I like their food but won't be going back based on 1 reason. The staff are so miserable and NEVER smile. I've been here loads to grab lunch, they're NEVER happy or pleased to see you. The turkish lady who serves you only asked what you want, then blanks you after that. And if it's not her serving you, it's a 17 year old (who has got my order wrong 3 out of 3 times she's served me). Manager and server should get different jobs as they're clearly not happy (but they won't, as they've been there forever). It's a shame but I feel like they don't even want me / other people to go there...

Must admit I’d never heard of the company before. Chose a small ultimate chicken & bacon sub meal deal which was delicious and the waffle fries a lovely alternative to usual fries. As I’m s fussy eater was lovely to be able to stipulate which items I wanted/didn’t want as all subs made to order. The only negative was the only drink options with this specific deal was a can of pop or bottle of water, coffee was an added extra payment. Would definitely eat here again

Being American it’s always hard to live up to food chains that come from across the Atlantic so I do try to manage my expectations but overall I am severely disappointed in the food I received today. I happened to be in the area as where I live in the U.K. we don’t have these shops and I’m not normally close to them. They were running out of bread, they had no lettuce, they’ve had to change the vinaigrette due to supply issues. So there’s definitely issues going on. The only thing good was the bread. The rest of the sandwich has very little taste. The server was polite and apologised for the stuff they was missing and she did a good job so it’s not reflective of the staff but it was one of the worst subs I’ve ever had. I don’t think I’d ever revisit again.

Love the food , good value for money but this one female staff member is absurdly rude , makes me want to avoid the restaurant when she’s serving. Never smiles , hurries you along in an aggressive manner , stingy with fillings etc. Went there recently , she was serving an elderly lady in front of me being very callous and impatient with both her and me. She snapped “what did you order?” in an accusatory tone when I told her again she gestured towards the card reader whilst the elderly woman was still loading her tray so she got angry with me for not paying quick enough and then stormed off into the back. Nothing wrong with the food , the other members of staff are polite and do their job in a friendly manner it’s just this one woman who causes problems. I don’t know how/why she is still employed in customer services?

I have been a regular Quiznos-goer for many many many years now and I have always loved true food and loved the staff working there. However, of late, after a year or two of not going I return and as expected my sandwich was as AMAZING as it always is. HOWEVER, the elder lady with dark hair, was absolutely appalling. Her attitude. Her facial expression. Her tone of voice and her absolute utter lack of interest in her job... to make food and provide a warm service for customers. A month or so later on the (16/12/2020) my partner and I returned, unfortunately again to be served by her. She again was absolutely stingy with her fillings and when my partner had asked for a bit more she RUDELY snapped at him that she had weighed it correctly. We then realised that she was even making THE WRONG SANDWICH. When corrected about the sandwich it was clear that she lacked the knowledge of how to make what we had actually requested and gave attitude again when corrected on the ingredients (stated on the menu). It’s a very very big shame because Really the food deserves a 5 but the elder Lady brings it all the way down.

Best food, polite staff. I ve been there a few times now and i would recommend this place to everyone.

The food was beautiful I can’t lie. The staff are polite and they are very fast at serving. The prices are affordable aswell

I went to Quiznos to have something to eat on my lunch break. I ordered a classic Italian and decided to make it a meal which was surprisingly only £1.50 extra! I was pleasantly surprised when I was offered a student discount. The food was great and the appearance of the place was very cosy. In general, it was a great experience and I’ll be coming back.

Popped here last week because McDonald’s was still closed. Lady staff member was very rude. Not once smiled. The male staff member whom was polite, took my payment then disappeared leaving me with the woman. Once she made my chicken, she just dumped them onto the tray in front of me then walked off. I actually almost burst out laughing, it was that bad! No offer of sauces/ salt/ pepper. I would only go again if she’s not in.

Nice light lunch with a good choice available. The bread for the sandwich tasted fresh and tasted nice, as did the filling. You can eat in or take away. Staff was pleasant and premises was clean, floor was clean and the tables were also clear and looked clean. The restaurant is located inside the Glades Shopping Centre in the upper mall. There are toilets are located next door to the restaurant which is highly convenient.

Very disappointed with the lack of food hygiene. They cross contaminate meat, dairy products and salad items and use the same utensils for both meat and non meat items. Shocking to see bits of chicken that had fallen in with the lettuce! Won’t be going back.

First visit to this eatery,did not know you had to order your food at the other end from the till, there are no signs saying"ORDER HERE"So i queued for 5 minutes only to be told when arriving at the till to place my order, that i should have ordered it at the other end of the counter.When i arrived back at the till to pay for my food i observed the woman who was taking the money also handling the food with the same pair of gloves, very healthy i must say.Would not return on this point alone

Been coming here for tea/ coffee and snacks since it opened. Excellent value for money. Was there again today and the older foreign lady was sooo rude AGAIN !!! NEVER says thank you. She shouldn’t be there if that is her attitude !! I have never met anyone so miserable and rude !

It is the whole package... Bought the salad and they just sprinkle on very small quantities of the veg and meat. The counter lady got quite aggressive when I pointed this out and offer extra meat at an additional charge. Paid the charge and again got a small quantity sprinkled on. Gave up the ghost at this point... Disappointing, disappointing, disappointing...

They put basically no filling in! Ordered a tuna wrap and they put one tiny small scoop of tuna and then a mountain of lettuce. It was basically a lettuce wrap with a hint of tuna. My partner ordered a bbq chicken wrap. They weighed a small amount of chicken to put in his wrap and then filled with loads of lettuce. It was basically 2 lettuce wraps. The servers aren’t very friendly and the man putting my salad in wasn’t listening very well and put tomatoes in mine (which I am allergic too) and then when I said it was wrong just picked them out and continued. Waste of money. Just go to subway and have some filling.

Fantastic food and excellent service . Really good value for money . We had 2 subs fries and hot drinks all under £15 . We will continue dining in this place . It's a new restaurant located at the further end of the shopping centre . Will definitely recommend to friends and family . Food was fresh and served in good time . We were first time customer but the lady was really helpful and suggested our choice and it was a excellent one .

Whilst walking past this store today saw a lovely poster advertising their gourmet lobster toasted sandwich. The picture was so appealing I decided to try one.Having never been to this franchise before I watched in fascination as the cut bread was ever so slowly taken through the toaster. I then moved to the next server who retrieved the bread and scooped a dollop of pinkish goo from a tray - the bottom of the bread was not even covered. I questioned what this was and was told that this was the lobster - there was a tiny lump of (what I assume was) meat - when I asked if this was all I got I was told that lobster is expensive!In hindsight I should have walked away then, but I then asked for lettuce and watched the server bung a great fistful of lettuce in. I had to ask twice for cucumber - and got about 6 tiny pieces.£4.45 was paid for a lettuce roll with basically a pinky sauce. I feel that I’ve been robbed.

A perefect alternative to the many fast food restaurants in Bromley, Quiznos offers an alternative to all things fried. Like Subway, Quiznos offers made to order sandwiches but for cheaper than Subway. Perfect if you're in a rush, on a diet or simply don't want fries with that. Service is always quick.

Great day shopping in Bromley all you could want and more here without feeling cramped and hustled I would recommend an early start so that you can see all the shops you wish to see.

Terrriiiiblleeee service, and my food had grease in it. The woman serving me looked like she wanted the world to end. She mixed up my drinks, and when I pointed it out to her, is when she started to be nice to me. She also gave me the wrong order. I ordered a Turkey sub, no bacon. She gave me bacon. What the hell?????????????????????

slightly less good version of generally not so good food. Not really worth reviewing, but not horrible if you like that sort of thing

A1 resraurant and chef.8 of us went to brunch like. I had joes club sandwich others had the breakfast.Very busy place and that's for 1 reason it's top class 👌👌

Been here a few times never really find anything to complain about, food tastes great not expensive staff are friendly it's not dirty or unclean in anyway, will continue to return

Visitamos para tomar un bocado rápido, pero me decepcionó por la limpieza del lugar. La balanza donde se pesan las rodajas de carne era asqueroso, y la limpieza general de las zonas de preparación no impresionar. Nos sentamos en la mesa no había sido limpiada correctamente y había suciedad en el suelo. El personal era lo suficientemente amable, pero no había suficientes de ellos, obviamente, para mantener el lugar hasta cero. En comparación con el resto de restaurantes intu cae bien por debajo de lo normal.

Este es prácticamente al final del centro comercial glades y supongo que no es tan glamoroso como algunos de los otros restaurantes. Pero si quieres una buena taza de café y un bocado sabroso para comer caliente si estás en el ir, no hay nada mejor. En conjunto es una buena relación calidad-precio.

Tenía un sándwich aquí, que era muy agradable, buena relación calidad-precio y un rápido lugar básico para comer. Básicamente como Metro pero más tranquilo.

Metro está a sólo un simple sándwich. Este es calidad pura! Me encanta el bistec con cebollas Sub picantes y el Jalapeno. Demasiado bueno.

Yo tenía un sandwich de temporada especial con un chapuzón saladas, y era muy sabrosa. Me pareció que el precio para un sándwich de 9" era razonable y la variedad de bebidas y patatas fritas complementado la comida bien.

Parking wasna nightmare, but once we eventually got inside, we were pleasantly surprised at the range of shops. Recommend patisserie val for great cakes

I used to go to Quiznos in Canada past years, so when I heard there was a Quiznos in UK, my heart started beating higher level. I went to the Bromley one, and there is nothing in common with the canadian one.The bread was overcooked and dry, the meal was tasteless... Maybe I should give another try... But I don't know... Really...When I started to go there in Canada, I never went to Subway anymore and it was so far better. But now... I'm lost...

Great range of fillings - a step up from Subway. Fresh and flavoursome subs. Speedy service, usually with good customer service. Some ok meal deals. Lots of seating space.

Food is good. Similar prices to Subway. Nice & clean. Shame about staff though, seem bored like they don't wanna be there.

Ho preso una pizza qua… pizza… si fa per dire. La base precotta viene condita al momento e passata in una specie di fornetto, quindi è pronta in un paio di minuti. Non sarebbe stata nemmeno cattiva se non fosse per la salsa di pomodoro che era acida. Magari i panini sono più buoni…
