One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a food place — and the shocking part? It was the owner who made it worse. The pizza was terrible, the place looked like hygiene was an afterthought, and when I politely pointed it out, instead of any apology or solution, the owner decided to argue and say I wasn’t “doing them any favour by coming here.” Well, don’t worry — I won’t make that mistake again. If this is how they treat paying customers, I can only imagine what goes on in the kitchen. Avoid at all costs.

Extremely terrible customer service, don’t know how to be patient over the phone and even in person. I’m not influencing anyone to even “try” here again.

Normally very good but told the man I'm waiting for a bus in 15 minutes yes no problem. Then continues to do other things and I did tell him prioritise the costume in here before the deliveries. If the young lady was work completely different.

Rubbish. One piece of pepperoni and pineapple per slice. Completely stingy with toppings. Tastes rubbish and doesn’t look like anything they advertise. Avoid.

Staff girls behaviour not respectful

Ordered at 2:15 am didn’t arrive till 3:50am, when I called the restaurant they were rude and abrasive and said I should have answered the phone even tho I had no phone call from anyone. When it finally arrived there was a sauce pot in my pizza damaging the cheese and the pizza was soggy and cold, I am extremely disappointed with the service and quality of food

Bad service gave my food to someone else

We waited for two hours, kept being told ten minutes and then they never answered the phone. Bad attitude… Don’t trust them at all!

Your pizza is absolutely fine, the taste is also good, but your delivery system is very bad and you never deliver your food on time. It tastes bad because it is cold.

Your pizza tastes good but your delivery quality is very slow and bad. Try to make your delivery faster. I just ordered a pizza and I've been waiting for an hour and 34 minutes and my pizza still hasn't arrived. The driver is still saying it will take another nine minutes. If your delivery continues like this, you will lose your loyal customers.

Worst service. I ordered a delivery and they cancelled my order and didn’t think to tell me. I waited over a hour and when I called them they kept denying it and disconnected the phone. Avoid at all costs

I ordered her a vegetarian pizza But he delivered me a margherita pizza and And she says we will exchange pizza in 30 minutes, but pizza did not delivered so I called them and requested to exchange pizza but they did not give the orderly answer and cut my call again and again, and Three hours later the pizzas arrived, very bad service and also very Rude staff behavior, I will never eat gogo pizza and I will not let my friend and family eat to gogo pizza.

Place is old fashion Poor service after paying for my order was told 30mins. The worker had very long hair no hat no hair net hair going all over the show and no gloves After 50mins my order was ready 15in pizza and strips. Taken my food home to open n find my pizza is wrong. Called up owner did not care no sorry just came bribg back pizza and collecy a new one. After 50mins u really think im coming back to ur store. I will be contacting pizza go go head office. Said they would deliver within 40 minutes 2 hours had passed and they said there had been a mistake and I should wait for another pizza to be made very unprofessional and not a good place to order from a lot of chatting in the back and unserious people

Scammers staff. The food was mediocre at best the delivery was an absolute joke 1 hour 45 minutes delivery on a delivery that should have been 45 minutes shocking and I confronted and asked why it took so long and the response was it was raining however they delivered my food in a car very poor customer service and care.

So the pizza is great and their cheese is so premium and good. Its a takeaway so no atmosphere for sitting and only have 2 chairs just for it guess waiting

I ordered the meaty pizza and paid for extra toppings (3). When it got delivered, I opened it and saw that they gave me a cheese pizza with 2/3 toppings, one of which was wrong anyway. The pizza was soggy and barely warm. The cheese felt oily. The jalapeno cream cheese bites were mediocre, as they also came barely warm, even though the driver only took 2 minutes to actually deliver the items. Very disappointed. Will not order again.

Fantastic, absolutely amazing, went in and there were 3 blokes cracking the whip to deliver my go-go special. Not doing any work themselves but their workers rlly took pride in serving up my pizza. Since the change in management at the Leicester branch, everything has been a mess. My Order 4928988 (Date: 2023-11-19) was incorrect (thin crust instead of standard), and when I called to inquire why my order was wrong, they mentioned running out of the standard base. The same situation occurred on the 23rd of November for Order 4932910. Most notably, today when I ordered a pizza with stuffed crust, they called 1 hour after the order was placed I was told they ran out of stuffed crust.When I requested a refund for the order, I was told to contact the head office. They sent me a standard base pizza with a £3 refund. Its a shame what they have become, this use to be one of best pizza places in leicester.

When we my partner we're homeless we went in there and ask the manager if he could spare anything to eat. May God bless him he said me and my partner the pizza was so yummy 😋.

Horrible. Ordered a pizza and it arrived almost 2 hours after. They kept postphoning it, saying it wold take 29 minutes. After 30 minutes we called and they told us 25 minutes. Waited again and they said 10-15 minutes. 20 minutes after that we called asking about our order and we were going to cancel it and they had said not to and FINALLY decided to get started on the order. When the pizza arrived you could tell they made it last minute. The mozzerella sticks were thrown into the box and they were all either split in half or squashed. The pizza had the dough mishapen and was uneven. Both foods were cold. I would give this 0 starts if i could.

Went in to order, waited 20 minutes for 2 portions of cheesy curly fries. Women seemed to be doing all the work while the men stood around. One man had sliders on. Place needs a good clean, if not then definitely a refurb. After the long weight, most of the fries were raw but the cheese was burnt. I’m sorry, but I’ve been to great Pizza Gogo’s but this place was not it.

Pizza Go Go, have grate experience there. The working staff is gentle, polite and helpful. Once I was stuck in Leicester. I was on road march. Suddenly I saw It was open(2am) I enter and discuss my matter, they welcome me with open hands. Then I ordered pizza. They serve me fresh cooked pizza. It has a grate taste and remember my taste buds ever. I eat one and ordered another. They busy until they close the outlet around 5 am. It has a grate experience of mine. I really thankful to him.

Brilliant pizzas , the toppings , cheese and dough were all absolutely high quality and delicious, and prices are fair , I highly recommend these guys . Oh also a 7 or a 9 inch pizza is only £3 !!!!!

I have recieved wrong order 2 times, I rated lower because of rude and non co-operative behavior of their new staff but I must say the other staff immediately considered my request and sent me a new order, the food taste and quality is at its best but they need to improve their communication about the online orders and I hope the next time I order I wouldn't be disappointed!

Omg worst experience of my life visiting Leicester for my grandma Furneral was waiting for my coach thought I get a pizza got overcharged and when I asked the prices of what I ordered the girl working there kicked of started shouting at me that she didn’t serve me etc etc I kept saying lower your voice I’m a customer and I can shout to eventually I did because she stressed me out then she said I’m not giving you the pizza I said give my money back she said no I said I’m calling the police and then she gave us the pizza but all the while kept telling me of that she never served me and it’s not her fault said loads of other things but can’t me bothered to type any more but terrible experience

Very bad pizza my son was ill after eating this .and as I have read in someone else's comment about wearing gloves then yes it's confirmed it for me that this is what gave him food poisoning.

I was served by a patronising member of staff. When making the pizza, he didn't wear any gloves, so he was touching my food with his bare hands. When questioned where the gloves were, he answered he just washed his hands. I'm not sure that follows healthy and hygiene standards. The pizza was tasteless, hard and barley any toppings. There's a reason they are cheap. Avoid at all costs.

Wish it were possible to leave 0 stars. Called to order at 00:50. Order was placed and I was told half an hour. After a 40 minute wait, I was told the driver was out. At 1:55am I called and was told that it would be another 15-20 minutes. They didn't care that it was late and didn't mind cancelling the order. They behaved as though this was better for them, which leads me to believe the order hadn't been cooked yet. It's open till 4am but I'd say go else where unless you want a wasted wait. Disappointed with these selfish, careless people. Spend your money where it's appropriated. Go elsewhere.

Nachos were soft and cold the pizza was cold and had an added topping missing with no explanation. Tuna didn’t smell or taste right and only managed 3 slices before it got binned. The driver got lost and needed spoon feeding directions on the phone right the door ( I live on a cul-de-sac) will never order here again. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
