Sunday lunch, wait staff ok but food not great.

Wonderful pub experience here!! Entire staff was kind with great senses of humor. Beer is cold and no one makes fun of you if you nurse one drink through your husband’s three - so make sure to stop in and grab a pint!

Lots of car parking spaces. The food is spectacular! Really loved it. Many vegan options. I had a very nice Korean vegan chicken burger.

We always visit this pub when we need to fly from Heathrow. This time we were up to watch rugby. The owners are extremely attentive and helpful without being overbearing. Their signature curry is the best curry anywhere so I never order anything else. Other friends have, and nobody has ever complained. I can't praise these guys enough.

We enjoyed a delicious succulent, juicy and tender chicken tikka thigh meal. The addition of the chilli lemon fries was phenomenal and really added that extra dance across the taste we were looking for. If I could rate the food 10/10 I would but 5 is the highest rating level unfortunately. Perfect pub grub.

Wow where do I start ! The food, the staff everything was amazing, we arrived in London after a long 5 hour drive and came across this pub and everything was lovely ! Great pub with a well priced and wide ranging menu. We received a friendly welcome when we arrived and taken to our table, the staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble for them. Food was brilliant and good portion sizes too, the wings were fantastic. Will definitely pay them a visit again next time we are up that way!

British restaurants often have “head” in their names, and it’s the same here. I had ribs here and they were really tender and delicious. The ribs here are great. And the building is old-fashioned and the interior is pretty, so it's great for taking pictures.

Popped in here the night before a Heathrow flight for dinner and it was perfect. The service was incredible, couldn’t have better staff. The food was very tasty soon. Will be back on our next time staying at Heathrow. Thanks!

Have been meaning to visit for sometime. Managed to have some Sunday lunch and delighted that we did so. My wife had the Fish and chips, generous portion reflected in the price. I enjoyed the chicken burger , very tasty at £11. Fantastic service from when we entered right through till when we left. Will be back for sure.

I visited this Fullers pub on a Sat afternoon. There is a large car park. Several Fullers beers on offer, including ESB. Lovely wooden interior, a couple of bars, and a large separate eating area. If I'm in the area, I always try and visit.

Shoutout to Lawrence and Preet! Two amazing men that helped an American about to fly back home. They let me sit in the pub with my luggage (I was headed to the airport in a couple hours). Preet kept up some interesting conversation and offered to make me a mini fish and chips since I hadn't gotten to eat at a chippy while in England. Incredible Sunday Roast. The Lamb is delicious, but my favorite was the Yorkshire pudding which I cannot get back home. The mini fish and chips was so good, and they didn't charge me because of the quality of their hospitality. The Sticky Toffee Pudding was a solid brick. I ordered with Custard, not ice cream, and it was incredible. So grateful for my last meal in London being so delicious. Thank you both!

It was really the best pub we visited, the food is well seasoned, the waiters are extremely friendly. The atmosphere is very cozy.

Updated from 3 to 4 Rogan Josh is a good bet :3 Lamb is tender. The curry is really flavorful. The naan is savory buttery and the poppadom tastes good. Food came much faster this time (though one of the orders was missing so 4 star ==== Service was friendly but really slow. It took more than an hour for my table to get three burgers and three pieces of lamb chops. The kitchen had been apparently struggling during the first half hour for a few burgers from the other table. What was everyone doing in the spacious beautiful kitchen? Food was flavorful and spiced, unlike many other pubs. The lamb chops were fully cooked yet still tender. The burgers looked decent.

Had a pint that tasted off so went to bar to ask for it to be changed and the bar staff looked at me and said what do you want us to do about it. Worst experience. Do not recommend at all.

Peaceful place with delicious food

Working nearby and this is the nearest pub. It's spot on: a good size, excellent food, reasonable prices, relaxing and good staff. Well worth a visit!

We had heard great things about the place and better yet the food. Relied on the reviews as we are not from the area, but it definitely did not disappoint! We sat in the bar area so we could watch the football which was both homely and friendly. I had a Sunday lunch and it was fantastic, as well as the main menu my boyfriend had. All in all, a great pub!

Our football team have been playing locally for many years and have been going to this pub after the games and sitting outside in the garden, spending thousands of pounds in this pub over the last 5 years. Today we were met with a sign outside the pub that says ‘Footballers no thanks’ and when we entered we were told so rudely by the staff that we were not welcome anymore as they have now refurbished the floor. Irrespective of weather circumstances we always ensure that we respectfully sit outside as we are aware we are a large group and are mindful of other customers. We are no longer welcome here and will not be returning to this pub due to the discrimination we faced. Service is always slow and although the ladies that are working there are always very nice to us, the owner and some of the other staff are very rude.

First time visitors, enjoyed a tasty, filling, evening dinner for four. Wide choice of popular dishes on the menu across multiple cuisines. Prices were fair and service was really good.

Best local food around friendly staff

This was less than a 15min walk from our hotel at Moxy. Great cask ales and best food I’ve had in London after spending 2 nights here. Very friendly staff and attentive service. I will be coming back next time I’m in town.

Traditional Fullers pub in an area with very little other choice nearby. The thirties interior has been preserved and there's a pleasant beer garden. Helpful staff when we visited, on a quiet weekday afternoon. Like many pubs, there is now a registration process for the car park. Don't forget to use the terminal inside the pub to log your car number plate.

I would have given 5 stars, but the internet was down. The wings are amazing!

A very welcoming local Pub. The venue was busy and staff & owner were very helpful with information on where to sit and how to order. As a Fuller's pub, the Real Ales were very tasty and in good condition. The Sunday Roast is a highlight and the food was superb. Highly recommended for a visit if you are in the area and in such close proximity to Heathrow Airport.

This is a great place to eat and drink near Heathrow. It is about 11 minutes walk from the Doubletree Hotel at Heathrow and well worth the short walk. The Queen's Head has real ales on tap too. I absolutely love the Fullers ESB! The food is great, too. I enjoyed a cheeseburger and fries that were cooked and tasted just like one would expect in a good burger restaurant in the USA. I also had the Tennessee Hot wings, and they are to die for! They absolutely nailed the Nashville Hot sauce flavor, and I had a side of Buffalo sauce too, also perfect! Finally, for dessert I loved the brownie with ice cream! It was perfect! So The Queen's Head is now my favorite place to dine and drink near Heathrow, even ahead of The Pheasant and Three Magpies, both really good establishments and well worth your dining money. But next time I am staying at Heathrow for with friends, we are cabbing to The Queen's Head one or more or the nights. It is that good that I will insist my friends accompany me. I visited Wednesday evening, August 14, 2024.

Great fish and chips! My wife and I definitely could’ve shared one they’re so big! The toffee pudding is INCREDIBLE as well so save room for dessert!

Walked here from airport hotel. Great food and beer. Sat out in the really nice beer garden.

Girls night out. Only 4 of us this time however we cannot fault the service we received. Salmon is highly recommended as are the ribs. However the chicken and mushroom pie was a little tough. I would however offer the suggestion of sausage and mash / beef pie rather than chicken / and scampi. But this is just our preference Will we go back. Yes

Lovely pub. Haven't been there in a long time. We had attended a funeral so there were at least 20+ of us. The garden at the back is nice & accommodates many people. The staff were lovely ladies, very chatty & polite. They dealt with the many orders extremely well. Will be returning again very soon. 🙂

Such a tourist trap with parking scam. Firstly, the place is not pleasant at all, it's smelly, not very clean and overpriced for its location. But the worst is the parking scam - It was the 1st time I have been to this pub as I was looking for a place for dinner and drinks randomly, and I received a £100 fine for parking. They claim on the comments online that there are signs that you need to register, but I have not seen any. Reason: no one in their sane mind would think that we need to register the car at a pub! Is the first time I see this in UK and I have been to many pubs. This shows that the owner does not care at all about the customers as it's clearly a tourist trap with people being fined when is supposed to have free parking for its own customers (not to register etc). And no waiter or bartender have mentioned that "by the way, did you register your car?" = 0 customer service. Clearly by having a contract with a Parking eye operator, which is making huge profits, shows that there are dodgy agreements in there. Very disgusting experience and I couldn't care less if the owner or anyone will reply to this message with "we have x parking signs bla bla" . Just remove that stupid agreement with parking eye and treat your customers with respect ! I came there for some food and drinks at night where I couldn't see anything, and it was my last thought to think that a pub with 4.5 rating on Tripadvisor or Google would be such a disgrace. This pub should be reported for dodgy agreements. Avoid at all costs !!!!!

Have visited the Queens head in Cranford many times recently and the service, food and atmosphere has always been excellent. It's that good I've become a regular! Staff are so attentive and friendly. Highly recommend.

Didn’t expect it to be so good. The correct glasses for beer. Easy to identify your pint! Friendly staff that know what they are doing and very good food. Amazing Biriyani, paneer curry and more. Delightful find close to Heathrow which made a great stop off before tomorrow’s departure.

Swung in for a bite during our travels, and happened to wander in during a T-20 Cricket Match. The staff and the locals were so friendly and welcoming...and the FOOD!!! LAMB!!! Do it, you won't be disappointed!

My family & I were visiting from the St. Thomas U.S. Virgin Islands and found this beautiful gem with friendly service, delicious cuisine and an ambient environment. Our waiter Ricky, was top notch and worked efficiently. Towards closing we also met the amazing owner Pree that greeted us with a big smile! We will for sure dine here again when we visit London. 😊

Staying a night nearby In Heathrow before flying out the next day… wanted to visit an old traditional pub and watch the football match a little away from the airport. We stumbled across this great place. Traditional looking with great food, and great beer selection (including Beavertown IPA on tap). The service was outstanding. Ricky our waiter, couldn’t do enough during our meal… and the staff were super friendly as we watched the football… worth a visit for sure.

Absolutely amazing food, cooked to order and served fresh + hot. I had Fish , chips ,peas. Portion size was unbelievable, the fish alone was enough for 2 people. Staff really friendly and helpful. Will definitely look forward to coming back here.

What an amazing find! Dinner and drinks pre - flight. Excellent welcome from Latvian lady behind bar. Great service @ dinner from Ricky. Every member of staff was attentive, friendly, polite and efficient. Would def return and recommend.

Thoroughly disappointed. Asked if they were able to offer gluten free options and was told they could do the burgers with no bun and salmon instead of the hollandaise sauce. Opted for the cheeseburger which arrived as in the photo. The chips cost £3 extra and they attempted to charge £10 for the burger despite it not having cheese or any of the other advertised toppings the cheeseburger is supposed to come with. When we queried this on the bill we were told that the chef didn’t put the cheese on as they were unsure on whether it contained gluten/cross contamination but that they had given extra salad instead which was never mentioned to us. After a lengthy conversation and continually trying to offer a scoop of ice cream as a solution even after multiple times of us saying no thank you they eventually did amend the price to that of the classic burger which is what was served. Sadly, I also think there likely was still some cross contamination or gluten containing ingredients as I have been unwell since.

Edit: If you end up with a fine from the parking company because you weren't aware you had to notify the pub of your parking, phone the pub and they'll sort it out. Stars re-added. Very nice food, my main issue is with the inexperienced wait staff. No glasses for our drinks, just handed a can, had to ask twice for water for the table, tried to clear away plates while one person was still eating, took 10 minutes to come back and let us know they didn't do red wine by the glass, leading to us changing our drink order. Additionally there was a very loud table of 10 behind us that weren't asked to quiet down.

Food is better than expectation. Kbbq burger is very tasty

The burger was okay in taste but it was very expensive for the quality and quantity. Only 3oz patty with jalapeno in a bun for £13. £3 little side salad. A pint of Guinness £6.50. not even in central London is so expensive. This pub is the only one in that area. So it has a monopoly with prices. A burger and a beer for one person came over £20.

Short walk from Ibis budget Heathrow, was surprised at the quality of beers. Service was impeccable, warm and friendly. Food was out of this world - cheeseburger loaded fries? Wow! Pizza samosas? Genius. Fantastic pub, other establishments could learn from this one.

On an overnight layover near Heathrow and dropped in for dinner & a few pints. Rogan Josh is some of the best I've ever had anywhere and quite spicy! Incredibly satisfying.

I always love to visit the old pubs In England when I am in the country. The Queen's head didn't disappoint. The curry was so good, the beer was excellent as well and we received great service as we watched football on the tv.
