend talking to new people and just generally having a good time as you do ,I was over for the match that was on the next day ,the music was good then some a-hole spilled a drink on me then more or less started a fight over it instead of just apologising it put me off then , I told the door staff about it did nothing then left to de-escalate the situation,I wouldn't be in a hurry to go back again when In Nottingham., edit going by the response of the owners childish response I have to laugh that your making up lies to make out that I'm in the wrong and your better than what you are pathetic to be honest,don't worry I wouldn't waste my energy returning.

My second visit to this establishment when visiting Nottingham. I left my sunglasses there, the staff had kindly put them aside for me for which I was very grateful. Its my go to place when I'm in the city. Thanks so much guys

First time in this venue, From the door staff onwards it was a fantastic night...everyone was super friendly...the venue its self looks fantastic and the atmosphere was so welcoming and electric @Lukecombsuk If you ever get to see him in an intimate venue like this you will be very lucky So if you see a tribute act you like THIS is the place to try and bag your tickets Thankyou We will return

A great Irish bar up on Derby Road Drinks are well priced with large selection. Live music and DJ on Friday and Saturday nights creates a great atmosphere. Also does bar food at weekends in the day and shows lots of sport. Definitely best sports pub in Nottingham.

Great spot for a good knees up. Put on your dancing shoes and book the next day off. Plenty of of craic and great tunes.

Nice enough pub- good pints and food on for the rugby the other week, but they wouldn’t show the old firm which was disappointing given the Celtic memorabilia and everything.

Would like to thank the staff at Raglan, I was worse for wear after the footie and left my coat there, with phone and cards. They kept it safe in the staff room for me to collect the next day. Thank you, it really was and is appreciated.

Lovely little bar, we went on Halloween as a stop on our bar crawl and the decorations were amazing. The staff were very friendly. The best part about this bar is the tables in the caves! Amazing.

Argos is supposed to be a sports bar there is not one tv in sync with the lions game and most are three mins behind - deplorable

We come with high expectations, as it is one of the few Irish bars in the city. The staff is not very friendly and after ordering several rounds, in a despotic manner they asked us to move tables for no reason. Come prepared for a not so cordial treatment.

Not to everyone's taste but I found it lively and inclusive, 80 year olds to students, all are welcome, a bit of ego about but cracking fun and friendly staff make this place a good late night option; decent live music a real bonus.

The food tastes nice, but is very expensive for what it is. I could have bought the same meal a lot cheaper elsewhere. Staff are very friendly though.

Ordered online, no response at all. Paid £35+ for food and nothing came, so we asked live chat only to find out the company told Deliveroo "we can't order due to an emergency in the kitchen". Cool? Perhaps let us know? Thanks, won't order again - rubbish place and prices were too high for the food photos but wanted to give a try anyway.

Ask yourself this question. When your mum says its time.. food is being dished out.. this is what this place reminds me of.. places like this needs far more support than a pizza shop.. its more than food.. absolute diamond ... worth every penny!!!!

Raglan Road was an all time favourite until October when they refused to give us the tables we had booked with no explanation as to why, and rudely turned us away. As we left we could see empty tables and they allowed others in behind us. We all arrived completely sober, so it wasn't the issue. Suspicions are that they over booked and were too embarrassed to let us know. Ruined the evening as everywhere else was booked up.

Great atmosphere and charrming interior. Really enjoyed the evening and the doors was really really good and fresh.

Lively atmosphere. Situated on Derby Road between the City Centre and Canning Circus. Beers can be a bit hit and miss. Nevertheless, it is a pub I keep coming back to. Few sports screens dotted about and live bands on a weekend. If visiting Friday or Saturday in the current climate, I would suggest booking as it gets full very quickly.

Has a lot of potential and worth a visit for its exposed cave/cavern interior through the back. Unfortunately, prices aren't that great and staff are quite blunt. Interior is lacking at best and certainly doesn't feel warm and welcoming like its competitors along the same road.
