Incredible find. Such a warm welcome, friendly hospitality, great quality ingredients and varied menu of interesting options. Apparently the team have been there 14 years, so we're only sad we didn't know about it until this weekend. Definitely worth the short walk across from the seafront for an excellent meal. Well definitely be back

Lovely food and great vegan options. It is very popular understandably so, but just be sure to reserve a table and expect busy atmosphere especially on Saturday evening. I will definitely be returning ☺️

A wonderful venue for lunch or evening meals, the owners are Portuguese and their personalities are relecyed in their fare. Would highly recommend and is a gem in Gt,Yarmouth

After speaking with Dan in the furniture shop side of things, we visited and had a great evening and a fanatic meal. Unfortunately we can’t comment of deserts…. As we were asked by three different waitresses if we wanted to look at the deserts menu and after saying yes three times and still not having been given the menu to look at , on the fourth time of being asked we asked for the bill, paid and left. However, despite this we have put this down to it being busy and we will visit again and hopefully have the chance to try deserts too !!

Great service and a fine selection of food to choose from. Original and well presented meals in a nice large ceilinged room. The room suits the food. The waitress was charming and efficient and drinks were reasonably priced with a decent choice. Shall be going again.

Amazing lunch! A lovely warm welcome and beautiful Surroundings! The wine was amazing, I had tiger prawn salad and hubby had cod with creamy leeks and pancetta, both were absolutely superb!! Would highly recommend this place. All the food we saw coming out looked fantastic.

I've never had anything but great food from here. Their burgers are the best. The meat is cooked perfectly and there are lots of vegetables plus delicious sauce.

Unbelievable starters some olives in a garlic marinade and some nice warm bread with the most beautiful garlic butter I ever tasted! For main I had the classic burger which out of hundreds I tasted is right now top one for presentation flavour tenderness all you want in a burger! My partner had the Portuguese speciality little French was she was so in love with it that she is trying to replicate the sauce at home!! For desert we had slice of homemade carrot cake and chocolate fudge and again top quality! Service is as good as you can get the space is lovely warm and welcoming top 3 restaurants I have been definitely the best in Norfolk

We decided to try Quayside Plaza solely because they have the best gluten free menu we've seen. We weren't disappointed. Quite an extensive menu with something for everyone. The wine is reasonably priced (which makes a change). We went for an evening meal, but they are open during the day for coffee/lunch etc. The food was delicious. And plenty of it. Magda is a charm. The perfect hostess. Very attentive and knowledgeable. Great little place that we recommend you check out when in Yarmouth. Will most definitely be returning.

Hidden gem!!! The lady of the house is a marvelous host, taking time for her hosts. The chef brings Portugees touches with delicateness and local produce. A perfect marriage of southern cooking skills and local top produce. We had great meals during our 20 days visit in England, but this was the best. Thankful for that! Rudi and Christine from Belgium

This gem was a bit hard to find as it is currently covered in scaffolding while the outside is being renovated. The food, ambiance and service were all excellent. A great menu - we actually opted for the vegetarian, not that we are vegetarians - it just looked so appetizing. They offered to make mine non-dairy because of lactose intolerance, and used soya cream very effectively. Highly recommended - £25 per person all in for a very nice and filling hors d'oeuvre and a great main course. Highly recomended.

Visited here with my daughter and grandparents two weeks ago and wanted to say how impressed we all were. The quality of the meals was of very high standards all round and presented excellently too. Home made desserts were amazing also and I highly recommend the mixed nut frangipane! Everything is very reasonably priced, the service was on point also. It's a place where you can dress smart casual or wear formal and you will not feel out of place. If anyone has a special occasion coming up it's somewhere I'd definitely say is worth bearing in mind, you will not be disappointed. From start to finish, even the coffees to conclude, it all made for a great evening out and left us all with good impressions. Can't wait to return. Thank you Quayside Plaza.

This was my second visit in 2 weeks , the food is absolutely delicious and such good value for money. The atmosphere is perfect and suitable for couples, friends and families. The staff are really attentive and so nice . Our new favourite place to eat .

Service and food were marvellous

Visited Quayside Plaza for lunch with family and wasn't disappointed . The sea bass was beautiful, as was the coconut cream caramel. Nothing was too much for the waitress. By far the best restaurant in Great Yarmouth.

Been here many times and food excellent as always but unfortunately on this occasion service was very slow. There was 4 of us and it took 3 hours to have a 2 course meal.

A great dining experience, Portugese steak in particular is highly recommended, in fact my wife and I enjoyed all 3 courses and will definitely be going again soon, - hopefully. All staff were very friendly and could not fault the service given.

what a wonderful place...tucked away by south quay and within the same space as the antique and Indian orientated interiors shop, Magda gave us the most lovely welcome and we then had deliciously tasty, fresh and well thought through food....we will definitely go back to Yarmouth just for this! thank you so much for giving us all such a special lunch...do not hesitate to go there!

We came here last night for dinner, first visit here will definitely be back! Best meal I have had in a long time .Camembert was lovely the burger was probably the nicest I have ever had:) and the mixed nut and frangipane dessert was so good

Salmon and prawn starter amazing, partner had peri peri tiger prawns which were awesome. Mains what a disappointment. I had seafood linguine consisting of 5 clams, 3 of which were closed. Partner had fish pie nuclear hot prawns rubbery. No salt and pepper on table,

Went for a Christmas meal. What sort of restaurant does a Christmas menu but doesn't have a turkey or chicken option? I settled for the duck, which was OK but I suspect had he been alive much longer, he'd have been accepted to slimming world as it was very fatty. 2 squirts of mash does not an accompaniment make either. The satay prawn starter could have done with a couple more prawns too. My work colleagues all seemed to like their meals, although it was a smidge overpriced. Also the place seems to be a restaurant in a junk shop. Literally everything there seems to be for sale Ok for a one off visit, but not somewhere I'll be rushing back to.

I just couldn’t let my experience go unnoticed… Went to quayside plaza with my friend for a lovely Xmas dinner. They did not fail to disappoint! The atmosphere was amazing with the Xmas feel and the jazz band playing in the back ground. The staff are outstanding nothing is too much trouble. The food tasted absolutely amazing ! Everything homemade with lovely little touches such as the mulled wine, canapés and little biscuits.. throughly enjoyed this experience.. I would deffo recommend this place ! I’ve been coming here for years and years and never ever had an issue with anything !!! I ADORE THIS PLACE !!!!

Do not order Quayside Plaza with just eat, my meal was absolutely horrendous. I ordered dinner with just eat. I have ordered a delivery from here last year and it wasnt great. But i thought id try again so ordered my meal with just eat...

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! MY MEAL WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. I ORDERED OFF JUST EAT AND MY GOD I HAD ONE MOUTHFULL AND CHUCKED EVERYTHING IN THE BIN. MY ORDER CAME TO £45.00 AND THE WHOLE LOT WAS CHUCKED AWAY. IF I COULD SHOW PICTURES I WOULD BUT ILL BE POSTING THEM ON TRIPADVISOR NOW.

We have been eating here and I've never had a complaint, the food is exceptional and the service is just right. A "must try" for any one in the area or visiting.

Second time I visited this place. The food is great, the service is leisurely. It's in an odd location but well worth the visit.
