Lovely homemade cakes beautifully made My Grandson loved the Lego cake and my daughter loved her baby shower cake. Highly recommend them.

No creo que Rachel está en el centro kingfisher ahora pero hemos tenido 2 lotes de bizcochos para un baby shower y nuestra boda. Los colores y la decoración para boda otoño ou tema era genial y todos los huéspedes dijeron que eran excelentes.

Sabía tan bien como parecía. No duran! Todos disfrutamos de la tarta. Gracias, seguro que volveré a usar sus servicios de nuevo.

Me puse Rachel para preguntar si podían organizar a mandar unas tartas via post ya no lo pude hacer a la panadería. Para mi deleite, estaban más que dispuestos a mandar algunos trozos de bizcocho por correo como parte de su compañía hermana. Esta luego se convirtió en una cosa habitual y me hicieron pedidos semanales con bizcochos Rachel's dependiendo de lo sabores que tenían disponible, la gama y variedades son increíbles y el equipo tanto mostrar imaginación y la iniciativa. Se lo recomendaría a cualquiera, el bizcochos y otras tartas son deliciosos y creativos! Bien hecho y gracias a todo el equipo para cumplir mis órdenes!

I wanted to buy something for my fiancée and her family as a treat that was a bit different so I decided on cupcakes. I discovered Rachel's cupcakes on Facebook and began corresponding with her via Facebook messenger. She was very quick to reply and very polite and professional. I found her shop and decided on two selection boxes. Opted for 8 different types of cakes in the end which included red velvet, chocolate and carrot cake. My fiancée and her family loved them. They said there were the best cupcakes they've ever eaten and presented beautifully. I had to eat one too to see what the fuss was about and they were delicious. I was really happy with my purchase and will definitely visit again.

The cakes and pastries here are delicious and served at the table with finesse. Lovely friendly staff.

I had some time to kill when shopping last week and came across this very pretty looking café in the courtyard near BHS. It was very clean and welcoming. I had tea and it was the best tea I have had in a café for some time. certainly much better than the excuse for tea they serve in M and S in Redditch! Infact I enjoyed it so much I had a second pot. My companions enjoyed their hot chocolate and delicious home made cakes. I was very nearly tempted by the amazing looking Ferrero Roche cake but had already eaten elsewhere so could not try it-another time perhaps!

this was the first time I'd ordered from Rachel's Cupcakes. I'd seen the store in the town centre, but had never ventured in. In our office, it's tradional to buy cakes for the rest of the office on your birthday. (I've already been an advocate of it being the other way around!). Therefore, I placed an order by phone and paid by card, the week before the agreed date. On my birthday, I headed over to their Lakeside location (much easier/quicker to park) and collected the 2 boxes of 12 "Daily Selection" cupcakes. Feedback from the office team was excellent. The Cupcakes went down very well and apparently "the bar" is set very high for future birthdays. :)

We have used Rachel's over a number of years now. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the cakes are to die for ..... Cupcakes in several falvours and Full size cakes for party's or special celebrations done to your requirements..... Superb, thoroughly recommend.

They offer nice cakes (and the melts are my favourites) which are really tasty and moist. They keep for several days too and do not go dry. I am glad that their stall is back at the Kingfisher Shopping Centre.

We popped by after shopping and had some cupcakes to go, absolutely brilliant! Packaging was good too! Will visit again,

We purchased cupcakes and slices of cake from the stall in the Kingfisher centre all were fabulous lovely moist cake with tasty frosting I would definitely reccomend I choose very well with the Ferrero rocher cake huge slice and so yummy, I'm looking forward to a special occasion so we can order a large special cake as they also look fab.

I left things a little late this year in sorting a cake for my daughters birthday. She desperately wanted peppa pig and thanks to Rachel that's what she got. The cake was beautiful, colourful and great value!! It was delicious too. Thank you!!

Went a few times and bought lovely cupcakes for different occasions. Would highly recommend. Lovely and inviting looking shop window always offering a good array of different cupcake styles.

I Always order my cakes from these lovely ladies, they are just too yummy and beautiful to describe! I've never had problems ordering and they'll bend over backwards to make the perfect cake for you! Lovely decorated cakes and great to look at. But the worst tasting sponges ever. Very dry. Such a shame :-(

I'm shocked to of seen the recent reviews on this place. My friend and I visited on Saturday, I could not fault anything! Amazing homemade soup, topped of with a nice cup of tea and the lemon melt!(to die for!)! My friend is gluten free so it's always hard to eat out....not here! Gluten free cakes and even gluten free bread! Girls were all so welcoming in there and smiley! Lovely little homely shop, only downside is it's not big enough as people were queuing for tables! Keep up the good work girls! We'll be back :)

Cake was dry & coffee not nice ,, small cramped seating area, there is a table outside which is in a very busy pedestrian area, ok if you want your coffee knocked on the floor by passers by

Visited for the first time on Saturday and sadly it will be the last! The checklist, staff trained No, staff polite No, soup tasty No, is you sandwich available in any other colour bread than white NO, tables cleaned NO. In summary mother figure needed.

Went with a friend for lunch , fab home made soup and cupcakes that tasted great only very small, but do feel a move to larger premises may be neede if this service is kept this high well done !!!!

Viisted rachels cupcakes recently, spent over 100 pounds on special birthday cake, while waitingin shop, purchased coffee and cupcakes. altogether spent 148.00, .sorry not worth it, overpricedfor a decent birthday cake, need to drop prices.

Absolutely love this place we go all the time!! The cakes and cupcakes are amazing and don't even get me started on the Oreo cheesecake it's heaven!!!! They also do lovely sandwiches and soups. The staff are lovely

Popped in for some cakes today. Cupcakes gorgeous as usual, the rocky road was the best I've had (including BIG marshmallows!) and the service was very friendly (Rachel's Mum!).Will be back again - I've yet to try the cheesecakes!

.. disagreeing totally with everyone else i didn't have the best experience here. The cupcake i had was very dry, and generally not very nice. I live a few doors down from a cupcake shop and their really is no comparison, theirs are also bigger! Service wasn't the best either didn't even manage a smile!

They do some amazing cupcakes here, even custom cupcakes, very nice and very reasonably priced - also they are closed Sunday

They really are. The 'very vanilla' is my favourite, so creamy and moist like ice cream! I have since had other cupcakes and they just don't compare.

We have used rachels cupcakes for the past few years for birthdays and other special occassions and knew without a doubt we'd ask them to make our wedding cake. The cake was absoloutely stunning (photo uploaded). We had 3 tiers being red velvet, double chocolate and white chocolate and raspberry sponge. All the guests loved it and it was delicious. Rachel is so friendly and brilliant at her job, and also her sister kate too!! Thankyou for yet another amamzing cake. Lucy & Dave :)

Rachel and her team made us some wedding favour shortbread biscuits. We asked for them to be in a specific blue colour which we knew was difficult to match. Rachel went above and beyond to ensure that the biscuits were perfect. We had fantastic feedback from all of our guests, the biscuits were beautifully wrapped and decorated and tasted delicious. The added bonus is Rachel's cupcakes is reasonably priced and extremely friendly.

Never been to Redditch before - was just there on business. Was just passing and looking for something different for lunch - I had home made soup which was just sublime and then cupcake with my tea - just perfect for lunch and would highly recommend.

Rachel's Cupcakes is a fabulous little gem! Staff are so helpful & friendly and there is too much choice of delicious cakes & cupcakes - can there ever be too much choice of cake?? Well worth a visit - cakes are delicious & always fresh. Cream tea is quite lovely too!

We popped in for afternoon tea, good selection of cakes all looking yummy and not to bad priced either. We ate in & took a bunch home, the take out ones were still fresh the next day.

I've been to Rachel's Cupcakes on several occassions and the food and service is excellent.,The cakes are the best I have ever tasted and Ive eaten in top class hotels in London. Definately recommend anyone to eat in or just take a box of cupcakes home I can assure you wont be disappointed.....

Since Rachel's Cupcakes arrived at the Kingfisher Centre, Redditch, I have popped in on more than one occasion for a little treat and every time, the cakes have lived up to their expectation! My most recent trip saw my buying of a box of cakes for my sister's birthday and she, in turn, bought me my own box of cupcakes (we share the same birthday!). And what's more, Rachel's Cupcakes have recently introduced a cake decorating range: gel colours, boards and glitters! This now means I no longer have to order such decorating items online, yahoo!

Rachel's serves delicious home-made cakes at a very reasonable price. The staff are friendly and helpful.Particularly nice to see they have gluten-free options (the nutella cupcake is to die for) and that they are well set up for take-aways - my two cupcakes were well wrapped by the staff and made it home in one piece (apart from the bit I nibbled in the car).It's really good to see an independent retailer selling good quality food among all the chains. I highly recommend you stop by.

Not so much a meal but an indulgence, a moment of sheer bliss! Never seen cup cakes like this, even in the US. Forget the diet - just treat yourselves to the best cup cakes for miles! Scrumptious!!

I have visited Rachel's Cupcakes three times now and can't go into Redditch Kingfisher Centre without popping in for a gorgeous cupcake. Lovely moist cakes with a generous amount of icing, always beautifully presented. Highly recommended.

I have had various Cakes from Rachels, and have had the odd Pot of Earl Grey for afternoon tea. Always served with courtesy and promptly. The atmosphere is of a traditional Tea Shop. It is comfortable and has a very high stand of Hygiene.I have now commissioned them to Make my Sons wedding cake, Rachel as Designed a gorgeous cake of 4 tiers. Cant wait till September to eat it.My Grandchildren always beg me to take them for the best Cupcakes, and they ask to go to Rachels and no where else.I would not recommend anywhere else but Here.!!

Visited today for a family treat. Delicious cupcakes, friendly staff and lovely milk shakes, will be back as I prefer independent cafes to the big chains.

Purchased a chocolate birthday cake for my son's birthday. What can I say the cake was fabulous from the decoration to the taste. The cake was huge and was so reasonably priced compared to previous cakes I've purchased. Everybody that had some absolutely loved it. Thanks so much Rachel's cupcakes. All the staff were friendly and really helpful too.

Nice to see a small independent cafe amongst all the chains in Redditch shopping centre. Staff really helpful and accommodating! Wanted a box of cakes for a last minute birthday present. Gift wrapped plus a free shopping tote bag as well all included!!! While we waited we enjoyed a pot of tea with extra hot water (you usually have to ask) plus a slice of lovely home-made fruit cake for £3.50. Well done girls and thank you so much. My friend loved the cupcakes - we'll definitely be back !!!

Rachel made 3 birthday cakes for me and we often buy her cupcakes when we are feeling naughty! They are by far the best, tastiest cakes we have ever had! Especially the white chocolate and raspberry cupcakes, although the cherry bakewells come a close 2nd!A must buy for anyone who hasn't been!
