Pure - Bank in City of London, Westminster

Ordered a hot chocolate mid afternoon when it was quiet. Server barely acknowledged me, just walked away to start making the drink and then someone else took over. Rest of the staff just chatting by the coffee machine despite tables needing a wipe down. Hot chocolate was lukewarm and very weak - when I got to the end of the drink most of the chocolate was clumped in the bottom of the cup. Wasted calories and £3.70.

Just picked up a chicken dish which contains 5% chicken. Ridiculous

Kemal’s positive, friendly and quick service for my collection made my evening! It’s so great to encounter friendly people like him when being served in London.

£8 for a coffee made in a bean to cup machine and a "fresh" wrap picked off a shelf like McDonald's. Greggs food at Birley prices. Avoid.

The staff is lovely and the coffee too. I only pop in for coffee on Tuesday.

Although I did have good coffee before in this place , today I have been serviced by a guy called Kemal a flat white with very burnt milk that destroyed it completely. It literally messes your whole day ! Why such careless attitude!!

We got two bagels with cheese and ham, we didn't know there was cream cheese in it, I know etc. Don't like cream cheese. It's a shame when they put in something other than what's on the menu. My chai tasted mostly of milk, but the coffee was okay.

This is a cafe on neglected Cheapside ( which has never recovered since the pandemic). I like going to this Pure branch, for it's quiet, peaceful ambience, and the rather eccentric staff! I've never had a full meal here, just snacks and desserts ( not a big choice). But there are healthy - looking salads for a full lunch. Sort of three and a half stars, as there are plugs to charge my phone with, and the vibes from the staff are friendly, if at times trippy.. are they pleasantly stoned??

So many choices where to eat in the City and unfortunately decided on this place £15 for cold coffee Disgusting ice drink and awful breakfast wraps. All provided with the most miserable service ever

The branch in cheapside serves nice and fresh food and the customer service from Gleen is always great thank you 😊

Still one of the better fast but healthy food shops. Good whether visiting for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack, with something for everyone.

Not worth it… this plus a cookie £10 gone (I was desperate but never again). The coconut chicken bowl barely had any chicken. Also the guy who served me was rude. Don’t waste your pennies in this place. Water glasses for the free tap water were dirty…. Just a big no.

Disappointing and not worth the money. Had a spag bol today but it was mostly pasta and what little sauce there was had been bulked out with butter beans.

Shout out to the lovely ladies who served me - they're all smiles! Had a chicken and bacon caesar which was delicious - the poached egg was perfectly runny in the middle

Love them. One of my favourite chains. Great for breakfast, coffee, soups, hot food, salads, sandwiches, juices, smoothies and more. A lot of their items are freshly prepared which I like. Staff are friendly. Branches are usually clean, bright with a nice atmosphere. This is one of the smaller branches. Mainly take away. I went in twice whilst working in the area. Had the porridge with peanut butter and iced americano the one time. The other time I had the super eggs with smoked salmon and an orange juice. Both were lovely breakfasts. Love the photographs, full ingredients and calorie information on the website so you can make healthy choices! Highly recommend.

Tried to order the omelette wrap minus the avocado. Was told not possible as they were pre made at 5am. This was 10am. Hardly the fresh concept they like to promote and clearly not catering for those with food allergies. Won’t be back

Роллы здесь не дешёвые, но стоят своих денег. Берите с копчёным лососем, чтобы взлететь от вкуса до небес. Понимаю, что для жителей Англии - это вполне рядовая еда, но для нас это было очень вкусно. Учитывая, что до этого мы путешествовали по Европе и чаще всего завтраки были не самыми вкусными. А тут в метро нас накормили лучшим завтраком в нашей жизни. Далее мы питались уже в Pure.на Cheapside. Это были и завтраки и обеды. Здесь я попробовал омлет с солёным лососем. Яйца не люблю, но этот был просто божественным. Обеды сытные. Можно наесться одним блюдом. Очень понравился куриный супчик и протеиновый коктейль с тайской заправкой. Кофе - без заморочек. Всё стандартно и всё вкусно. Заказ готовят быстро. Всю еду можно взять с собой. В кафе классный интерьер и очень чисто. У каждого столика есть по две розетки и USB-зарядки, что очен выручало нас в режиме постоянного использования навигации. Не могу сказать, что здесь дорого, потому что качество продуктов и вкуса гораздо выше, чем в PRET, но при этом цены чуть ниже. First Pure. We visited at Victoria Station. It was our acquaintance with catering in England. They were immediately surprised by the level of cuisine in a seemingly simple cafe. It was breakfast porridge and roll with salmon. Porridge is the best I've eaten in my life. Qualitatively steamed oatmeal in milk. For an additional fee, you can add cool toppings in the form of berries and nuts. Rolls here are not cheap, but worth the money. Take with smoked salmon to take off from taste to heaven. I understand that for the inhabitants of England it is quite ordinary food, but for us it was very tasty. Given that before that we traveled to Europe and most often breakfasts were not the most delicious. And here in the subway we were fed the best breakfast in our life. Next, we ate at Pure.on Cheapside. It was both breakfast and lunch. Here I tried omelet with salted salmon. I don’t like eggs, but this one was simply divine. Hearty dinners. You can eat one meal. I really liked chicken soup and a protein shake with Thai dressing. Coffee - no problems. Everything is standard and everything is delicious. The order is prepared quickly. All food can be taken with you. The cafe has a cool interior and is very clean. Each table has two sockets and a USB charge, which really helped us out in the constant use of navigation. I can’t say what is expensive here, because the quality of products and taste is much higher than in PRET, but at the same time the prices are slightly lower. I recommend!

We went on business to Eastcheap Street and eat here for 3 days. The food and service was fantastic. I will definitely return here when I am next in London.

Bueno como normal pero no tan bueno como otras ramas. En la concurrida carretera principal. Pequeña rama con asientos limitados. Buen servicio y personal agradable según lo más puro. Pequeño pero espacioso. Ofrenda habitual de comida caliente, ensaladas, dulces, sándwiches y varias otras cosas. Fui temprano el viernes por la noche, pero la elección fue limitada. Quería la olla de arroz Vegan dulce, pero no quedaba, así que tenía la mousse de Vegan que era agradable. Sabroso, sin ser repugnante y golpeado en el lugar. Wifi gratuito pero lento y no funcionó correctamente. La razón principal para una calificación de 4 en lugar de 5 es la limpieza. Las mesas altas no estaban tan limpias. Las ramas puras son normalmente inmaculadas. No hay demasiada gente en el ambiente del viernes con un ambiente agradable. Recomendaría lo contrario

Worst customer service, incredibly rude, literally shout at the customers. They refused to give me a glass of hot water to take a medicine. The muffins tasted like carton.

I thoroughly recommend the wraps here which are beyond the ordinary. Try the chicken. The muffins are just ordinary and the coffee is only ok.

The smoothies, breakfasts, lunch options, in fact pretty much everything, particularly veggie options, are really good. Fresh and made with love. Highly recommended.

Don't know why I keep on going to that place, every so often I forget how disappointing it was before and go again, only to be disappointed again. Good flavors, except they seem to think that EVERYTHING, including something like coleslaw should be spicy. Ordered the Moroccan chicken last time. Tasted good, but it was practically a vegetarian dish. Chicken was nowhere to be found.

Fresh and creative sandwiches, excellent sous and motivated staff. One of the best lunchtime experiences of the 'chains'. Great bread.... you end up feeling energised and not heavy, after lunch.

Paid £6.85 for a 'halloumi salad' and it had 1 piece of halloumi in it, about 1cm square - the rest was spinach leaves. Probably worth about 50p in all. Appalling that they could treat customers with such contempt, just because they're based in the City. Shameful. Go elsewhere.

Ok healthy food in the heart of the city

Specialità gastronomiche assortite e di alta qualità. L'italiano esigente qui può bere un cappuccino di alto livello e mangiare un croissant niente male.

Acabo de descubrir de pura en Waterloo y la ubicación en la ciudad. Es una buena alternativa a las grandes cadenas. La fajita Ariba Envoltura envoltura es probablemente la mejor que he comido. Largo que reinan! El resto del menú parece bastante atractivo y variado, así que espero que la cata más.

There is plenty of these small chains you can grab lunch at, Pure is quite a good option. I enjoyed my hot pot and dont mind coming back.

Poor value and quality. The "chicken noodle soup" is basically a single ladle-full of very salty soup, with some vermicelli. No chicken. Tastes like instant soup from a packet, provides 66 calories and costs OVER £3 (!). A rip-off like no other.

Paramos para tomar café con un colega. La tienda tiene una sensación de un lugar saludable y natural. De hecho los aperitivos (mientras no lo utilizamos) eran interesantes y saludables (tales como bolas de proteínas de frutas). El tío que nos servía era intrigante - Latka Gravas me recordó a un taxi, pero sin duda agradable y eficiente. El café estaba bien, pero un poco decepcionante. No sabor destacado y un poco de espumado. Sentarse era básico, pero puerta abierta permite blastos de aire frío del exterior. En resumen, interesante, agradable, pero básico.

Another chain claiming to produce fresh food but in reality it's processed in the same way. I bought a hot wrap, expecting to wait for it to be made, but they picked one out of a hot shelf as if we were in a Gregg's, and it tasted worse! If you want value for money, look elsewhere.

Very tasty but in the red dressing was much pepper. All in all it was very good. They have free wifi here! It is near to St Pauls Cathedral

Delicious and healthy food, environmentally friendly Chriatiania Bikes for deliveries, homemade juice, free water jugs, atmospheric hanging kitchen utensils like colanders. Friendly, smiling, talkative easygoing staff. I can't find a single fault about this eco paradise.

The food in this place is worse than that in Pret, Eat, Pot, etc.. I tried Chicken Laksa soup and Chicken Curry, both tasted horrible, never coming back.

Siempre me compre ensalada mexicana de pollo. Me gustó mucho. Una vez intenté (no recuerdo el nombre exacto) ensalada de Goa. Estaba muy decepcionado. sosa y sin sabor. De todos modos. Prueba la ensalada de pollo mexicana, está bastante bien. Lo gracioso, la última vez que estuve allí, el chico en el mostrador me preguntó una pregunta. Tan pronto como me habló perdió interés y comenzó a pagar su atención indiviso a las chicas de la cocina. Tampoco me molestó mucho.pero no dude en verdad falsa.

The food at Pure is really healthy and the portions are huge. It's not a cheap lunch but if you're hungry and in need of vitamins and minerals this is a great option.

First visit to Pure for breakfast this morning. If you like your eggs like concrete, Pure Baker Street is the place for you. Shocking value at £3.

This place is amazing, I cannot believe I didn't discover this ealier. We've tried the hot pots, salad side pot and toasties. Food is really fresh and the packaging is lovely.

Had the bacon and egg wrap, was nice and hot and crispy but didn't taste of anything, absolutely nothing. Guess no seasoning.
