Nando's - Crayford in Bexley

Great service and usual good Nandos food.

I come hear every Wednesday after my singing lessons for a bite to eat! The food is always spot on, and the staff are very polite and friendly, the atmosphere is quiet but loud, and just relaxing a very nice place to chill and eat. The service is like it teleports faster than a Time Machine, just amazing and especially when your hungry…!! Thank you I really do enjoy eating in Nando’s! The restaurant is also very tidy,well maintained and has the cleanest floors that I’ve ever seen !

Sub-par nandos - sorry! Not meeting brand standards for sure. They don't know how to cook the garlic bread here, had a new portion and it was the same, completely uncooked. They're missing something here. Portion sizes not right either for Nandos

My experience was not bad, food served after 35 minutes which was bit annoying, staff was good when we ask about food they tried their best to serve as quick as possible,

The food is great just the service is abit slow. Our food was very late and when I went to wash my hands there where 8 dishes ready to be served but the waiters where taking time to serve the customers.

I visited with my family and had an exceptional experience! The service was outstanding. A special thank you to Daisy, who was incredibly kind and accommodating throughout. I'd also like to recognize the manager (my apoligies, I can't recall her name), who was also super welcoming. Overall, we felt very well taken care of, and I highly recommend this place for both the wonderful service and friendly atmosphere!

Probably the best Nandos locally. Staff very friendly and helpful especially Alison! Food always tasty and spicy. We are regulars!

Staff informed me and my family there was 15- 20 wait… which was fine…. and informed us what food was not available… again fine as the non of the food mentioned was what we wanted. But when we got to our table after 20min… and then try to order food via the app it said sold out (veggie section for some members of the family). I approached a member of staff and they were confused!!!! Asked for manager he was not very empathetic and did not feel very concerned!!!! There is poor communication between the staff and those at the front …. Shocking !!!! We had to leave as Somme members of the family were veggie… and there was no substitute!!! Nando’s Crayford… sort it out….communicate!!!!

Ordered online. Took 25 minutes longer than it should & completely messed up the order to the point People went without due to dietary restrictions.

The only thing that let this gaff down was the coleslaw as it was very bland and I just didn't enjoy it, other than that the rest of the food was banging as always and tried the gravy for the first time and loved it so much I brought a bit home to pour over my missus so I can lick it off her. Good stuff

Regular staple for my family. Great Service and food is always as we would expect. Really helpful and friendly staff who genuinely care about our experience. When my family come out from an evening here, I can tell just by how happy they are, that this is a place we will keep coming back to. Top marks Nandos

Expensive food, small portions, not a lot of choice, no atmosphere

Had a brilliant night, the food was great! All the staff were friendly and helpful especially in my case Ben and Spencer. Ben was running the till, he was very patient, helpful and accommodating. Spencer was an absolute saint, he went above and beyond to ensure me and my partner had everything we needed that night, even when I could tell he was very busy! Many thanks to the two I have mentioned and the team as a whole!

I ordered takeaway on Wednesday 24th July and the box of chips was barely half full. The bag was sealed so I know this was how it was served and not the work of the delivery driver. The prices for Nando’s meals have skyrocketed so these sort of errors are simply unacceptable. Please inform your kitchen to stop stinging on delivery portions.

The food was really good and presentation was spot on but the atmosphere was too noisy and it was quite difficult to hear the music however the seating was nice and tables laid out nicely. Wide variety and range of sauces all to their own quality. Was very impressed with the sink next to the ice cream machine which made it easy to pour drinks and wash my hands.

Main course food is good (Mediterranean salad with chicken) but desert was a lacking taste (cheesecake). Restaurant is very noisy due to music being played far too loud. Staff are friendly and polite.

Ordered online for collection, food was ready for me when I arrived I was created by the lovely Heather who was friendly and helpful. Food was tasty as always.

Was very busy, but didn't have to wait long for my food, food was nice,hot and fresh, really enjoyed, all staff were really welcoming and happy, seems like a pleasant place to work. Keep up the good, I will be visiting again :D

We had a great experience here. The food was really good, the chicken was not dry, the corn on the cob was not burned, the staff were friendly and attentive. Good space, free parking, children friendly and a plus they had iced tea refills here. I'd be back if I'm around in the area.

Didn’t have olive oil dressing for the salad ! Didn’t have seeds. Lots of stuff run out. Didn’t have medium sauce. And then couldn’t find a spoon for a child’s ice cream dessert.

We got seated straight away and waited half hour for pitta bread and homous then for the manager to come over say it has been given to wrong table the manager wasnt concerned she just offer a refund I know it was busy but too wait over half hour for pitta bread and homous The rest off our food was ok

Don't bother ordering take away from here it's a chicken shop that doesn't have any chickens apparently absolutely shambolic. Then when the order arrives my wife's wrap has no mushroom in it that was ordered so apparently the chicken shop doesn't have whole chickens on mushrooms

Worst nandos for miles, all the tables covered in dirty plates didn't have any chicken on the bone rude staff refused to bring out clean cutlery walking off to clear tables after being asked for the fourth time I will never visit here again what a disgrace

Absolutely awful experience Dirty floors Dirty tables Sticky menus The manager is dismissive, arrogant and rude They only wanted to use one till for ordering even though this meant the queue was around people eating at their tables. Food was cold when delivered to table, order was not correct either. Worst Nando’s ever !!!!!

Food was very good, staff friendly - wish there was a better system for picking up orders as there was no one to greet me walking in so I had no idea where to go for collections. Overall good and whenever I go, the orders are correct first time.

I ordered a delivery to my home address and it was not delivered yet marked as delivered. I was standing outside waiting ! I called Crayford Nando’s where this delivery was supposed to be from. I was told by Nicole who answered the phone that a refund would be processed with no apologies and in so much hurry to get off the phone. I repeatedly asked about what happened with the order and if she could find out so that this does not happen again. I was ready to reorder provided I knew that this wouldn’t happen again. The lady Nicole was rude and unprofessional ; and just kept saying I will process the refund and perhaps you put the wrong address. At no point was there any apology nor did she even bother to figure out where the order was. It was just an automated response from a person saying the same thing as if she obviously told multiple customers the same thing all day long. No empathy and unbothered. Just terrible ! Simply put, never again from Nando’s Crayford specifically !

Food was alright, service took quite a long time considering the restaurant wasn't even that busy, atmostphere was pretty standard, nothing really special I can say about that. Overall nice food and an all right experience. Only downside is that they claim the sauces to be spicy, but when I tried the Extra Extra Hot sauce they was barely any spice at all.

We went on Thursday evening to collect a take away that we had ordered to collect. Something had gone wrong and the order hadn’t gone through. The manager (blonde lady in grey shirt) sprung into action to help us and went above and beyond to assist us. The lady at the till was also fantastic. Both so helpful and kind. Very unexpected to have that level of service at such a busy space. Well done to the team!

Went on a Saturday lunchtime. The service was slow as a result and the food was mediocre. It’s becoming pricy for what it is

Went here with my partner for a light brunch, staff were polite and friendly, we was seated right away, food was served quickly and hot, I have take 1 star off due to the men's toilets being unclean and smelling despite just opening, me and my partner were the first customers to arrive but it got busy very quickly with many families and children, pleasant visit and will return again soon. Update 27/01/24 our food was cooked today by annie and it was one of the best plate of food I've had from here, hot, flavorful.

It was empty as we went earlier. My chicken was dry and over cooked. I could not even cut it or put my fork into it. Talked to the manager and she was very helpful. She got me a new bit of chicken which was a little under cooked. It had no seasoning on it. It was disappointing as I have not been in such a long time to nandos. I would like to think it was just a bad day when I went. I will not be going back there again. Sorry

Waited for 35 minutes just for a simple chicken burger and Pitta Roll.

All staff, including the manager were extremely friendly and accommodating. I had issues around using my NHS discount and the manager (didn’t catch her name) sorted out the discount another way. Staff serving and the manager were lovely.

The server with the black hair, quiffed with a fringe, rolled her eyes and acted stroppy when we requested to sit at a different table to what was offered to us. Rude and poor customer service skills. Food was standard, nandos is nandos. Except the Portuguese roll was dry and hard.

My daughter in law purchased some food today and unfortunately assumed all Nando's were halal (the ones we have been to in London and the South were). Although the food had already been purchased and she had left, I called to explain that we were unable to consume the food. I returned to the restaurant and spoke to a staff member, Katie, who was courteous and professional and offered a refund, which I accepted.

I liked the new refit. Felt fresh and clean. Very accommodating to having a baby and allergies. We felt that the allergies were taken seriously by staff which was very appreciated.

During the week when it's not busy they're service is rubbish. Food gets waiting underneath the light. Staff chit chatting, when they can help out if short of staff. One of the staff mum and daughter came in, one of the chefs their gave them a bowl of chips and so on. But isn't giving out the customers food. I get it if its so busy. Its understandable but waiting for a food that you can see and it's been 45mins. By time it comes to you it's cold. I've been here a couple of times and it's the same scenario everytime!

Well cooked meals as usual! Worth every hype.

Ik ben dol op Nando's met sappig gegrilde kip met veel sausjes en bijgerechten. Maar de liefde is wel aan het bekoelen. Ondanks dat Nando's als fastfood wordt gezien, zijn ze niet bepaald goedkoop. Voor meer dan 70 Pond besteld voor takeaway voor 3 personen. De gegrilde kip is nog steeds okay, maar ze wordt kleiner en kleiner. De bijgerechten ook: de hoeveelheid frietjes, rainbow slaw, erwten en puree in de bakjes was schandalig klein, terwijl de prijzen dat niet zijn. De maiskolf was verbrand, hard en taai. Niet eetbaar, moest dit weggooien.

Shame that the nearest halal nando’s from this place is an hour away, especially considering how many muslims are in crayford and the surrounding area

Me and my Family had a great experience on Saturday at nandoes. Food was absolutely banging and my little boys loved it. Mh son a some tiny issue with his burger and the manager rushed another over with a few minutes. Can't thank her enough. We will be back in a few days for more food

Monday evening dinner time - absolute disaster. Waited for a simple meal for almost an hour. It seemed as if they had no staff or chef or working equipment or all three. Owners of these businesses will have to rethink their priority and start paying the money staff deserve and sacrifice their profit margin to maintain their reputation.

Horrific, hottest day of summer and the air con was not on. I asked a member of staff( Laura) if was on or not available. She was rude and also sarcastic. Other staff also lack social awareness or just don’t want to make there customers feel welcome. because of inability to engage when I entered the restaurant.

All good. May be Nando’s need to spend some on staffs dental care. Breath will ruin the atmosphere

Has to be hands down the best Nandos in the local area (Comparing to Bexleyheath, Eltham, Bluewater and Charlton). My family often order delivery from Crayford and every single time the food is great quality, hot and the special requirements are followed. Thank you to all staff for your amazing customer service and cooking skills.

My food came burnt, even the sides,I got my food before my friend and i finished my whole meal before she even got her food.

I am a regular customer at Nando’s, however today the service was amazing from all members of staff. Especially from Cynthia she is a credit to the team. Thanks to everyone else who made my experience amazing this evening.

First time visiting this branch. We had to wait almost a hour for table because they only had 1 chef so was unable to cook in a timely manner and instead of seating people they were writing down names and phone#. That's why I gave 3 🌟 for service. However overall staffs were helpful and pleasant.

My family of five came for dinner and the staff were friendly and helpful especially Cynthia, the lady at the till. AAA level of service and the food was very good as well.

Worst experience ever ! Waiting over 1hr to be serviced , They were more interested in for filling online orders / delivery ,than the customer who were seated inside restaurant. Very busy place. Waited for 1hr 25mins for my takeaway meal. I kept going to ask how long an ordinary takeaway would be bagged up. Finally, I had my takeaway and a deserved apology from the kitchen manager. I'm not going back again.
