Si te encantan los carbohidratos, ¡te encantará este lugar! Pedimos un bistec y un plato de pollo empanizado. También tuvimos el ceviche que estaba absolutamente delicioso. Hemos ido dos veces a cenar ahora, pero regularmente tomo un chocolate caliente colombiano que es una delicia de canela deliciosamente sedosa. Recomendaría este lugar por los carbohidratos, la comida fresca, el ambiente vibrante y un lugar que es lo suficientemente auténtico como para ser un lugar popular entre los sudamericanos de la zona.

El mejor almuerzo en Tottenham. Asegúrese de ordenar desde el menú del día. Gran almuerzo con sopa para comenzar.

Llegamos a comer tarde para ser U.K. y salimos a las 16.00, sin problemas y todo excelente. Pedimos sopa de pollo y de cerdo y de segundo plato varias opciones ( añado fotos) del menú del día. 10£ cada uno.

Un hallazgo BRILLANTE al azar: en serio, uno de los mejores guisos de pescado y marisco que he comido en mi vida. Soy un verdadero entusiasta y no esperaba comida de tan alta calidad en una ruidosa esquina de siete hermanas. A un precio muy razonable. Personal latino amistoso y eficiente. Y excelente música sonando ... Salsa y Cumbria y otra música latinoamericana, exactamente al volumen correcto ... I. e. Es fácil tener una conversación y disfrutar de la música sin que domine. Lo digo especialmente porque soy un músico profesional. ¡Odio la música cuando hace demasiado ruido! Pero me encanta la buena música con una comida increíble. Buena vibra.

Points positifs : De bons plats latinos bien copieux et savoureux m, principalement de Colombie e du Pérou certains jours. Très fréquente notamment par des latinos. Autres points : Service un peu long et le côté cantine qui peut en refroidir certains.

Viendo que estaban meseros diferentes nos arriesgamos después de tantos sinsabores ocurridos con unos de los lugares más representativos de los colombianos en Londres. Las meseras dan la impresión que está pasando por una tortura al momento de atender a los clientes , aparte de tener una intención desinteresada hasta el punto más ofensivo. Sin preámbulo ordenamos: 1 un café con leche 1 pan de bono 1 Milo 2 empanadas (fritas y no calentadas al microondas) Teníamos hambre y seguro queríamos pedir mas pero avanzamos con cautela y mucha precaución. Pasado 10 min llegó el café con leche solo , después 15 llega el Milo arrojado de forma vulgar y ofenciba sobre la mesa, no te dan la cara ni te miran a los ojos. Ya ha este punto entendimos que nos eramos bienvenidos. Pasados 5 minutos llega el pandebono primero , y después más adelante las empanadas ( qe no eran fritas las habían calentando al.microondas y además estaban rotas ) Fui a la caja con mis empanadas para preguntar qué no atendieron a mi petición y sin decir nada tirarme las empanadas en mal estado y arruinadas. La respuesta fue lo que me temía : total desinterés . no les interesa los clientes y menos lo que están representando en Londres; a todos los que no son colombianos ni peruanos y buscan una experiencia sur americana en Londres, hablo por la mayoría no no servimos representado de este lugar ( menos recomendable) . Después de más de 1 año evaluando este lugar llegamos a la conclusión que ,a pesar que cambien de meseros ,chef y administración , son los dueños que deberían evaluar su comportamiento administrativo para que todo mejore. Aúnque está mensaje no tenga ninguna respuesta está escrito por amor da nuestra cultura colombiana . k.G

I was so dissapointed by the place, when i heard it was so good! The staff get paid in cash and much less than minimun wage, as the staff is people that do not know english! the staff work non stop and very long hours, i feel very sorry for them all. Seven sisters market have big issues with mice and coakroaches!

Loved everything from the music, the food, to the toilets. Good food and portion sizes, with everyone seeming to have a relaxed time. Had the pulpo tentacle and the seafood ceviche - was really all on point, one of the best food evenings I've had in London. Really hope this place stays and doesn't become subject to the planned market re-development <3

Such a fun and authentic place to hang out. Great people amazing food. Live music and the best vibe around.

Cafe con leche and food are always great at pueblito paisa. One of the gems of Tottenham. Cosmopolitan crowd, good spot to work from or have a beer in the evening. great ambiance. Seven sisters wouldn't be the same without it.

My third visit to date , I prefer the Peruvian menu than the Columbian one , very rough and ready kind of place , service is ridiculously slow but the food is rather good ,

Hi there. I went there yesterday at Pueblito Paisa at lunchtime and I bring my partner with me to show him latin food. I was very excited to go there because I know firsthand that the dishes are delicious. I was there once and I only ordered a dish the first time for myself, and it took about 20-25 minutes to wait. But unfortunately yesterday's service was pity. And not for the waitresses, Luz and Valentina to whom I asked their name because I saw them super busy with a lot of pressure from all the tables and people they had to attend. My partner and I only ordered a steak, and a couple of empanadas with Patatas Bravas to eat. We decided to wait more than 20 minutes to ask the waitress how much longer we needed it to wait, but politely, because we knew it was just the two of them working hardly on the floor. They went to check and could not do anything. After that came 2 new groups of 4 or 5 people that were having on the table all of them before them food, even like this we keep waiting. I complained again after another 40 minutes, and they said the plate were coming. After 45 minutes I decided to cancel the only main plate that our table order for 2 people, who arrived before than other bigger groups. Me and my partner work in the hospitality as well and we tried to be understable about the situation, but it turn our day off in a very bad beginning. We finally left in a very bad mood, hungrys and with the bellys emptys. We went to pay, and at least we expected some explanation by any manager, but they didnt give to us even the minimum comment.. Extremely disappointed with the organization. If it was that busy at least put someone else on the floor, for few hours is dont gonna break your profits. And everybody knows in the kitchen that u serve first small groups if they sit down 15 minutes before than the new tables, and specially when it was just a one simple plate. The only good thing it was the Colombian beer, that at least arrived to the table in 5 minutes, and the floor staff who were kind in all the moment.

A brilliant place for food, vibes and a real latin american experience. The food portions are HUGE, it’s fresh and very tasty, it’s a step into Colombia/Peru, definitely recommend and i’ll be back!

We had to wait for 40 minutes for the food, but the service was nice. Also, the servings were quite small.

Let’s start by saying that Pueblito Paisa is not one of those fancy places with bespoke service and beautifully plated meals. If you are looking for this, stop reading this review. Conveniently located next to the Seven Sisters rail station, Pueblito Paisa provides the authentic experience of what a Colombian ‘Fonda’ is —an eatery that does not pay attention to the details but delivers tasty food at a good value. The initial impression of the place might be a little bit too much for some. Dissimilar, old furniture, flooring that has seen better days, and Latin music that might be slightly loud for those not used to it. Just entering the place is a 5,000-mile trip to Colombia, just in front of you. The portion of the meals is generous —perhaps the best that I have ever seen in London— and the flavours that identify Latin America were there, in every bite. It was a flashback trip to my childhood, and this definitively sums to my experience. Now, nothing is perfect, and this place isn’t. Some spots need attention, and mainly the service is one of them. Don’t get me wrong. The waitresses are courteous, polite, and make you feel welcome. However, they seem not to work coordinated, and this affects the timing of the service. Another major flaw that the Pueblito Paisa has is that it doesn’t have toilets. Instead, you have to walk out of the restaurant and walk through a market to reach the communal ones at the back, and these are in stark contrast with the cleanliness to the restaurant. They are just filthy. Pueblito Paisa delivers the experience of what a true Colombian ‘Fonda’ is. The meals are unpretentious, but tasty and filled with the flavours that distinguish Latin American cuisine. The place just needs some love, and the service definitively needs some work to make this restaurant a hidden gem in North London.

Excellent morning coffee and only £1.70 for a delicious large cappuccino served with a smile, recommended.

I recently went to this Peruvian / Columbian fusion restaurant for a friends birthday. It was 10 of us and we had pre-booked a table so there was no issue with getting seated and served. I ordered the Chicken Escalope that comes with cassava chips, rice, and salad. My partner has a plate with a mixture of food, containing different types of meat, rice, beans, and a fried egg. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the food, but it's also not a taste sensation. I was expecting a flavor explosion to match the vibrant atmosphere in the restaurant, however, the food was slightly underwhelming. The staff was brilliant, they had a live singer which was essentially a South American version of Elvis, I loved every moment of it! We had a great time and I would recommend it just for the experience.

I was eating with my husband. Was really good experience. I like the fusion Colombia and Perú. Definitely I will come back.

Con mi pareja ya habíamos ido muchas veces, a pesar de que la atención no es la mejor nos gusta mucho la comida.Pero esta última vez que fuimos, el camarero cogió mal la orden, me trajo el plato equivocado, pedí una segunda ronda de bebidas la cual la mía nunca llegó y la de mi pareja si. Después de estar como 20 minutos esperando por mi bebida, volví a preguntar por ella, la chica fue a revisar y me dijo que no estaba en el sistema pero que ya me había enviado uno y que venía en camino.A la hora de pagar tenía 3 jugos en la cuenta. Se lo dije a la chica que me iba a cobrar que yo solo me había tomado 2, la chica fue a comprobar y de repente todos desde la cocina mirándonos a mi pareja y A mi como si fuéramos unos mentirosos. Después de casi 15 minutos esperando para pagar llega la chica otra vez y me dice que ellos dicen que yo me había tomado 3 pero que si yo digo que 2 pues que pague sólo dos, insinuando que era mentira lo que yo decía. Enseguida me levante de la mesa y me fui, mi pareja pago y yo lo esperé fuera, nadie pidió disculpas de nada , a pesar de que somos una pareja que solemos ir 1 vez a la semana o así y siempre dejamos propina porque la comida está buena. Está claro que después de esto no vamos a volver ... decepción de lugar y de gente.

We visited this place recommended by a Colombian friend, he also told me that the food is great but the service is rubbish, even so we visited for a lunch. Our waiter was completely lost during the whole service, the food wasn’t correct and they forgot some drinks.Once we asked for the bill, they did a few more mistakes, they were very rude as we told them about their mistakes on the bill and with the service. If you don’t mind to be treated like an idiot you might like this restaurant other wise run away from this place at least until their staff get a good training.

Our 6th visit on legal business in less than a year and my 3rd review (I am from Birmingham and my blind friend is from Germany). The food, the service (never intrusive but always attentive) and the warmth of the welcome were, as always, spot-on. The quantity of portions is huge and amazing value for money. The quality is fine, especially if you make a specific request for the way you want your steak cooked (meat portions are 'big'). Of course the decor lis basic but the premises may well be demolished in two year's time and the overall price paid is worth every penny. We love it here and the suggestion that the staff are racist is unfair and unworthy. We find themincredibly helpful and friendly every time we come.

First of all the chairs are not just worn out,some chairs have been cut up as you can see the sponge coming out!Had to request our filthy greasy table to be cleaned three times,even then it was just very quickly wiped.Drinks were served quickly with cans of coke just thrown on the table with no glass offered at all.Difficult to get the attention of waiting staff even though we speak fluent Spanish!When we eventually gave our order we waited almost 1 hour for the food,which frankly was not very good and a small portion.We did complain several times to the staff and manageress but she just made several excusesThe quickest service was when they came to collect money for the bill.There was even one old columbian man whom complained about waiting for his corona beer,They said to him”don’t make trouble!”I saw another columbian or Spanish lady complaining and she just walked out.The manager said that the kitchen is small and thats why service is slow,but we explained to her that how come people placing orders after us got served before us as we only had very simple orders?I truly think that this restaurant is Racist and that they serve their own people first.Although I’m English,I do speak fluent Spanish but of course they know I’m not a columbian.There was no other logical reason except racism because ALL or most of the columbians got served first before us just as they walked in,some at tables right in front of us!I will never return to this Clearly RACIST restaurant.

When I entered the restaurant it felt as if I was in Columbia. The furnitures were worn out, a sign they got a lot of usage out of it. The environment is very genuine.My girlfriend asked for: bandeja ja paisa (black beans, banana, pork belly, egg, sausege, etc) and lulo hit (kiwi juice)the portion was huge and full of flavour. I asked pulpo a la brasa and a stella: the portion was very small but worth the price and it is fantastic.I don't remember if there was a playlist.

Es verdad: Full experiencia colombiana. Vas, te sientas, no te llega la carta, te toca solicitarla, no te ofrecen bebida, te quedas esperando que te atiendan para que tomen el pedido y nunca viene el mesero. Viajé desde Waterloo hasta Seven Sisters (en la zona 3, un lugar poco concurrido ni agradable) y encuentro que ni siquiera pude comer por no ser atendido. Así vamos muy bien... Obviamente el sitio no es paisa ni de paisas porque ni siquiera había en la carta fríjoles con chicharrón, mondongo, mazamorra...

I was in Colombia last month where I ate the traditional Bandeja Paisa in Medellín surrounded by locals. I came here not only because I'd heard the food was good, but also to support the market as it is potentially facing closure. I can honestly say the Bandeja Paisa here tastes exactly like it did in Medellín. Me and my friend who'd travelled with me were both impressed. The portion is enormous too; I barely ate for the rest of the day.Service wasn't the most attentive but all staff were friendly. Definitely recommend this place if you want authentic Colombian food, and I'll definitely be coming back to try more.

Legal business brought us to Tottenham again, coming from Birmingham with my blind friend from Germany. The welcome is personal - friendly, caring, attentive but never over-bearing. The food? How do they give you so much yet charge so little? Amazing value for money; quality and quantity are seriously generous. We stayed at the table, chatting for 4 hours, encouraged by a variety of drinks. Must try the hot chocolate next time! And our waitress (|missed her name) on her first day of work was superb.

Really glad to find this restaurant. The staff treats you like a family and offer recommendations for authentic Colombian peruvian food. £8.5 for a set menu with a hearty soup, hot drink and a main course was definitely good value

We weren’t planning on dining here but they had a special Peruvian menu we just had to try!Food was really good. We were able to adapt the menu and shared a main course and had some Colombian starters. Service was great and being a Saturday night there was also live music.We had a great time here and left full for a decent price.I would recommend and will for sure visit again!

Visiting the area from Birmingham and with a (blind) friend from Germany. We were looking for a light lunch snack and, as a last resort called into the Pueblo Paisa Cafe. The food turned out to be truly outstanding in quality, quantity and value, and the staff were lovely - disregard anyone who says otherwise. If only Pueblito Paisa could move to S.Birmingham! Thank you for a huge and unbelievably priced plateful.

A totally unexpected and authentic taste of Latin America in Seven Sisters with absolutely no frills! Delicious fruit shakes and massive food portions. My favourite dish is "Bandeja paisa",which can easily stuff two or three people for less than £15 so very good value for money.Unfortunately though, this cafe,along with the whole colourful Colombian indoor market hidden behind it,is under threat and faces closure due to a planned redevelopment of the area,which is going to destroy the nice tight-knit community thriving around it.

Been here a few times. Old run down charm with a great atmosphere...locals buzzing and latin music blasting. Food portions are massive so be warned, prices are good. Two people can get stuffed on £30. Try the papa rajena ane the steak, then go to the back exit and check out the Colombian shops and enjoy the vibes

Pueblito Paisa is a thriving cafe/restaurant in Wards Corner market at Seven Sisters in London's Tottenham. The food is always fresh and very tasty at surprisingly low prices. Their chicken soup - and they do other soups of the day - is one of those meals that make you feel - just better - very wholesome with delicious flavours and pretty chunky too. As for the hot chocolate - melted chocolate mixed into hot milk with a cinnamon sprinkle if you like beats hands down - even for a 6 year-old - with the offerings from any of the chains! Definitely worth a visit - breakfast, lunch or dinner. And I forgot to mention the fresh fruit shakes, didn't I.......

A real find. A bit run down and facing closure due to planned redevelopment of the area. Usually busy with locals. Tapas are huge, mains big enough for 2 people. Friendly staff, if you speak some Spanish then they are even friendlier. Main typically Columbian dishes I've never tried but were delicious.
