Quality Fish Chips and Kebab in Bromley

The cod was awfully bland and tasteless the batter was way too thick and not very nice The chips were albino and not cooked enough The dog enjoyed it though

Have used their online ordering and delivery service many times. We are shielding as over 75s and have always enjoyed a 10% discount for orders of £15 +. They have now increased the minimum order size to £20 before giving an online discount. Very disappointed you have done this, especially in these perilous times when every penny counts!!

Placed an order on their website as we've done many times before and it won't process - some issue with their payment portal. Call them and explain what has happened and are told we can order whilst on the phone but we have to pay more and not the website price! Needless to say we don't bother because the failure is at their end and as regular customers this behaviour is pretty poor customer service, as we are dealing with the owners and not some huge faceless corporation. The hunt is now on for a new takeaway kebab shop as we won't be using quality again.

I have been ordering from here for about a year now. My usual order is a lamb doner however, this evening I opted for something a little different and ordered the lamb kofta. It just didn't taste 'right' almost as if the meat was off. I did try to smell the meat to be sure but just couldn't tell due to the spices and seasoning. I'm hoping it wasn't off and that perhaps the meat wasn't good quality and I'm just being paranoid but, its enough that I won't order from here again. Interestingly I checked their food hygiene rating and its currently scored a 1 and in need of major improvement!

We stopped using 'Just Eat' and now order directly online. Their ordering system is simple and very efficient as well as giving a 10% discount for +£15 online orders. Have now used QFC&K about 10 times and have never had a bad experience. Delivery is fast (usually within 20 minutes) so the food is always hot enough to eat straight away. Compared with 2 other local Kebab shops, QFC&K is far better for quality and delivery service. ***** well worth 5 stars!

Absolutely superb food and service. By far the best free delivery service in the area. Food is delicious at a great price and brilliant service. If you want fish'n'chips or a kebab are are local to Orpington high Street this is THE place to go. Mmmmmm mm. Ty.

Brilliant business! They never let us down!! Great service, friendly, helpful people - work hard & always do their very best to fulfil our orders. On the rare occasion they've been unable to supply exactly what we've requested, they've given us additional, unexpected 'extras'. Our regular meals are halloumi pittas with salad; donna kebab with salad & large cod/rock & chips! All of which are always top quality & delicious.......

The foods good and usually delivered quickly. However, the last two orders have been wrong/incomplete. One order was corrected and one was not (we did call). Not the end of the world but if you order over the phone double check your order before you pay as there is a good chance it won't be exactly what you ordered.

This place represents excellent value for money, but maintains a very high standard for a ‘standard kebab house’ It is immaculately clean (although slightly dated) and the geezer in charge is all about making you pleased. This kind of establishment has certain ingredients and this place does exceptionally well with them, and this begins with stock, storage and replenishment. I’ve been probably 25 times in the last year, best point is a kebab shop that does great chip shop chips, with your kebab. I know my food, and sometimes there is compromise- here it’s so close to perfect I was pleased to find it.

£6.30 for a kebab, chips and drink. If after a quick bite to eat then this is the place. might not be the cleanest in the world but then really what kebab shop is. Never had a bad meal in here and always piping hot.

Impressed by the whirring hunk of chicken-ish doner-fied chicken pieces and foreseeing them lovingly carved into a hot pitta bread I ordered a chicken doner to eat in with pitta and salad. There followed the grim reality. Thin scrapings and toenail clipping sized bits of lukewarm doner meat were rescued from a nearby pot and plonked onto a large plate. To be fair they were pretty generous with the greasy toenail clippings and I was so hungry I would have eaten anything. But it was poor. The bread came later, and a packet of mini tissues came in handy as deployments to mop up the grease. A full pack was used. Doubt they even noticed the pile on returning the plate. Staff seemed bored. The salad was okay but desperately needed to add variety to the faint taste of chicken emanating from the pile of scrapings. Really poor - I recommend avoiding this establishment

Visited whilst shopping in Orpington good fish and chips. However given drink in can would have preferred a glass with it. Toilet bowl could have done with a good clean.

Only complaint I could have had was slow service. However this was due to everything being served freshly cooked to order. Incredible Fish served piping hot. I would have preferred a glass for my coke. However over all brilliant and reasonable price.

We have ordered from here a few times and more than once we've had problems. This time we ordered our food with 2 pots of curry sauce, one of which had split and spilled everywhere, over the food, table and my clothes. Yes they were nice enough to send out another order (with a burnt bun on the kids meal and burnt pitta bread) however the delivery driver was rude to my partner at the door. We rung to thank them for the new delivery and to inform them that we may not be the only customer that their driver was rude to only to realise the manager was no better. Very poor customer service skills. I work in retail myself to understand that no the customer is not always right however I would never speak to a customer the way my partner was spoken to. We have given this restaurant the benefit of the doubt more times than necessary. No more, I refuse to order from here again!

Great take away. Lots of deals on offer! I took a chicken fillet burger, chips and a drink for just £5.50. Friendly staff, food clocked freshly to order. Lovely

The guys here do a great job, I often pop in for a kebab which I normally order on the phone beforehand. The portion sizes are generous and I always get served with a smile. Great and reliable kebab shop / chip shop.

Popped in whilst shopping in Orpington. Quite slow service for fish and chips but it was cooked to order, Fish very good but coffee not so good. On leaving noticed a lunch special at a fiver. Definitely will return and try that. Plenty of seating.
