Don't even go there food warm I twice and rang up to state, that chips and other items are missing ,all they did was put the phone on me , I think it's the driver that nick it

Hair in food… me and the manager was shouting at eachother! Blaming me for putting black hair in my food when I have brown hair…the manager is rude!telling me to come to the shop when I told him multiple times that I couldn’t and his response was he don’t care

Absolutely awful please do not order from Here…we ordered 2 doner meat and chips and I wouldn’t even give it my dog! It was dry round the edges cold and awful!!! We called up and whoever we spoke to was rude argumentative and was not bothered in the slightest absolutely disgusting 🤮

food arrived on time chips were cold but that's to be expected what wasn't expected was my special kebab tasted like washing up liquid. not really strong but definitely soapy enough to ruin the food and make me feel nauseated

The fried chicken was spicy and the mild chicken strips rice box was very spicy but suppose to be mild

Though delivery was great, the order was wrong. I asked for a chicken strip meal with cheese on chips and on burger meal i asked for no salad, i got lettuce, i then asked for mayo, i got given burger sauce.

Tasted great. Piping hot and delivered earlier then expected expected delivery. slot. Good meal deal as well… 2 pizzas, 2 sides, chips and drinks… it was good value and was very tasty.

Pizzas are gorgeous extra thin crust. Chicken strips are now too spicy for me but, a good size chicken fillets.

The pizza and fish in the kids meals were burnt and the chips were cold .. Normal very happy when I place my orders from here

All food stone cold, delivery 45 mins late, no apology from disinterested driver. Had to reheat everything but it was edible hence 3 stars. Worst experience from here and surprising as usually they are good.

I'm waiting for an order right now, ordered through just eat. It says its been delivered but hasnt been. I've tried calling but all i get is a "line is busy" error and static. Just eat sent for a update and said id get a text back in 5 minutes. It's now been 20 minutes and still nothing. Hopefully it comes or else £30 wasted.. and if thats the case will never come back here.

Nearly over a hour late very poor service

Missed off 2 of my drinks and they gave the wrong drink that did arrive and the food was cold and burnt

The cake was 10 days out of date. Mayo was like water but the meal was fine.

We ordered food again this evening from our regular takeaway Queens Pizza. As always the food was very tasty, and great value for money. We will definitely be ordering from here again as its our favourite place.

Food was delivered on time to the latter stage of the time period. Food was hot and tasty. Being picky, wing and chips were a little bit soggy but not badly. Also prefer a classic burger bun with sesame seeds but that is personal taste. Will order again for sure

I’ve been using these guys for 10+ years now. Can’t speak for their chicken/chips but their pizza’s are the best you’ll get in terms of value for money. I’ve tried a variety of other pizza take away venues and very very few compare to queens. Domino’s is obviously king in terms of quality, but they’re heavily overpriced. Queens offers a perfect balance between quality and affordability and honestly on the takeaway pizza scale they sit at an impressive second place IMO. I always go here as a first point of call and when I can’t, I find myself wishing for their food instead of the crap I end up with.

The donner kebabs from here are the best, so tasty with nice fresh salad and this time even the pitta was bang on. A very happy and now exceedingly full customer!

Food too cold to eat. Chucked the chips and half the kebabs. Not a great experience, hopefully next time the grub will be hot enough to eat.

My food was cold. The delivery driver who gave me my food was ignorant. They tried to say they rang the phone number when they had not. Once we tried ringing them to see where my order was they put the phone down.

The kebabs from here are so delicious and the salad is fresh and tasty too. Only thing is the pitta bread is inedible, always rock hard. I come back here for my donner though every time as the value and taste cannot be beat locally.

I use these all the time however the food was 45 minutes, literally cold and I mean cold, also received part of the order on just eat , I rang the shop up and got abuse , stating he checked the CCTV , with in less than 1 minute LIES , don't bother with this crap hole they are full of lies was told when the delivery driver pulled up to come out and collect my order as you can't park outside my property , I have 2 babies asleep in the house and wouldn't leave them in home , hence they are called delivery driver , DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE , THEY ARE LIERA AND THIEVES , getting a refund on juat eat

Great food and great service. This is my favourite takeaway place. Everyone is very polite and friendly. The food is always delivered hot and fresh. I regularly order from Queens and Ali, the manager is lovely and always goes the extra mile. A pleasure to 'Just Eat' with Queens, and I highly recommend them. Thank you to all the staff.

this place used to be good but recently there service is terrible. portions are getting smaller by the week, just ordered the LARGE kebab...arrived tiny asked for extra mushrooms ..total 1/4 of a button mushroom asked for salad seperately arrive soggy in the box ...normally this "special kebab" includes fries ...this time no fries ...called to complain told under new managment and bossman says no fries ....i wont be ordering from this place again they have no care in their work or about their customers avoid avoid avoid

Order a pizza and sides. Driver decided to deliver to the billing address, not to the delivery address. When he eventually turned up at the delivery address he was misogynistic, rude and patronising. Definitely will not order again.

Paid by card and driver demanded payment at door as well

Horrible, horrible experience, ordered some pizzas and kebabs. The pizzas were so messed but almost unbeatable, kebabs were frizzing cold, Called the shop and been told only one pizza would be sent again and they won’t even give me refund, so end up paying again from another place.

Pizza was amazing as usual. So tasty and delicious! Great service as well. So fast, both 15 inch pizzas that arrived piping hot, were gone before the estimated delivery time and the driver was very friendly too

Ordered pizza from here before and threw up hours later but that's not the point of this review. I ordered a kebab today and the meat was over cooked, had a very small circle of bread that was like eating rubber and they put the salad under the bread instead of in the kebab. Won't be ordering from here again.
