Very bad service they are always rude on phone . This is not on at all and food’s not great at all

Very tasty Bengali food with a wide range of choices.Would highly recommend for takeaway curries.

Waiting 2 hours for your food is disgusting! Rang twice for them to finally admit that they were busy and that the driver had 5 to deliver. What a great business - not.Bloody Onion Bagees cold too. Double bad. Rest of the food warm not hot!

I ordered last night and waited well over an hour for my food which was surprising for a Tuesday night. After phoning to chase it up the food arrived and all resentment about lateness disappeared because the food was so good. Freshly cooked, nicely spiced, tender chicken....we'll be ordering regularly but will order well before we get hungry!

Honest hands down one of the best Indian take aways I have in a long time. Come on time if not before. No complaints at all the food was gorgeous definitely will visit agian.

Delivery takes over an hour and a half and they always mark it off on the app as been delivered. You then have to phone up to be told told it will be another 5-10mins it’s happened 2 weeks running now the food turns up Luke warm. Will not be ordering from them anymore

Ordered paneer Bhuna with tandoori roti couple of days ago . Paneer gravy was tasteless and roti was not chewable. Pathetic food.

My latest visit to this very good takeway found that they no longer appear to do a discount for collection. I guess this is down to rising costs,still good value though.

Did a Deliveroo order with Radhuny last night. We ordered at 18:30, estimated delivery was 19:20. By 19:30 I hadn’t heard anything, no tracking available so I called to just get an update - was passed between two people, a rude manager and the female who answered ‘what do you want’ when she picked up, was told ‘give me ten minutes, they’re just cooking it. We’re busy’. By 20:00 I still hadn’t received our food, I called again, the same female picked up and kept having to put me down to find the manager, she came back and said ‘oh it’ll be ten minutes’. I explained I’d heard that half an hour before and asked for an ETA, she asked what ETA meant. Eventually our food turned up 2 hours after I had ordered, with broken poppadoms in the bag and one of the saag’s had leaked slightly. Very disappointing. Impression I get is they prioritise phone orders and leave the online ones to the last minute when you chase for them - highly unlikely to ever order from here again

Radhuny Express have managed to turn a treat in to a stressful horrible experience and all they can say is 'sorry about that'. Food ordered at 6:05 delivery confirmed for 7:00 now 7.50 no food, grumpy family some of them now late for their evening plans - not good enough Radhuny Express. Update: food arrived at 8:00 containers poorly labelled and leaking but food delicious. I'm not sure if the agro and mess was worth it 🤔

Radhuny express Can’t believe this is only a take way service They should start looking for restaurant space locally because I have eaten in a lot of Indian restaurants in Bexley and welling And there food knocks the socks of most of them And price wise is a lot cheaper than most of them Will be definitely ordering again from Radhuny Express

Ordered a takeaway at 8.05pm. It's now 9.45pm and still waiting for delivery. Called and was told computer glitch. Don't order online if you don't want to starve to death!

Online order. Was supposed to be delivered 50 mins later. Still nothing after 1hr 30mins.

This place is the 7th Indian food place I've ordered from in the area and was ready to be disappointed. But no, I was very pleasantly surprised. The food is tasty and is like food you might actually eat in India. We wanted our food spicy and they accommodated to our tastes. The paneer tandoori dish is just wow! So glad we finally found a good Indian and look forward to ordering again. Delicious veggie dishes. Only drawback was it took quite a whilefor our delivery to arrive, but with food that good, I understand the wait.

First time ordering. The food was lovely, the quality is second to none and the delivery was on time with the food still hot. Can not fault them and will be ordering more from them and so should everyone else. Thank you!!!!!

I have been using Radhuny for years and had dozens and dozens of family take-aways from them. We have rarely been disappointed and will use them forever. Chicken Dansak "not too hot please" is my go-to curry - had another great one last night for my lockdown birthday - hence this review. Thoroughly recommend!!

Have used radhuny for ages and they always deliver.. last night they helped make my bros 21st extra special and the food was amazing!! You won't be disappointed

I have been trying various Indian/Pakistani/Bangladeshi restaurants in the area and more often than not one thing is good and the rest is not. Today I placed a large order with Radhuny and the pickiest amongst us couldn't out her fork down. I won't say it's straight out of Delhi but I will say everything we received was tasty so if your in doubt try it out.

After waiting for more than one hour, and trying to call the restaurant for more than 10 minutes (busy line) they informed me that my order, that was made thought their own website, was never received by them even tho my card had been charged and my status page showing up my order status as “cooking”.

This has been my favourite takeaway. I love their lamb and chicken biriyani... I wouldn’t say it’s authentic biriyani but I love the taste of it. The staff are really friendly as well. My regular orders have been - Okra - Achari Okra - Spinach - Biriyani -Achari gosht - Chicken Jhalfrazy They also alter the level of spice on request

Only ever get indian from here, couldn't recommend it enough

Just another take away curry house, oniin bhajji, chicken Shaslik starter and chicken tikka biryani are ok. Curries aren't that good and their chicken is almost always a bit harder.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! WORST INDIAN AROUND! Always late and get your order wrong. Staff are rude, the food is ok, if you want to wait twice the time they tell you it’ll be, and if you want something different to what you asked for! 3 times in a row now they have messed up my order. I will never use them again!

Best butter chicken in bexley borough by far !

I ordered a take away tandoori chicken with nan bread. It eventually arrived 20-25 minutes late. Before I accepted the delivery I told the delivery person ( incidentally from Just Eat) that it was lukewarm and that I would not accept the delivery. After discussing why I wouldn't accept the delivery, at the same time I was also speaking to the take away. After some time Radhuny agreed to deliver a freshly made tandoori. I accepted this in good faith and returned the delivery. I didn't expect to get a phone call back almost immediatly from the take away to advise me  that the fresh tandoori would be delivered in 10 minutes and was told it was already on it's way? I suspected that the Radhuny was trying to pull a fast one on me. When it arrived I questioned the delivery person (the same person who originally delivered the first tandoori to me) if it was a fresh tandoori,  he assured me that it was ( it felt the same temperature as the original, Luke warm). In the meantime I had a call from Radhuny that they would knock off a certain amount for the inconvenience caused. As soon as I started eating the tandoori I realised that it was the same tandoori that was delivered originally. I immediately phoned Radhuny to complain but he denied that it was the same. After questioning him and advising him I was born in Bengal , India (Kolkata) he started to backtrack and put me onto another person to speak to. This gentleman was most apologetical and offered to cook me a fresh tandoori in my presence, and offered it to me free of charge. Is this a form of apology or was he worried I was going to take it further, which I threatened to do. I will call Bexley Council tomorrow morning to find out what further action is appropriate.

We had a worst experience on this Deepavali Festival...We had a bit shortage of food in our festival with 200 participants. So we ordered them to deliver food for 15 people and they promised to deliver in 20 minutes. However, they delivered after 1 hour 20 minutes. All the participants got disappointed They are very very poor in committing timing. Food also not that great.
