Queen's Pizza in Leicester

Awful! Delivery to the wrong address then told them where we was, then said that we said we didn’t want to food and took it back we rang up the restaurant and then the man was extremely rude, he swore at us multiple times and refused to give us our money back. We spend £25. Wouldn’t recommend, terrible customer services. In the end had to ring a family member. Will not be ordering again.

Ordered from this place a few times sch and every time the food was spot on perfectly cooked and still hot when it arrives great prices too

Do not order from here, I have a video of the delivery man tapping on porch door without a pizza then leaving a second later without leaving a pizza or giving us a chance to answer the door which it was highly unlikely we would here but I was still charged £24. The greatest pizza to ever exist! i have never been more satisfied in my entire life and my girlfriend is literally Lhana Roades. pizza = 10/10. Chicken = 10/10. chips=10/10. Just absolutely unbelievable. Would definitely recommend. Bossman is an amazing gentleman and he will treat you with brilliant love care. 100% without a doubt the best pizza place in England so don't get it twisted!!!!!!!!

Ordered a family meal for out family of 5.Asked if we could have plain Chicken wings rather than spicy as out children don't like them. They couldn't do this so we said not to send any as they would just go in the bin. No onions arrived with order, plus it stated 15" pizza but they only sent a 12". When my husband rang them they said they would take money off the bill next time! I absolutely don't think so, we will not order from yourselves again. I know with the whole situation things can be difficult but come on!!! Oh and rh food was cold. Please do not waste your money!

Don't waste your money. Bad on every front - very bad staff with aggressive atitude and food you wouldn't give to your dog.

Been using queens since moving to the area 5yrs ago. Never had a bad meal here. Have the meal deal with chicken,wings, chips and drink. Always hot and tasty. Quick service. Quality rivals a large well known chicken outlet.

Absolutely disgraceful on all levels. Terrible at taking our order, got our address wrong and then blamed us for giving them the wrong address. Man on the phone was rude and spoke over me when I asked questions or tried to correct his mistake with the address. He also promised us that the food would take no longer than 35 minutes. An hour and 3 telephone conversations later the food turns up. Granted it was still hot but the pizzas were terrible. It looked like the driver had slammed his brakes on at some point as the pizzas were all squished up to the side of the box. Refused to hand over money and he took the pizzas back. We then rang queens again to explain and all he could say was ‘not my fault’ and hung up. Rude and disgusting. Will never order again. 🤬

Yep. Happy with me and my partners order. We had the meal deal. Pizza four choices and X small donor kebabs , and small chips and 2 cokes. All came hot and great served . Thank you. 17/02/20

Ordered chicken strip MEALS and we got JUST chicken strips. Rang to query and was told no chips with meal ?? What is a meal then. Bloke was rude on the phone. NEVER AGAIN. !!!!!

This was the first time we had used Queens pizza & is is definitely the last. We had the double deal meal & everything we ordered was greasy, the pizza was that greasy that it soaked through the box & ruined my cushion. Chips were soft & soggy.

Awful pizza and weird seasoning on chicken strips, maybe a coincidence but my bf was very ill after eating. Won’t be going again.

This review isn't about the food prepared at this establishment, but if the attitude of the staff to customer relations is anything to go by, I wouldn't touch this place with a barge pole. We parked outside this shop, in the parking bay, in the prescribed manner. We went and attended to our business, and returned to our car. Upon our return we discovered a delivery moped parked ON THE PAVEMENT !!! up against the passenger side of the car. I called into the shop, to ask if the vehicle was anything to do with the business, and ask for it to be moved so I could access my vehicle, which was parked CORRECTLY, WITHIN A PARKING BAY. The response of the individual I spoke to was tough, we're not moving, you move you car and get in. I reminded the individual that they have parked a motor vehicle on a pedestrian walkway, and the response was the same. Don't care, you move, were not. As said this isn't about the quality of the food, but with that attitude to customer relations, I'm sure you can begin to guess what the quality of it is. I will also be reporting thus matter to both the Leicester City Council and Leicestershire Police, as this is a breach of traffic law. I would give this establishment a negative grading if it was available, so don't take the 1star as an accurate refection of this establishment. It so clearly isn't

I had made an order yesterday 13/04/18 I originally looked online at the menu, when I rang "staff member" had said what I wanted to order wasn't on the menu. I then replied how can I order when I don't know what's on your menu I asked if he could read out some of the food items. Whilst I'm trying to communicate with staff member and my friends to let them know their order isn't available on the menu. Staff member was rude and had shouted down the phone "can you hurry up, I'm busy" Sorry but how about change your menu to the right food items your selling then I wouldn't of taken my time. The service was a joke bloody disgusting I work in retail I have so many customers who want something that's in store I help them. I'm not rude and I certainly wouldn't tell my customer to "Hurry Up".

We ordered 2 pizza's, 3 kebab meat and chips with chilli sauce, we got our 2 pizza's, they was fine but we got kebabs with extreamly dry meat instead of kebab meat and chips and we didn't even get the sauce! (and we got charged the extra for there mistake to!) so after quite a long time of using them we will turn to another company in the future. ( they did offer us a free kebab and chips on the next order but didn't accept there offer as it didn't quite justify us having to throw away 3 kebabs this time at a cost of 16.50 for the 3)

Love getting pizza from here! Great value for money, always have decent offers on. Never skimp on the toppings and is always piping hot when I pick up or have it delivered! Beats all the higher rated pizza places for me!

Very nice staff (especially the guy called Abrar) and good pizza. Sometimes too greasy but really tasty! And it's improving over time as people really want to make it special. My favourite is the garlic base one. Keep going!!

Buscando nueva pizzería. No es la ciencia rocket realmente es? 1 /2/cocinar correctamente sin un montón de aceite 3/entregar orden rápidamente. Hey presto, buenas críticas. Hubiera sido 0 estrellas si se permite.

We used to use Queens pizza a lot about a year ago and stopped but decided to give it a go today. what a mistake that was! Placed the order which they said had increased in cost as the menu was out of date although it had only been put through the door a couple of weeks ago! The order was wrong. I asked for a burger with no cheese/sauce/salad and it had cheese on it. 1 of the pizzas was wrong also. when i phoned the lady passed me to the guy i ordered with. he said 'just take the cheese off the burger' well said cheese is melted onto it and son is allergic so no i can't do that. I explained the pizza was wrong. at no time in the conversation did he apologise for getting the order wrong, even though he admitted it was. he was rude to me, told me he would send another but it would be a long time to wait. If they had apologised it would have been less of a problem but to me, the first rule in customer service is manners. now waiting for said replacements although not sure i want to eat it now as i have visions of them doing something nasty to it!!!

Absolutely awful customer service! Manager Ali was very rude and spiteful and refused to admit he had made a mistake after giving me food which I was allergic to!

We have used Queens on several occasions the food is good and well priced..although I won't be using them anymore as every single time I have the order is wrong.always without something for example I paid £10 for 2 £3 meals because that's the minimal delivery for my area.And they forget the drinks.And then said they will bring the drinks later but it's pointless! Always over and hour delivery also.I would rather pay extra, get everything with my order and have warm food.You let yourselves down so much with these silly errors...such a shame !!

Have ordered from queens for 10 years now and when we moved out area code they still come to deliver to me as I won't go anywhere else for pizza!!! Absolutely love it here and they have stayed consistent with their quality since my 1st order 10 years ago!!! Wouldn't go anywhere else in Leicester! Delivery is quick never had a problem!! Me and a friend ordered from here at 13:20. We were told it would be 40 minutes. An hour and a half later and many phone calls later we finally got our food. For the lateness, we got free chips which were stone cold and tasted like a desert. Our pizza was disgusting they didn't even care. The onion rings were cold and soggy. For a place 10 minutes down the road from us, we were surprised everything was cold and an hour and a half late. Wouldn't recommend. Never again.

Never disappointed with the quality, speed or service. Been using them for over 10 years. The stuffed crust is absolutely delicious as are the kebabs

This is the last order I'll be making. They've got it wrong too often. This time, wrong pizza and no chips. Bye bye queens

First time using this takeaway. Ordered online, as menu stated 10% discount for doing so - this was not clear, so called the store who advised that the discount would be removed. After waiting for over an hour for our delivery, we called the store who had not received the order - gave them the order number (we had on our confirmation email) and reiterated the discount. Not much of an apology. After another hour the delivery person arrived and the discount had not been removed. Other establishments have offered us a bottle of cola for better service than this! Had a chicken kebab and the chicken was very dry. Will not be using this takeaway again.

We ordered from the Just Eat app and the food arrived on time(ish). We ordered a lamb kebab, a chicken kebab and some chips. The kebabs were warm and there was plenty of it. The chips on the other hand, were awful, they are soggy but chewy at the same time, it's like they were fried the day before and then re- fried a few hours before we had ordered! Price is ok. There are definitely better takeaways within the vicinity of this one!

We've ordered from Queens twice before and both times we've had a horrible experience and awful service. Both times they made the same mistake and treated us the exact same way. First of all they sent us the wrong pizzas, so we rang to ask for the right pizzas to be sent to us and we were told that they would be made and sent out but told it might take a while. So we waited two and a half hours before ringing again, when we were told that the food hadn't been sent and they tried to convince us that we had accepted the wrong pizzas and money off next time we ordered, which was a flat-out lie. So I got them to send out the pizzas eventually and then was hung up on really abruptly without an apology. After another 45 minutes the pizzas came but they were the smallest size, when we'd ordered mediums, which seemed to be out of spite. But at that point it was very late at night and we were starving after waiting nearly 4hours for our food, so ringing up again wasn't an option. Horrible place, and the man I spoke to on the phone was rude.We won't be ordering from there again and neither will any of our friends. Once I could have forgiven and passed off as an accident, but twice in a row is ridiculous.
