Great pub, friendly staff & a nice hotel to stay in for a trip to Deal.

I absolutely love this place. I do not feel like a stranger, and feel extremely safe. The food and service is excellent. I feel like I'm a friend, not just a customer. When I last had food via the app, the order didn't go through, but Nicole came out and apologised, so did Tommy. We did not mind, we were busy enjoying the atmosphere. The food was delicious! Service was amazing, staff were amazing, I can't say a bad word! Lauren, Andie, Scarlett, Shaun, Lea...have all been so lovely, too! Thank you for everything!

Had a lovely bottomless brunch for my friends birthday. The food was lovely and our service was quick. We were all very happy with it!

We had the lunch time deal. £8 for a meal and Alcoholic drink. Food was lovely. We will definitely return

We booked a bottomless brunch, excellent service from Andi and the food was delicious - huge portions and a good menu to choose from. Our glasses were ever empty which made for a fun prosecco filled afternoon! Would definitely recommend!

This is what new of few times I've had food that was completely inedible. We just had some garlic dough balls with cheese as a start. They were clearly just put in a microwave for 10 minutes and served with a teaspoon of cheese. They were hard as stones. We stayed to watch the rugby and wait for our train but then they came and asked if we were watching the rugby, we said yes, and were told we would need to move as the TV nearest us had to be changed to football. There were no seats anywhere else so we gave up on watching. The TV was changed to formula one and literally no one watched it.

This hotel is amazing value, the staff are incredibly friendly, the room was clean, comfortable and fresh. My girlfriend loved the Nespresso machine.

Good atmosphere friendly worth a visit if In deal

The rooms though small were comfortable beds with lovely warm, fluffy duvets and new ensuite shower room however toilet was a bit too close to wall. No lift to 1st floor and it is necessary to go outside in garden to go upstairs to enter rooms. Staff werevery helpful and rooms were clean. Location great as far as being right near railway station and on main street of Deal town. Food menu was rather American. Difficult to get a taxi right to door entrance.

Nice place for a varity of beers to choose from. They had a limited menu during visit so we tried the Mighty Meat flatbread pizza, it was served hot and the toppings were very tasty.

Very accommodating and friendly staff. They also allow our pooch in. Been watching the rugby here lately. Have screens all over the pub & even outside too. Food is excellent and priced well. They also offer 241 cocktails which is a good deal.

I stayed here recently with my Granddaughter. We had a lovely stay and the staff were so friendly and helpful, thanks to Lauren and Shaun who were always so nice. The breakfasts were delicious and I look forward to coming back soon!

Nice atmosphere, nice and cool inside after a hot day. Vegan mac and cheese was amazing and they even had decaf coffee. :)

Stayed for a couple of nights in a snug but clean tidy room, I was informed it may get a bit noisy but hello.. it’s a pub and there’s live music so I had already expected that! Bumped into Sophia one of the hotel housekeeping team members and she was so helpful and friendly and cleaned and tidied our room to perfection! Manners go a long way here, Teresa on the bar was funny and Tommy very helpful with directions around the area for places to go. Can’t fault it. Clean, friendly and reasonable prices. Thanks guys! We will be back!!

Stayed here on Thursday - was great! Brilliant service, comfy bed and was well fed on Friday morning.

I love coming here - great beers and a lovely atmosphere. Have been served by a man called Dalton the last few time we've been in - he's always down for a bit of banter and goes out of his way to make sure we have everything we ask for.

Had a lovely visit to Queen Street Tap, we were served by Dalton who had amazing customer service by always making sure we had everything we needed for the evening. Will definitely be recommending to my friends and family 😁

I come here mostly on a Saturday night where I’m greeted very politely by dalton who is very attentive to customers, serving peoples drinks and very quick service, a very happy and bubbly chap! Keeps the atmosphere really enjoyable!

great place to watch any sports showing all available games, bar staff are always friendly and big shout out to dalton going the extra step to ensure we have everything we need to enjoy our food and drink the other night aswell

I came in the other night with my lady and ordered a corona whilst my lady got the best piña colada made by Dalton accompanied by some quality chunky chips made by Sean

We had booked, 3 bar staff totally ignored us before a member of staff deigned to serve us. He had no knowledge of the few keg beers on offer and surmised that one of the ones we ordered was fizzy because no one had ordered it for a few days, not what you really want to hear. Went to our table which had been laid, but the table had not been cleaned and the previous occupants food and hair still on the table. We decided not to eat there. If the public area is this dirty heaven knows what the kitchen is like.

Nettes pub aber zum übernachten am freitag und samstag unzumutbar man wird zwar darauf hingewiesen und ohrstöpsel verteilt aber die bringen nichts da der Bass so wumert ist an schlafen nicht zu denken also überhaupt nicht an Wochenenden zu empfehlen sonst einigermaßen sauber aber kein hoher Standard klobrille Lose keine Ablage am Waschbecken für Personen über 180cm und über 100kg nicht zu empfehlen bett war ok ich gebe nur 2sterne

I have always visited the Queen Street Tap multiple times before but I have recently had the pleasure of dining at there from their amazing food and their boozy drinks! The experience was delightful as always. The atmosphere at the time was quiet yet inviting which for someone who gets nervous easily when eating out was put at ease straight away. As a person who loves food, the highlight is always coming and enjoying food from their menu! I can highly recommend their mac and cheese!! They offer a diverse selection of food and drinks to suit everyone's needs. You will defiantly be spoilt for choice. Throughout my time there, I was attended to by a fantastic staff member called Tommy. His attentiveness and genuine hospitality towards me and my friend was brilliant. Frequently made sure that we had everything we needed and his friendliness added a calming touch to the experience. Every time we needed a refill he was there with any recommendations and answers to any questions we had.

We stayed here for 1 night, small basic room but was clean. I was worried about the noise as we were warned it may be noisey of a night, but it wasnt too bad. Breakfast was amazing too. Thank you

Came here with friends for a bottomless brunch-what a an amazing experience plus the lovely Lauren who works here looked after us so well-we are defo coming back again and would so recommend this!! Nothing was too much trouble and the food was fab too plus the drinks just kept on coming!

Good selection of beers. Food was good. Some of the tables have small TV screens, plus a few decent sized tvs dotted around. Can order drinks via an app (I didn't try this though).

Playing chase and seek with the bar maid was a bit much after singing karaoke maybe she was upset she was working and wanted to join. Me and my friends are nice people the DJ seemed to like us maybe next time we’ll invit her out with us for fun

Went to watch the football and apart from the result, the night was really good, staff was friendly and quick at serving and everyone kept themselves to themselves. Would definitely recommend going for a sporting event.

Food is alright but just ordered sharing nachos for 12£ and got a baby portion. Not happy 😒

Great place Staff was okay 👍 There was a problem with the seafood paella 🥘 however staff sorted the problem out... I would recommend this place and would visit again Food was burger, chimichanga and paella

was wary of the prospect of staying over a pub ( 2am closing Saturday) the ear plugs weren't needed thankfully room was small but clean bed was great breakfast was greater still
