Chicken was fresh and juicy with fast service and a overall great experience, members of staff were polite and friendly providing excellent service even when i asked for specific customisations on my order

Waited 15 minutes for food, get home no large coleslaw, called and got told another order had received it and didn't offer refund or collection, terrible telephone manner aswell!

One of the worst! To often, omit items from your order. Nearest KFC so sometimes the only option. Check your order before you leave drive through/weary of delivery..... The WORST!!!

Since the addition of the self-service tills, the speed of the order has increased, and cut the wait time vastly. Staff are friendly and very helpful when needing to change parts of an order. Food is always hot and tasty

I had visited this place last night and had great experience with fresh food,quick service.

I utilized the drive-thru, and despite no vehicles being present behind me, I was instructed to park at the front due to exceeding the allotted timeframe, resulting in unnecessary fuel consumption.

Worst KFC I’ve been to in my life. Awful service, very very rude and condescending staff. They always, always miss items. & When you call to complain & ask refund, they act like you’re trying to trick them, instead of an apology. They should have a designated bag checker with a camera if it’s such an issue in this store! Poor management. A shame to the brand.

Asked for zinger rice box with extra zinger and cheese also chose to remove sweetcorns , heard the staff talk about removing sweetcorns and adding cheese and here we are still have sweetcorns .

Food piping hot. Although a bit pricey, left there full up.

Discusting food with hairs in it, soggy chicken and fries, less quantity that it should be, messy package all thrown in the bag. AVOID THIS STORE! Your best bet is chippy down the road, as this is no better but at a higher price.

The lady who worked there was very rude and shouting at us. I would give this an 0 if I can, I would never recommend going to this place if the people who are working are lazy and couldn’t be bothered to do anything.

Cold food, staff makes food cold and dishyanti doesn’t even try to convince the customer. Also refused to give me refund on my order. Don’t even deserve one star.

I regularly use all the local branches, this one is by far the worse. Cold food, poor quality, miserable staff, dirty restaurant.

Came in the drive thru late night, the food was fresh and hot the shift manager karthick asked us to wait for 5 mins in the car park made us a fresh batch of chicken and came with the food with a happy face to serve us quite happy to had that fresh food on the late night, enjoyed my late night carving thanks for the whole night shift team

Not get the service I want. Manager Karthik was so rude and he doesn’t know how to deal. His behaviour was not acceptable.

I had visited this place many times and it was really dissapointing as the service used to be horrendous and the chicken just never tasted correct. Though I visited this Thursday and this place has been revamped looks amazing. The service I recieved by a young man jack was really above and beyond and a girl who served me really great service. The best thing was I recieved kfc chicken fresh and the taste was how kfc should taste nice n crisp. Loved it. Well done you deserve all 5 stars this time round keep it up as if it stays this way I will defo be back

Hi Is there (-) start which one i porvide to this kfc.Last night i went for food drive through there is one of manager south indian guy name was karthik he is soo rude.service was wrost. management need to focus on night staff .management one recommend to you if there this guy there so your business going down as well.you need to fire .this think not happen with me last week one of my friend facing same issue with same guy.he don’t know how to speak with customer mangement pls teach him than put as manager.

A bit dull atmosphere is the worst I can say. .. which says slot that everything else was good. One of the ladies was polite and advised me about the watermelon drink, nice demeanour.

Food is shocking now they've gone the way of using heaters and leaving it to sit there until they need it the same as mcdonalds do. They've gone from having the best fries to them being soggy from sitting and sweating. Really disappointed. Will try the one on the bypass going forward but if that's the same we'll not be going to kfc again

The lack of not being able to mix your selection of what you eat.

It was OK there staff seemed very unhappy too serve you it took ages too get the food they seemed very understaffed as they couldnt seem too keep up with the demand which is probably why they seemed so unhappy!!....but the food was nice and regardless of the rest of our time there we enjoyed the food which is why we were there in the first place 😀

Worst KFC ever. Time after time this KFC always gets orders wrong. It’s been 3 in a row now. Useless staff who can’t count pieces correctly.

Just popped in for takeout on way home from work.

Amrann served us and he did a great job. Always gives us the best customer service with amazing recommendations. I hope the managers give this recognition to Amrann as he has done an amazing job. He has gone out of his way to help us multiple times.

Visited this store yesterday, so happy I had to make a review. Went through drive thru and ordered 2 meals. Both came as expected, fast and warm. The drive thru man was very friendly and patient with us. Best KFC I’ve been to! Would definitely use again.

Whet In for a 2 piece chicken meal, counter staff said we have a deal on atm 3 pieces with a side for 4:49. Didn’t want the side but if it saves a few pennies why not. Order came I asked where my drink was,” you didn’t order one” was the replay and the deal doesn’t come with one. So a pointless deal then. Should have just given me what I ordered. Wasn’t happy refused to pay extra for a drink.

Updated November 2023 Made a conscious decision to visit Belgrave Boulevard instead of another local branch. However, numerous visits in the last year here have found tables are not cleared of rubbish left behind by other customers, filled bins, the heating in store is non existent, and lack of places to sit as large areas are closed off with no reason at 7pm. The wait for food is prolonged despite being freshly cooked and poor representation to description. Whether management has now prioritised drive through and food App orders over in store orders. Customer toilets always have an odour of urine, hand washing facilities are poor due to no soap in the dispenser, no warm water, and the hand dryer has as much heat as the store's heating. Consequently, I will be visiting the other local KFC branch that has now made vast improvements.

Service is not so good takes too much time. Food is also not much better. But the atmosphere is good and clean.

Always, always check your order from here before leaving. This evening I've had to go back twice to pick up missing items leaving my own dinner to go cold on the table at home.

I came to the drive-through, the man at the service hatch was rude, and obviously did not want to be there. Through the hatch, I could see him grabbing the food that he dropped on the counter about 3 times before putting it in the bag. Shouting at other staff, unsure as to what was said. Then, crumpling up the paper towls and ramming it in the bag. Then, more or less, he chucked the bag at me and walked off again. Very rude, shall not be coming again. It's a shame the service is usually spot on.

Not the high standards some of it sister restaurants have. The service seems to be utter chaos, with deliveroo etc. Shown preferential treatment over eat in customers. There is also a distinct lack of ethnic diversity within, causing language issues. Quality of food served such as burgers often seem to be made up as they go along. Chicken peices themselves are OK. Definitely need to up their game.

Ordered through just eat and was handed cold food. Not only that but the order was missing a whole meal. The driver also went to Marwell Walk when it clearly states Marwell CLOSE LE4 2TJ. I then had to have one of the family to return to the restaurant to rectify the mess. Loss of appetite. Would prefer full refund and courtesy vouchers. Inept and unprofessional

Can't get the order right, Can't even speak English

This restaurant needs improving on customer services. I was standing in line waiting to be served, they serve the person in front then go off to do other things leaving me standing there. There were three near the tills, all talking as if I'm not there then one by one go and collect food for app orders. I wait 5 minutes and no one comes back to the till, I asked the cleaner who was watching whether this is how they operate who replies that she doesn't know which till is open. I then see a group of people arriving and going into the kitchen. So I said to the cleaner, ok so they were short staffed and back up has arrived. I was then told they were trainees from another restaurant that is about to open. I was shocked and literally said to the cleaner I think they chose the wrong restaurant to be trained at. I then walk up to one of the staff who came close to the counter to ask "are you taking orders? " The staff looked shocked then replied " Oh yes, what would you like? " The expression on his face is the kind of look that says "where did you come from?" It's an amazing experience that they could generally blank out anyone who was waiting to be served unless I've mastered the art of invisibility without even learning it.

Chicken overcooked. Bone dry awful.

It's OK if small orders but on a big orders for big family's they seam to forget odd bits like chips or beans or gravey and have to ring directly and pick up missing bits

Good good but it was a bit dry when e went on this occasion.

Toilets are disgusting/dirty and absolutely stink, the staff on the tills are a little incompetent, told them twice I wanted gravy, beans and sweet corn as sides, it took them 5 goes to apply the reward including taking my phone off me and typing the code in manually, then they gave me gravy and 4 corn on the cobs and argued with me that’s what I ordered. Rude staff, food was good, shame the service let me down.

Ordered 4 meals, paid for 4 meals, received only 3 meals .... again!!!! What is wrong with these people!!!!

I order through the drive through and wa asked to park and wait. After 15 minutes I went inside to see what was going on, the person on the till made no attempt to even say sorry for the wait.

Time for us all to be honest about KFC. There are huge variations on food quality and staff from shop to shop. You have real choice, go at a busy time and get well cooked food, with poor staff struggling with a huge complicated menu and massive queues, or go at a quiet time, be treated well and get served warm food swimming in grease. It's not the staff who are to blame, it's the franchisee and KFC corporate who are ruining your experience

We bought a Party Bucket chicken meal that was very hot and fresh. I was satisfied by the quality of food which in most cases I struggle to eat due to being high salted or too oily. Keep it up 👍

Average but customer service is gone downhill. I use to work here back in 2007 when it was near enough newly opened. Was brilliant. We were required to upsell, greet every customer with a smile....And now...you walk in and you see staff chat to each other whilst the customer is just standing their waiting. No smile. Order given wrongly. No upselling. And customers behind me were like...This is a shambles...waiting over 15 minutes. I feel that this place can be well managed if managers are on top of their game. I didnt see a single manager or shift runner on the shop floor which explained alot. The staff need to know they are working to give the customers a good experience...not to just stand their and talk. Greet every customer with a smile, make sure your customer is happy and satisfied walking out to ensure they walk back in another day.

Paid 9£ for a zinger stacker MEAL, and they forgot the chips and drink. They always forget something. The que is always long and slow, you're better off driving the extra mile to the next one and get it on time and correct.

It's either going to be good or not so good but this time we decided to eat in and I have to admit the chicken was delicious and hot They are a little tight on the hand wipes and the toilets don't smell great but on the whole it was quite edible

Kfc is very hit and miss but our experience today at the last straw store was exceptional. Staff were friendly, ALL food was freshly prepared and hot, ice in drinks, no problem using our discount and we were given large portions (I think due to cooking slightly too much food). Very good KFC. The experience varies so much depending on location however.

Had drive Though so Indoor not sure about..but car park looked clean i guess... food was great.. but service was lacking..drive Though and inside service area wasnt busy but guy taking order seemed to be in a rush when taking order, he wasnt be patient.. saying "is that all" after everything i said....which i felt and sounded belittling..didnt say anything just incase food got contaminated 🤢..oh for only 2x Tower burgers approx £13..seems a tad over priced.
