I use these all the time however the food was 45 minutes, literally cold and I mean cold, also received part of the order on just eat , I rang the shop up and got abuse , stating he checked the CCTV , with in less than 1 minute LIES , don't bother with this crap hole they are full of lies was told when the delivery driver pulled up to come out and collect my order as you can't park outside my property , I have 2 babies asleep in the house and wouldn't leave them in home , hence they are called delivery driver , DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE , THEY ARE LIERA AND THIEVES , getting a refund on juat eat

this place used to be good but recently there service is terrible. portions are getting smaller by the week, just ordered the LARGE kebab...arrived tiny asked for extra mushrooms ..total 1/4 of a button mushroom asked for salad seperately arrive soggy in the box ...normally this "special kebab" includes fries ...this time no fries ...called to complain told under new managment and bossman says no fries ....i wont be ordering from this place again they have no care in their work or about their customers avoid avoid avoid

Order a pizza and sides. Driver decided to deliver to the billing address, not to the delivery address. When he eventually turned up at the delivery address he was misogynistic, rude and patronising. Definitely will not order again.

Horrible, horrible experience, ordered some pizzas and kebabs. The pizzas were so messed but almost unbeatable, kebabs were frizzing cold, Called the shop and been told only one pizza would be sent again and they won’t even give me refund, so end up paying again from another place.

Ordered pizza from here before and threw up hours later but that's not the point of this review. I ordered a kebab today and the meat was over cooked, had a very small circle of bread that was like eating rubber and they put the salad under the bread instead of in the kebab. Won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered from here once before and they took forever to deliver and the driver kept calling saying he was outside when he wasn't. We kept calling the restaurant and they were very rude and ignorant. We ordered food asked if it was halal they said yes, we asked if everything is halal they said no, so we asked to cancel our order as what we ordered wasn’t halal, then they said they sent it out just after we asked to cancel it. We then said to them we can send the order back and they send halal food they said no, we asked for a refund they said no. So now we are stuck with haram food that nobody can eat and didn’t get any of our money back.

i order from yourselves quite frequently because the food is always decent for a price and delivery is always super quick. Put in an order last night towards closing time, just ordered a small 2 piece of chicken and these absolute super stars sent me two full boxes of chicken and chicken strips, couldn’t be more thrilled!! Ok please do not order from here it’s a waste of hard earned money…ordered bogof pizza we got 2 different sizes !!! The chips came but the chicken strips were apparently being sent with a separate driver !!! Why ??? Is this a joke got half the food which is cold and still sat waiting for my chicken!!! Total joke of a take away! They are connected to Queens Pizza in Wigston which is where I ordered from but they deliver from this one! Problem with that is Wigston of a 5 star hygiene rating and this one is 3! We ordered for the family after a night out through Uber - the food never arrived, we were sat waiting for 2 hours before having to get something else Totally disgusting service and a disgusting take away

Ordered a pizza deal, some chicken pieces and a large chips. Pizzas are quite nice. Chicken is quite nice. The chips could be a lot better as they are quite soggy and floppy. Portion size of the large chips is disappointing, a handful of fries in a plastic box is not really good enough considering it’s supposed to be for multiple people. Can’t really comment on customer service. Delivery time is decent

I use to order regularly from this place, and use to delivered to my door through Uber eats. Today when they arrived to the place they have been told from the restaurant not to delivered to the door. Why would restaurant say that to a Uber eats driver. Can’t understand the logic. Paying extra on top of the food delivery charge and can’t deliver where customer wants. I did spoke the restaurant and the lady staff were rude and the other staff name called JUMAL (sorry if I spell wrongly )was extra rude. I specially put the delivery not instruction and if that’s not possible they should have not accepted the order. Very bad service experience. Striking point was the guy was saying you ordered one pizza only and don’t talk too much, common guys it’s not about the 1 pizza or 100 , it all about food which everyone live for don’t simply tease like this. Thanks anyway I will order again maybe coming days and I will put delivery notes what I need if that’s not possible don’t accept, once you accept you should deliver.

Ordered food at half 2 and it’s 03:47 and it doesn’t seem to be arriving any time soon. Rang the restaurant and they told me it was on its way and that was 40 minutes ago, now they’re not answering the phone. Don’t accept orders if you can’t fulfil them and definitely don’t lie to customers and say their food is on the way when it’s not! Absolutely appalling service can’t rate the food because it’s not here !

Had a delivery. Ordered two pizzas. Worst we’ve ever tasted. Thick soggy, ingredients all chopped finely. It was more like a cheap pie than a pizza. We both hated both the meat feast and the seafood and didn’t eat either after first taste! Never again.

The issue I encountered was that the restaurant missed an item in my order. What made matters worse was that they never bothered to call me back or address the issue after I reported it. This lack of attention to customer service left a sour taste in my mouth.

This is only ever to be used in an emergency. Food is very cheap quality and the customer service is terrible. The only benefit is the fact it is open til very late.

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. Upon opening my order, I discovered that the chicken was mixed in with the sauces, which was both unappetizing and unsanitary. Disgusting service, sent the wrong items on uber eats, I rang to rectify, the woman was rude and said "we don't have it so yeah don't interrupt" lied and said they'd rang me. Don't put blame on the customer it's absolutely terrible service, you have an option on the uber eats monitor to take off items that you don't have, don't lie.

Ordered my food for delivery only for it to be cancelled straight after. This was just past 12am they don't close till 2:30am yet when u rang to ask why they cancelled my order the girl on the phone sounded like she was being forced to speak and to speak quietly and said its because the shop was about to close. Strange that is I've never heard that excuse before

Sadly I'm not able to give 0 stars but I would honestly recommend everybody to think twice before ordering here. Ordered food at 15:41pm, two Pizzas, Chips and Donner Meat, arrival time you might wonder? 17:25pm, after having to call the restaurant 6 times, with no call from the driver to let us know he was even outside, had to receive that information from the person at the shop! Barely warm and way too greasy. Took the gamble on ordering from here since we've never before, but definitely never will again.

Firstly the delivery was late and the person delivering acted weird. I ordered some items and one of them (fish burger) had to be replaced with fish and chips. Everything was incredibly greasy, it was dripping heavily, the chips were soft and uncooked, the fish was rubbery and definitely not fresh, the onion rings weren't properly cooked either. Definitely 100% won't ever order from here again.

3 times I’ve asked them to put the order right, they offered discount on my next order, when I next rang they said I supposedly have never ordered from there any way my discount was given and yet again they forgot the bbq base for the pizza and the chips are frozen and mushy

So I ordered from this dodgy outfit for the first time today (02,08,22) through uber eats and basically Queens pizza cancelled my order.. Now this is a problem for me as I am house bound and and live on my own! on top of not receiving my order my money was accepted which meant I now had no money to order my dinner (Yeah I'm skint) Therfore I rang Queens explaining my dilemma and I was truly surprised by the response.. I was basically told "its tough deal with it" They were no help at all... The women I spoke ti offered no alternative nor help.. Terrible service!!!

This is the worst place you could ever order from. They are promoting a Buy One Get One Free deal but then refuse to honour it and ask you to pay twice. They are not helpful when you call them, even though they are aware of the scam. Avoid at all costs!!

The wrong pizza was delivered. Rang up and was told they would send the right pizza within 20 to 30 minutes. After approximately 60 minutes I rang up and was told it was on the way. Half an hr later I called again and they lied and said a pizza was never on the way and that I had agreed to a refund on next order. I argued I wanted a refund and they put the phone down. They have took my money and sent food inedible as its meat and I'm a vegetarian. Very upset as i was a loyal customer even tho in the past they have got it wrong and it was always resolved.

Very bad experience. I've ordered for 40 wings for 12 pounds but got like 23 wings for it when I come over home and check it I called the store and told the issue about order they apologized and told to collect the food ASAP.i told I traveled from 2miles to colled the order when I asked them to delivery the missing food asap the manager took the call and told to hold the line and checked the camer & changed the word that they have gave the 40 wings. As I'm regular customer I'm so disappointed with this behavior

Tried their Peri Peri Chicken Wrap and Oreo Milkshake thro Uber eats. Both of them were mediocre at best. The food quality is not something I would prefer again.

Would not recommend ordering from this place, ordered £60 worth of food for me and my family we have waited nearly 2 hours for our food to ring the restaurant and them tell me my order had been delivered, argued my order hasn’t been delivered and the person on the phone was rude and put the phone down on me twice, I told them numerous times we have cameras all over the house so we could see if the food had tried to be delivered but still nothing! Nothing has been done and no refund. Definitely would not be ordering from here again

Compared to the wigston branch which is lovely everytime.. this branch is absolutely disgusting my kebab is red thin and it crunched chicken burger was petty not worth 3 pounds. I know this is typically greasy food but this thing was dripping like my Mrs after a bath. Update me and a family member have food poisoning. The quality and the hygiene between this and wigston is very poor. The only way to fix this place is simply higher new clean experienced people. Never thought I'd say this but I'd rather go to maryland in the future.
