Ordered an mcflurry, not the mini one, basically get that little. Are you xxxking serious? Really should close down. Really a joke.

Completely incapable of getting any delivery orders correct. Every time we order there is at least one item missing! So disappointing! Come on Sidcup McDonald's surely there is a check process!?

Fancy putting cup of drink & flurry in a paper bag. Both fell through bottom of bag over my lounge floor grrr

I come to this McDonald’s most mornings and one of the staff members in there is always really polite. Not sure if he sees this but he always says hello to me with a smile.

Paid nearly £15....multiple items missing- so that money pays for a happy meal, fries and a drink does it? Contacting my bank to dispute the transaction now- this branch is an absolute joke.

Superb fast service, my order, which was a large amount collected within 3 minutes of me placing the order via the self service station

Ordered McDonalds tonight from just eat and the food wasn’t fresh burger and chips were cold the food was obviously old from being cooked earlier and even then it wasn’t cooked properly wasn’t that nice it has been left out obviously it wasn’t fresh they shouldn’t be allowed to serve non fresh food considering how much you pay for a McDonald’s meal now the only good thing was the birthday donut.

First time i have ever seen this Mc Donald's dirty and full of delivery people ramdom and every where in the restaurant looked a mess sad to see must have changed the manager.

Ordered food 25min before closing. Didn’t bother to call us or anything to say they can’t make the order. Waited like idiots till 12 am just to find out they were never gonna make it in the first place. Now most other restaurants are closed and going to bed hungry. Will never visit again.

Ordered today in Sidcup McDonald's. went home and opened the packing, literally in 2 portions of chips they gave me half of it in both of them . Went back to McDonald's and asked them what is this? The way they answered was very rude and not expecting that reply from them. Instead of say sorry or excuse in return they are saying that may be you have eat at home and came back😂🤣.Never order again and suggest anyone to order here. Please teach some manners and how to talk with people. Very funny guys. Have some common sense and think about it if same thing happens to you. Imagine yourself guys we order monthly 3 or 4 times, everytime we order in Sidcup McDonald's something will be problem.

I ordered 2 medium fries with my meals and didn't receive it and then I ordered apple pie last month and didn't get it with my meals again and I ordered it on just eats and I got my money back but that's not the point cos the point is they need to check the bags and order before they send the meals out to delivery

I drank a cup of coffee while listening to music comfortably. Since it was after 5pm, there were hardly any teenagers and it was quiet.

Foods alright I don't really like mcdonalds but it's convenient

Was very busy when i went i did want to add to my order bht the lady on the till said i would wait even longer so i didnt add to it but as i waited so long a kind worker said i can have a free burger as thats what i wanted to add

There rude can't even get a plain triple burger with 1 extra bit of cheese done right at all the breakfast no much better I ask for just cheese on my sausage mcmuffin and they put everything in it there thick and can't get a basic of the basic meal done

Ordered McPlant burger, cheese was solid, they didn't warm it to melt it. Tikki was cold. Garlic bites were also cold and didn't have any garlic flavour or garlic. Had only cheese.

To much focus on big take away orders for the internet buyers seems that they have forgotten about the real customer standing in front of them, food cold and been left standing to long, so unless you're staving, hold out for another take away

More rushed food than fast food, experience varies from shift to shift.

I love this McDonald's!! Chips are always perfect saltiness and the diet coke is lovely here. By far best McDonald's in the area.

Very much improved restaurant. Since allowing the public to order and collect separate from food delivery courriers, Sidcup Macdonalds has been spot on for me. Food hot, correct and prepared quickly. Many Thanks, your efforts are appreciated.

Happy Meal, not so happy! Ordered a take out from Sidcup McDonald's today, being a good dad and ordering Happy Meals for my kids, as a treat. To my surprise the Toy didn't match the Happy Meal Box of "The Adventures of Paddington Bear", until 2nd Jan 2024. The toy received was "DC League of Super pets", McDonalds Happy Meal from 2022!!!! At least tell me I am getting an old toy, to manage expectations. This is an other gripe, since this branch introduced a 10 pence fee per additional sauce requested!

Typical Mcdonald to young people working without any clue of a good customer service and super busy Must sat that McDonald's are getting a bit more expensive too.

Possibly the best I've been in. Early morning atmosphere was relaxed and friendly.

Service a little slow as staff appear to prioritse take away drivers orders

McDonald's is well known, but I felt that this branch is distinct from others, as their food is very delicious and their service is fast

DONT bother ordering through the app for your delivery- This restaurant NEVER gets the orders right and I have on a number of occasion had items missing from the order - I am then pushed through to Uber eats who are as just as unhelpful due to their guidelines. BLOODY JOKE - so you pay money in good faith and then dont get a proper refund

Was in on Saturday 9th of September and was served by the most happy, friendly and accommodating member of staff. Two star guy - Dave maybe…. Anyway, top chap all credit to him.

Everything is amazing the food the service and the atmosphere I highly recommend McDonald’s for your food choice if your hungry

Food and service are good and the cleanness of toilet has improved, As I have made 2 complaints before to MD. Thx for their concern.

It was an alright meal, some kids were being loud and noisy but got asked to leave, the atmosphere brightened after they left

I only come here in the morning, so I can only vouch for my experience at said time: it's generally quiet before 8am, but between 8-10am it's pretty busy (for me (I have sensory issues)), with a little too many delivery drivers taking up about 40% of the seating waiting about. Staff are friendly enough, and the service is much more consistent than most McDonald's in the local area.

It's ok. However there's always 10 or more just eats and delivering people congregated on the big table by the doors just hanging around inside the McDonalds.

The one in Sidcup. Ordering machines do not give receipts with the order number - sort it out as you wish. No table service numbers at the machine as they are all piled on the counter. Staff chatting while food is getting cold on half-completed trays. Some staff touching noses and picking ears while tackling food. Disgusting!

Food hasn't arrived on a delivery & have never received a refund, although requested.

I'm afraid it's gone down the pan! I've been a customer since the first one opened in Woolwich in the 1970s! They've lost the plot! They no longer care about the walk in customer, it's all about the deliveries! Hot fresh food served fast is a thing of the past!

Food is standard McDonald's. The restaurant is clean but dingy and is looking a bit dilapidated. I appreciate that this is an older McDonald's but the layout now is a bit of a nightmare with the amount of delivery orders that are taken. At peak times you just stand in a crowd waiting for your order. The kitchen area looks pretty cramped too, and the service is not always the quickest.

Although most of the time the staff is friendly it's been a couple of days recently when I had to wait for long for a takeaway drink. Some of the staff said sorry but it's been happening more than 3 times. Not to mention that one of your staff tried to sell me one Medium Fanta for £6.80 one day. Please train your staff to be more polite otherwise you will lose lots of customers if they treat them like this

Very busy with school kids at lunchtime. Can make you fill intimerdated if feeling vonrable. Hence, food takes its time n not very hot

We went on a Sunday afternoon which is a relatively quiet time. The numbers for table service were not available - all piled up at the counter and the situation was not rectified when I pointed it out. The order was manually marked as ready 5 minutes before I was able to get it - I don’t mind the wait, the lying is wrong, not sure what they are trying to prove to the automated systems. And when I opened the order, the packing was lacking to say the least - all scrunched up. Only one working iPad, which is anyways usually the case. Only highlight was the cleaning staff - very kind and respectful. I know it is fast food, but I still expect to be treated with some decency

Restaurant is a good place to go for breakfast but is usually very crowded after school and at lunchtime. Restaurant is close to Morrisons carpark but has no drive through.

Worst experience ever, cold food, missing items. Literally 5 chips with my daughters happy meal. How can you forget customers drinks. I have never been so disappointed. That is the last time McDonalds receive an order from me. We are a KFC household now

Waited 35 minutes for our food and when it turned up it wasn’t even our order or food so it’s not only me and my sister missing out it’s someone else aswell

Poor example of what MD have set out to do. Customer service was at best very poor food was cold all I asked for was large fries no salt it took 25mins and thats after we ran the gauntlet of the Delivery drivers surely MD have worked out that having rugby scrum in front of where you collect your food does little to create any form of atmosphere. I refuse to use this outlet again......Management get a grip.

Over £55 order to be missing half of the items what did turn up was messy and stone cold

Rubbish staff asked for no bun with big Mac as gluten free. Received bun and burgers no cheese no salad no sauce. Milkshakes left on counters to melt avoid this branch

Basically an Uber eats centre. Loss of mopeds on pavement causing traffic chaos, food takes ages as walk ins are not prioritised

We got our food stone cold, no straws, and barely any chips with our meals. We paid nearly £40 for our food, and I don’t normally complain but that’s just ridiculous. It’s disappointing when you buy it for a treat for your family.

An absolute circus is the best way to describe this McDonalds. Must of waited 15mins for a basic order. They seem to be over whelmed by online orders. Huge negative for me is the Uber eats/deliveroo drivers have absolutely no manners and are uncontrolled.

Place order. Coffee made. Wait ten minutes to get food . They serve all the moped delivery people. Then a stone cold coffee is served.
