We arranged a lunch at Quakerwood a party of 20 people following a funeral. It was agreed to have sandwiches and chips everything was arranged two weeks before. On the day all that we had agreed was ready and given in a professional manner. we was served by Ruby a very happy young lady all in a specific area where we could all be together. Thanks Ruby I would highly recommend yourselves to anyone . keep up the good work . Barrie Twigger Coventry.

We are local and have been coming here for years . I don’t know the lady with the blonde hairs name tonight but she was so lovely. Her customer service skills are really good. There was a problem with one of our meals and she sorted it out straight away. And even came back to make sure we were happy. I couldn’t fault her. Thank you. x

Chose this venue to have a working lunch with my colleagues. The staff where wonderful and the service was great. Would be more than happy to return here for future working lunches and dinner with family.

The staff have been absolutely amazing. I have been during the euros every England game and they have been so lovely especially under so much stress. Dealing with all the comments people have made behind the bar and cleaning up smashed glasses that insecure men have smashed just because their team haven’t scored. It’s ridiculous they have to put up with it in the first place but I applaud them and want them to know how thankful I am for continuing the amazing service. Thank you!

I don’t normally complain but my food was under cooked as my chicken was pink, my garlic bread looked like it just been put in the microwave, the too starters I ordered for myself was burnt!... I was not happy that I wasn’t given a check back! or the fact my plates was still sat on my table an hour after getting it delivered to our table... I asked to see and talk to a manager and when he showed it the response was oh I forgot. I work in hospitality and am in management myself and have never had service like this. The poor guy on the floor running around on his own so I can’t blame him doing 2-3 other people’s jobs, I understand that there was football on. I can’t recommend this place to anybody unless this situation is resolved, a big let down in my eyes because this places is normally good

I ordered a chicken tikka and it came to the table cold, with no popperdoms, they took it back and it was still cold when it came back plus it still had my fork on so did they even do anything?

We had burger and the 'chick n mix' from the menu. The fried chicken was really good and the chips were very crispy. The only disappointment was that the burger was very pink in the middle. The menu doesn't say anything about how well done it is. The staff didn't say anything about the burger being rare in the middle. Overall, the atmosphere was very vibrant. They said that there would be a delay in the order as it was very busy but our order did come in good time. Reasonable price and very good choices of food.

We went to Quakerwood with family & friends, total of 6 of us. We have been may times before and my late father-in-law used to say it was the best Scampi around.We had a various selection of meals, my husband swears by the Gammon but not on the sizzling plate ( too hot ), just a normal cooler plate and with both pineapple & fried egg ( extra, but necessary ) I have had various selection of main dishes and enjoyed them all. Everyone thought the meals were great value for money. It was half term so got a little busier later but not too crazy. The staff were very pleasant and Neil behind the bar is always friendly and helpful. We were one of the first tables in and the only critisim i could make was the main meals seemed to take a while longer than normal, but nothing to complain about.Our table had some desserts, our friend Barry went fot the biggy !! He miss read it, thought it said just 7 scoops of ice-cream, not 7 vanilla, 7 chocolate, not forgetting the chocolate fudge cake, crunchie bits, wafers, cream & chocoalte sauce !!! Have to say, i have never seen him out faced or laughed at someone so much before, my ribs hurt. Thoroughly enjoyable lunch / afternoon, thank you.

22 of family and friends was present for my sons 21st birthday meal had a good time and got good service from the staff with meals spot on

Came to the quacker wood for a meal friday evening. The service at the bar really slow even though pub not busy ordered food i had the mixed grill challenge when came out got a 4oz steak instead of a 8oz small chips not large and to be honest it was not a challenge. Staff did not check to see if meals ok sat with empty plates for over 20 mins. Used to e a good pub but standards have slipped.

food and service was great its the atmosphere that lets its down completely last weekend few locals to the pub need to handle their wine better, group of foul mouthed woman and young children do not mix at 5pm! very embarrassing. could not believe how well the manager handled them but unfortunately it was far too uncomfortable and not sure I'd take them in again for tea its not very child friendly apart from having a good children's menu

Went for a family dinner on Friday. Waited a while to be served initially, mainly due to the bar staff serving the regulars before me! When we ordered food the same thing happened again! The food was ok, nothing I would recommend, but nothing I would send back as inedible. My husband enjoys real ale and they seem to look after that, so there's a plus. For me the staff let the place down, I've never been greeted with a smile or good service. For a family local it's disappointing. We've tried it a number of times now and it hasn't improved. Will be heading elsewhere in the future.

I called in for a couple of drinks while my wife an mum in-law were preparing Christmas dinner the Quaker was absolutely heaving but Neil and the rest of the staff on duty did an absolutely Stirling job

family get together Saturday before xmas. Booked table for 6.30 but arrived slightly late No problem for staff though who were most helpful. Food was all good, service and atmosphere were great.

A party of 12 people l had booked for a few weeks ago for 22nd December Saturday.The service was just brilliant food excellent and the staff as always so friendly and can not do enough for you.Big thanks to Jay and her staff you were just wonderful.Fabulous value for money as always .Be back again very soon.

Hemos estado en el Quakerwood un par de veces y la comida ha sido mediocre. Sin embargo, esta vez todo fue genial! El servicio fue eficiente y profesional, la ubicación estaba limpia y ordenada y la comida era deliciosa! Suculentas carnes, hamburguesas y deliciosos helados! Buen trabajo Quakerwood!

El único lugar donde podríamos llegar el domingo por la tarde (deberíamos haberlo sabido) El lugar no estaba limpio con restos de comida sobre la alfombra, lo siento, no puedo hacer café, ¿la máquina de agua caliente se ha descompuesto? Nunca he oído hablar de un hervidor? Lo siento no lasaña? Ahora quería irme, pero me quedé para el resto y pedí la tarta de champiñones con pimienta que llegó congelada en el medio. El lugar es una broma, los chips eran horribles y las costillas eran solo hueso. Recuperé mi dinero y fui a McDonalds. ¿Evitar como la plaga?

I have been two nights on the trot two meals for £9.99 such good value for money great food and terrific service, so polite always checking if the food is ok and nice helpful smiley staff aiming to provide a top service which they do. I would definitely make it my local.

Celebrated at Quakerwood for my birthday with 4 other friends. Service was superb, food was just as we liked it. all of us had a good time.

Fab place to eat staff are great and very helpful. Food is fantastic and a warm welcoming place to eat.

Booked a table for 14 family members on Thursday 02/08/18 evening at 7.00pm. The pub was quite busy and a lot where eating so the kitchen was fairly busy. Half our party had qued for around half an hour to put there order in, at this point the "Chef" had a ment down an shut the kitchen. Not good for the other harf of my family. So the others cancelled there meals so we could all eat together. We then waited another hour, the wait for the kitchen to re-open. We got some more drinks about an hour later and asked the manager when the kitchen was re-opening and he said 10 mins, so we went back to out table. Only 2 mins later on going to the toilet I noticed they were taking orders once again for food so went back to tell the table. We complained to the so called and very adgitated manager that he told us 10 mins then opened it in 2mins without announcing it, and because we complained he told us, all 14 that he wasn't going to serve us food. My 67 year old brother asked the so called Manager not to be so silly to which he was tiles to F#@K off. This is not acceptable behaviour. We will never go their again.

went here for sons birthday food came all mixed up forgot two meals did not get cooked also all burgers was burnt I mean black burnt avoid with a barge pole

Went out for dinner with my Mother. We were served by Laura who was very bubbly and smiley. The food was much better than my previous visit over a year ago.The improvement and friendly staff like Laura means I will be returning again in the near future.
