McDonald's in Bexley

Best it’s ever been. Usually food is cold or missing and usually delivered WAYYYYYYY too late. This time was the complete opposite.

Steak burger was burnt very hot , i asked for a quarter pounder with cheese I got a hamburger

How the staff had the balls to serve me this wrap is unbelievable! Should have been thrown away and used a fresh one.

The missing items are worrying especially when kids are involved ! Ice cream were not delivered and drinks were also not delivered and we paid for everything!! This is not good !!!

My order was missing so many items

I paid for a medium fries and along came a small portion in a medium size box. Unfair for food prices to rise but portion sizes decrease, very cheeky! Not only this but the chips were freezing cold, as was my chicken burger. The full fat coke that I paid extra for was flat. Not impressed overall. £3.50 back is a bit of an insult really.

We were missing medium chips with the quarter pound meal 🙁

Took over an hour and arrived cold!

The delivery driver took it to kaspas instead of premier inn then was very very rude I would look at who you have delivering your food

Only 5 mins walk from McDonald’s and still delivered cold. !. It tells you it will be 25 mins and as the time counts down they add more time , so you never know when it’s going to turn up . The time changed at least 3 times . With food being delv cold it’s just not worth ordering for delv anymore . Might as well walk and get it myself

Every time I order from this place they get something wrong. EVERY time. And they always put half a lettuce into the Big Mac. Fed up of all the shitty ass school kids in there, too. Not using this place again.

I was delivered the wrong item. paid almost £15 for a drink, mcmuffin and brownie. only offered a refund for the mcmuffin. I want a replacement ideally. that means I just paid all these extra fees coming to £10 for a small orange juice and brownie. absolutely starving and bed bound. you should offer a replacement service and regain the loss from the restaurant instead of leaving the consumer at a loss! I honestly have more bad orders than good with just eating.

Cold old food stuff didn’t arrive

The reason why it was late and the food was cold again! was because clearly the driver had a massive bag of deliveries so my order kept being put back, not happy

it was 25 minutes late when i pre ordered for it to arrive at 2:20, i was at work and barely had time to eat it infact i didn’t have enough time to eat the wrap very annoying

Despite leaving instructions on how to find my address on the order, and sending messages to the courier, he appeared to find it very difficult and I ended up going out to find him. For some reason your map pinpoint is further down the road.

As usual the delivery driver arrives at the restaurant but then waits for other deliveries so he can do multiple drop offs, whilst your dinner gets cold.

Always avoid now since our recent visit the store is over run with rude children during the week. The food is ALWAYS cold and they always forget items!!! Staff are clearly unhappy and this is reflected in the service.

we have not received this order we refused when it arrived almost 3 hours after we ordered it. we didn't give the driver a code therefore he has stolen the food and you have taken our money. we want a full refund NOW!!
