We received a leaflet through our office door andthought it would be a good idea to try it out one lunch time, and we made a good choice. They offered free delivery, and although had to wait a while for delivery (We'll put it down to the lunch rush) , the food was very good and my collegues agree that we will definately be order from here again. Very polite and very apologetic about the delay. And for a take away delivery, the food was very well presented too.

The landlord welcomed me in, wanting to play pool, I got a coke (which was probably the best coke ever) and asked for some change from a fiver. He gave me change and I gave him a fiver and i played pool. If you want to play pool in an energetic place, this is the way-to-go!

I visited The Queens Arms for a pint of Guinness on two occasions whilst staying at the nearby Travelodge. Decent pub and nice atmosphere.

Quite a sad little pub. It was virtually dead on a Friday night and looked very run down. We we went in looking for a late dinner (9:30 pm). My partner ordered the steak and ale pie with chips. His meal was actually quite tasty and if we had eaten there again, I think we both would have ordered that. I had the lamb burger with chips and onion rings. It was, quite frankly, one of the worst meals I've eaten in a restaurant/ pub. The only fresh thing on my plate was the cucumber, everything else had very obviously come from a packet in the freezer. The lamb patty was spiced in a strange way and minuscule compared to the bun. The only good thing about the meal was that it arrived quickly and it was super cheap. Although I wouldn't have minded paying more for a decent burger.

We called in here during a stroll through the historic coaching village of Colnbrook. Itโs a proper pub from the 17th century with a pool table, dartboard, slot machines etc. We just had a drink and played pool but the reason I wanted to write this is because we met the manager, Bob, and he deserves your business. Heโs such a nice guy. He recently took over and has plans for a new kitchen + menu so if you are near Heathrow and want to call into a genuine down-to-earth โboozerโ pub, give the Queens Arms a try!

We just had Guinness however that was quite enough to make our moods fantastic due to the warm hospitality. Nessy, our server and in-charge at the Pub was so friendly and warm. We really enjoyed her company. I wish I could visit a couple of times more. Will surely visit again. Cheers!! Aarti

After traveling through seven countries in three weeks we wandered into this little pub shortly before they opened up for the dinner menu. While waiting for the cook to get her kitchen fired up, we had a drink, and were entertained by the locals comings and goings; some settling tabs, some grabbing a quick pint before going home. Once cook was ready, we ordered and the food didn't disappoint us, and was worth the wait. Barkeep was friendly and very accommodating when we asked about taking away dessert minus the ice cream. Overall, hearty food and local color in a little village near Heathrow terminal five hotels.

Whilst staying in the nearby Holiday Inn Hotel I wanted to watch Champions League final. The hotel didnt have the game on and redirected me to the Queens Arms. Beer prices were reasonable, service quick and I even managed to have a chat with one of nice locals. The only thing I have noticed was the fact there was possible only one screen. Additionally despite the information given by the hotel it seems the pub is children friendly so I could bring my little lad too. Shame I didnt but I will know next time.

Avoid - A rather dirty, small, run down pub that frankly smelled (may have been the clientele) looks nothing like its website images. Don't waste your time walking from the HI Express T5. With Tratts at the HIEX expensive for what you get and no other choice its a real pity as i would have thought this pub could have been great and real competition for the hotel restaurants.

This was one of the only places to eat in the area so we decided to give it a good. My medium steak was like a piece of overdone leather. The pub was noisy with regular customers apparently free to walk in and out of the kitchen as they wished. The staff were nice and pleasant but I definitely won't be returning.

I wasn't sure about the pub when we walked in, but quickly was made to feel at home by the bar/kitchen staff. Unfortunately there weren't many tables that weren't in the bar, but we found an alcove table which was great. Good menu and the food was really tasty. It was cooked quickly which was just what we needed. Even had an offer to make something that wasn't on the menu if we wanted, but the menu was extensive enough for this not to be required. All in all, friendly with good food.

We had a great time when we visited in September. The food was good and reasonably priced. The drinks were they best we had had out in a pub for a long time (they obviously look after the pipes for the draught lager and the wine was really, really enjoyable). Bar and kitchen staff were friendly, professional and the sort of people who love working in the trade. Many customers were locals and they were polite and well mannered.

Cosy, rustic warm, friendly, a pub with a heart radiating ambience. One of the few oldest pubs in England. A stone's throw from Heathrow International Airport

It might be ok in the daytime for food etc. but we went to see a local band last night and the atmoshere was horrible from the moment we stepped through the door. We got drinks & the band started, we had made up our minds to leave once we had finished our drinks but two friends arrived & we stayed, a few more friends arrived & locals left. The band was good, but the locals returned and the atmosphere was hostile, the locals pulled the leads out, there were violent comments made to girls, homophobic remarks made to men and we all stayed to get the bands gear out safely. The bar staff just let us be abused, the landlord did nothing, Nothing will ever make me go to this pub again.

Stopped here for a bite on the way to Heathrow, what a good choice. Clearly a local pub with a regular clientele; we were made to feel very welcome. Both the Scampi and the Steak & Ale Pie arrived piping hot and were very tasty indeed. Great value at just under ยฃ20 for two drinks and two good sized meals, just as it should be, excellent, thank you!

We were in Coinbrook for a visit and didn't fancy the nearby hotel food. The place was full and the decor sort of put us off a little bit, but we were too hungry to move on and decided to eat. The prices were reasonable, portions were more than expected, the shared starter was excellent, but the main was average. The place was reasonably clean, but somewhat dated. Staff were very polite, but as the place was full and very busy, the service was slow. Not too sure if we would return.

Stuck in the queue of traffic avoiding the M25 I passed here. The outside was covered in hanging baskets and the place looked well maintained. Inside it appeared a "locals" pub but everyone was very friendly and chatted. I had a beautiful pint of my favourite beer at a very good price. This place has all the pub trappings of "fruity" "quizy" and pool table which is fine by me. The football will be on the large TV and there was a goal in the garden for the kids or dads. A good menu of traditional favourites. Great find.

I visited here on two occasions after staying at the Travelodge nearby, and slightly different on each occasion. The first was very good and I enjoyed 2 pints of Doom Bar. The second occasion I asked for a pint of Guinness and it tasted watery & watered down! - Not sure if the pipes had been emptied properly after cleaning! .

Great Venue for a small function. We had a family baby shower here today. Great blank canvas transformed into a lovely room. The bar was downstairs which was not a problem at all. Friendly and accommodating staff. The only drawback was the venue would benifit from upgrading their kitchen to make it useable.
