McDonald's in Bexley

McDonald's is a good place to visit if you like fast food

Always avoid now since our recent visit the store is over run with rude children during the week. The food is ALWAYS cold and they always forget items!!! Staff are clearly unhappy and this is reflected in the service.

Was served by mimi and she was really rude and arrogant not good customer service

My coke tasted like something had been put in and I was not allowed to drink it

Delivery time kept changing from 4 mins, back to 10mins, down to 6 minutes, back to 9 minutes. By the time the food arrived - it was cold!

we have not received this order we refused when it arrived almost 3 hours after we ordered it. we didn't give the driver a code therefore he has stolen the food and you have taken our money. we want a full refund NOW!!

delivery state stationery for around 20 minutes and when it arrived at my doorstep it was barely lukewarm....delivery drivers need to stop taking on orders in bulk making other people wait for unnecessary time to receive their order and receive it cold!!!

Absolutely freezing food, chips were awful as was the Big Mac & Quater pounder they were so cold like they had be left outside for a hour. Couldn’t give this to my children not edible at all went straight in the bin. Shocking.

We were sent nuggets instead of selects, which was someone’s main meal.

But delivery times changed twice since ordering and it all arrived cold! Even the coffee was cold & eggshell found in McMuffin

Food take too long to arrive. Food itself was stone cold and stale. Very unusual for this particular restaurant.

My courier drove past my house, sat still about a block away for 10 minutes, then delivered my food and it was missing my vanilla milkshake.

Don’t let delivery drivers take more than 1 order at a time it makes the food cold by the time they get to the persons house like mine was

the driver went to another location and I have screenshots to prove it. Driver picked up my order and stayed outside McDonald's for 10 mins and went to another location before delivering my food. This has happened on many of occasions and I'm glad I have screenshots. This is not professional and deserves a complaint and I want a refund and I do not want your credit.

Food was really good ! Great Philly cheese stack burgers and great nuggets ! You just forgot one of the burgers which was very annoying as one child was left out with a burger . Luckily had extra chicken nuggets

Food was well below standard received previously. All packaging was squashed and food was cold and stuck together. Complained but compensation refused. Won’t be ordering again 🙁

Food was delivered and it was all cold

Order confirmed at 18:13... order arrived at 19:53. The "free" chicken nuggets were missing. There were no sauces. Drinks spilt. The McFlurries were like water and had to be binned. Everything was cold. My big mac was made at 18:22 according to its label... so it was sitting around for over 90 mins. Obviously this was binned. Waiting over 90 mins for delivery of our meal (which included x2 kids meals), meant our daughter fell asleep before her dinner arrived. It completely ruined our night.

Chips were soggy/cold. McFlurries were half empty (I’m usually a half-full kinda guy, but this was taking the mick) the bread was stale, the cokes were flat, and it looked liked they’d been playing heads and volleys with our burgers. They delivered a mean McNugget, though, hence the 2*.

Consistently order my kids a meal on Fridays around 18:00. Always late on delivery and cold food, orders taking so long that they end up being cancelled… reorder and then the wrong food is delivered. After 3 hours, ordering twice and food delivered wrong I have to go up to Sidcup McDonald to get the correct food and there lies the problem…. There is no managers working at there front of house organising, leading and delegating to make sure the job is done correctly. I consistently order from McDonalds in bexleyheath, welling, Woolwich and Thamesmead and there is all ways 2-3 managers in white shirts buzzing about, talking, communicating and leading but not at Sidcup. Shambles. To many Indians and not enough chiefs and when you finally speak to a so called manager that make that same excuses blame the carrier or I wasn’t here… it’s not good enough

McMuffins smelt and tasted funny all 3 got left we couldn’t eat them

Order was delivered without insulated bag, the packaging was damp and torn, and the order was barely warm.
