McDonald's in Bexley

having been a customer since it openned.....im shocked by the awful service i received last wednesday .....i called in to order a meal which included buger and chips......it came up as ready to collect....i waited and waited....it didnt arrive....i spoke to two staff members who were not bothered. but the order went on to preparing again . i collected the order when it came up on screen for a second time. .. .....i took my purchase and left the store......took a bite 2 mins later.....cold....in edible cold....my order obviously sat somewhere else.......at my first opportunity i took the chips back...... ( the burger was binned )....to see if they would refund them at least.......was met by some snooty woman....who refused as i couldnt prove anything. well fine by me.....i will never walk in to a macdonalds for cheap crappy food ever again . in any case.....any one who has read the news....will see they are in trouble dishing up Ecoli burgers. !..... no thanks never again ....you can stick your cheap rubbish absolutly fuming !

Both wraps were not cooked properly. Chicken was under cooked. Had to bin them both

arrived 45 mins after original estimated delivery time and food was cold.

I had ordered and been delivered an hour before this unfortunately all food is ordered was missing so kids just received small drinks, when I reordered exactly the same it was cold squashed and took another hour. I am hopefully I get a refund for my original order that I received only 2 drinks, no food or other drinks and the second order I think the kids ate as they’d waited so long. First delivery driver lied to me said he’d go back collect their food, didn’t bother

i was waiting more than one hour to recieve my order,the time was changing many times

I don't know as i never received my food order and in contacting your company that was a waste of time i never got a replacement order or a refund so i will never recommend just eats to anyone.

The service tonight is an absolute joke, I ordered my food an hour and a half ago for it to turn up stone cold as many previous orders before. The order went from a 20 minute wait to an hour and a half. I am not happy at all and expect a full refund. There is no way I should be waiting around 2 hours for ‘fast food’ have tried contacting the branch several times and no answer. Something needs to be done about this as soon as possible! 2 hours for 3 meals is absolutely disgusting and embarrassing. I don’t want my account credited I want a FULL refund back into my account.

The driver asked for my order pin # which they have never asked about before when I ordered online, but I gave it to him & he seemed happy with that..

Just eat delivery was so slow my meal was freezing cold. Chips soggy. Delivery driver couldn’t find my door. Just eat = bad service as usual.

It's getting back to how it used to be.I think they are stopping delivery drivers from sitting inside now. The food is always hot when I have been there and the service is good .

Food didn’t come .. time kept getting later and later. Had to drive to McDonald’s gave them the order receipt and they did it again . Got home to a knock on the door the original one arrived . Checked the bag from the courier it was disgusting freezing soggy chips same with burgers and chicken nuggets . Melted ice creams and drinks . My kids were starving so it was a good job I drive to get it because the original order delivered about 1 hr 10 mins late went in the bin , it was awful .

I ordered at 6:45, they keep adding 10 more minutes to delivery time, finally at 8:30 the app said my order has been cancelled, I ordered again immediately, the order was not delivered until 21:17, 2 and a half hours later than the original order was

I needed a place to relax while waiting for my client, so I decided to stop by McDonald's for a hot chocolate. It was a great experience - the atmosphere was cool and calming, and the ambience was neat. I didn't interact much with the staff because I used the self-service machine to place my order and picked it up when it was ready.

McD profits should spend more on teaching the staff how to read English so that they can fulfill the orders placed, so that we don't have to keep requesting refunds and not upsetting the children

My food was cold waste of money. Took 1 bite and just put it all in the bin. And the sauce's on my burger was wrong. So it would of gone in the bin either way. So please can I get a refund. Only been able 2 get in touch now. Since AV just got my data

delivery arrived late and the chips were half filled the carton and all the chips were cold. thankfully the burgers were ok and the cold drinks couldn't get any cold.

Food was cold. Mc flurry’s were that melted you cold drink through a straw. Delivery guy had 2 deliveries to do the first one was the other direction to me so we had to wait extra time because there not just given 1 order at a time now. So 1 of the orders will get late and cold. Might have to start using another delivery company

I love McDonalds chips and think they are cooked and seasoned well here, but you only ever get half of the portion size, or thereabouts. It’s a rip off to pay extra and not get what you paid for.

Completely incapable of getting any delivery orders correct. Every time we order there is at least one item missing! So disappointing! Come on Sidcup McDonald's surely there is a check process!?

How can someone deliver 2 cokes instead of 2 shakes. Can staff not distinguish the difference between a cokes and a milkshake? It also leaked everywhere. disgraceful and not the first time this specific outlet has missed or damaged items!!!

I come to this McDonald’s most mornings and one of the staff members in there is always really polite. Not sure if he sees this but he always says hello to me with a smile.

Sidcup McDonald’s consistently gets the order wrong and often the food is soaked from one of the drinks . Tonight was again a missing meal . This is a regular occurrence and frustrating.

Ordered McDonalds tonight from just eat and the food wasn’t fresh burger and chips were cold the food was obviously old from being cooked earlier and even then it wasn’t cooked properly wasn’t that nice it has been left out obviously it wasn’t fresh they shouldn’t be allowed to serve non fresh food considering how much you pay for a McDonald’s meal now the only good thing was the birthday donut.

Received wrong order. On the bag the order was correct however open opening the sealed bag it was completely the wrong items. Not one of the items I ordered was in there.

All extras I have ordered was not in the bad. which was disappointing as I had to eat my chicken on its own. No extra cheese added on burger, or dips with chicken.
