The food and drinks were excellent, several lunches including great soup and loads of coffee drunk over several visits. The welcome was amazing and while in the area in campsite I used their facilities as my ‘office’ several times - always a warm welcome and kind efficient service. Thank you!

We arrived a little late, 1.30, and there was very little left to eat. 2 rolls and a hot scotch pie, with nothing else available. Very disappointing

Big fan of puffin coffee - they always have a lovely selection of food and drinks available and really friendly, welcoming service. Really love the art on the walls too!

We stayed in an airbnb about 10 metres from this place so had to call in to try it! Well I' so pleased we did, their coffee was the best we had in our whole week long trip to Scotland, absolute 10/10! Lovely selection of cakes and light bites with some vegan options too. The female member of staff (owner?) was so friendly and lovely too, made us feel very welcome! Thanks again.

Great wee cafe and open on a Sunday. Went there after visiting the lighthouse. We had one of the best coffees outside of New Zealand and the slices were different to the usual slices you see in other cafe's in Scotland and were so delicious.

This is a real gem, colourful looking place with a variety of tables, sofas and separate little rooms. It really is the heart of the local community, located in the community centre. They serve an assortment of hot and cold drinks, cakes, sandwiches, pies and soup. The atmosphere is great, no loud music. Loads of things for sale from local artists, foodstuff, t-shirts and hoodiesA really relaxing place with super friendly staff. .

The ice cream was simply amazing, tasted great and had a perfect consistency. The service was also great: friendly, fast and attentive. I'd love to come back!

A lovely little vegan cafe in the heart of Fort William high street. As a Muslim family we were really grateful for the existence of this cafe, as otherwise halal options were very limited in the town especially for breakfast. Three of us had the lentil soup with sourdough bread which was really filling. My dad had the cornish vegetable pasty which was also quite tasty, and my brother had the a waffle with fruit and cream - I was surprised at how soft and fluffy the waffle was, having not been very well acquainted with vegan food before! The drinks were also really good too - I loved the hazelnut hot chocolate especially! Plus, the focus on sustainability was very welcome e.g. details of where key ingredients such as coffee beans come from. In general the food is a bit on the pricey side, but given the focus on sustainability as well as how tasty everything was, it was definitely worth it. Thank you Wildcat!

I visited this coffee every morning for four days at 7 am. I bought latte coffee and Almond croissants. Both were delicious. The croissant were a mix of Scottish and French baking and we are superb.

The restaurant was quite cool (even with a jacket) and the food (seafood platter) wasn't really hot either. For the price, the taste is absolutely below average, but you can afford it because it's a tourist hotspot.

We LOVE this cafe and gallery space. My daughter is continuing her mission of trying every hot chocolate she can find in Scotland and after many years she has concluded that this cafe makes the very best one! The staff are really lovely too - friendly and welcoming - and we love the space. It's a real treasure trove full of interesting things every time we visit. Highly recommended 👌
