Very friendly and welcoming staff. Delicious food with large portions at good prices that came super quick! The gravy that came with my pie was really really good. Everything we could've asked for! Me, my mum and my sister had a lovely time and a lovely meal. If you're nearby and you need somewhere to eat then come here!! ✨✨✨

Nice Pub with a very prompt and friendly service. Very good value for money. This place is highly recommendable off M4 and the overpriced Cotswold pubs. One star less because the roast beef of the Sunday roast was not the best in taste and a bit chewy. But the rest was fine, excellent gravy. Altogether a nice place and recommended.

I had to rely on previous reviews to decide where to meet relatives for a meal before a walk around Malmesbury. The Sunday menu was more varied than a few of the other eating places around, really good value for money, we all had different roasts ( including vegetarian) and they were all great. I'd thoroughly recommend it to others. Jean from Wiltshire

Delicious and good value Sunday lunch with a choice of beef, lamb, pork, chicken and meat-free options. Generous portions with roast potatoes, tasty Yorkshire puddings and stuffing balls, mixed vegetables on the side and a jug of their epic gravy. There's a choice of puddings, if you still have any space left after all this.

For £15 this was exceptionally good for Sunday lunch. A good helping of tasty meat, crackling, big Yorkshire pudding, roasts potatoes, roast parsnips, stuffing, apple sauce and a big bowl of veg between the two of us. All beautifully fresh and cooked to perfection. Somehow managed a fruit crumble with custard which was equally good. Nicely set out inside with tables not on top of each other. Very friendly and efficient service. One of the best pub Sunday lunches in a long time and I just felt t was fair on them to come home and write this straight away. I will be back there!

We have been to the Radnor Arms half a dozen times and the food is always really good, home cooked and fresh, especially the gravy … !!! Service is great, friendly staff and a very homely and welcoming pub/restaurant. The only gripe was being told we couldn’t have a little more custard on the treacle sponge pudding unless we paid for it and it was a little dry as a result - I did ask for extra custard on ordering. That said, we’ll certainly be back and would recommend the Radnor Arms for it’s Sunday roast dinners

First time coming, and definitely our last! Young lady who served us was great, told us the kitchen had made a big error on our order before it came to the table- well done for that! However, the burgers were atrocious... cheap meat that bent, cheap cheese that comes in a macky D's and not even acknowledged from management. To the lady that rectified our bill, you need to learn customer service and accept when you are wrong. Taking £8.50 off our bill when we shouldn't of paid the full £42 for the crap you served!

They also usually have one or two specials on the board so check with whoever serves you. If you plan to go and eat as part of a larger group I'd recommend phoning and reserving a table or two because it isn't a large place and you could find yourselves disappointed.Service has always been friendly and efficient and we find it's a good stop off point from Malmesbury to Chippenham.I wanted to give an overall rating of "GOOD" rather than average but unfortunately Trip Advisor doesn't have this option.

We found this pub on trip advisor and decided to give it a go as the reviews were good. I'm so glad we did, as soon as we arrived we received a warm welcome from the owner. We had our two children with us (7 & 6), who decided to have the homemade chicken curry which I was lucky to try and it was beautiful. I had the fish cake which was also beautiful and had lots of fish in, my husband had the fish and chips and because they batter the fish there requested thin batter and it came perfectly cooked! It is definitely worth a visit and when we come back to the Cotswolds will definitely be back!

We called in for a quick lunch on our way to Whatley Manor. The 'landlady' was friendly and suggested that one artisan sandwich would be enough for the two of us - she was right! The other food we saw being served looked equally as good - in both quality and quantity.

A quick stop off on a Saturday lunch time for a bite to eat whilst travelling onward. Landlady and staff were very friendly and food was good quality and quantity. Will be coming back to sample in greater depth.

The Radnor arms is a lovely local pub but also very handy if you are travelling down the M4 being 10 minutes from junction 17.I believe they do accommodation but haven't stayed there so can't comment on it.They usually have two ales on tap, Sharps Doom Bar and something the very local brewery Elmers. There is a also an occasional special ale. All served by lovely friendly bar staff.Having stopped for a quick half on many occasions we tried the food the other day and where very pleased. The menu is full of excellent choices and the specials always sound lovely.I had an amazingly tasty Liver and Bacon from the specials board and my dining companion had the scampi and Chips which was also very tasty.A solid proper pub in a lovely setting. I wouldn't recommend sitting outside as the tables are quite close to the main road but the inside is lovely and in the winter the fires are a welcome place to sit.So if you are heading down the M4 and need some food/rest don't go to the services pull off at junction 17 go north towards Malmesbury and look for this place. You will not regret it.

Stopped off here after being unable to find anything else on a route home. Nearly walked out but opted for a steak each. Meal was excellent, nicely presented and cooked. All very very tasty. Was very pleasantly surprised. Would go back again.

Planned lunch out with friends we had not seen for a few months and chose the Radnor Arms. I phoned on Wednesday to reserve a table for Thursday 12.30. The telephone manor was a little abrupt and I did mention that to my husband.... When we arrived there was a notice saying 'closed for private function'. Went to the door and explained had booked a table. Obviously we couldn't go in as there was a wake expected but I was a little annoyed when the lady said we couldn't have possibly have phoned the previous day as she didn't take any calls. Thinking I was losing it I checked my phone records and sure enough I had as I thought phoned 01666 823389 at 11.38....relief, I am not losing it! Went on to Malmesbury for lunch but I'm afraid we will not be booking at the Radnor in the future.

Six of us met here for lunch one Saturday in June. It was annual reunion so we were quite vocal but the young lady behind the bar was very friendly and made us welcome. Two of the men enjoyed the local Elmer ale.I must admit that when I looked at the menu I was disappointed thinking what AM i going to eat?? It was just ordinary.I had misinterpreted the specials board unfortunately and read it as though the specials were only available in the evening but in fact it was just the red asterisked offerings.Us three ladies ended up having the butternut squash and goats cheese burger which was tasty - too many carbs so I never eat the roll- the chips were very good.My husband thought his cod lacked flavour and I thought his tarte au citron served in a huge pool of cream??!!! was shop bought and poor. The other two enjoyed their syrup or treacle sponge and custard. My friend chose this pub to meet before a wander round Malmesbury because she said the other places in M on TA weren't very inspiring: perhaps there's scope for a better quality place to open?
