A shout out to the guy serving at the kiosk on platform 7 this morning. I didn’t take his name, but I suffered a head injury at the station this morning and he was so attentive and concerned, providing aid and ice. Lovely guy, so if he’s reading this, thank you for looking after me 👍

I just bought a coke zero, but the guy who works here every morning is so lovely and happy. He has great customer service and makes my morning alittle better on my way to work.

Bought some drinks & snacks from here whilst waiting for our train. Great selection, decent prices & the chap running it was just the nicest guy ever.

If I could have given a Zero I would have. Had a sausage roll and a ham & cheese croissant. Both looked like they been sat there for more than 24 hours under a heat lamp. They were both luke warm and the sausage roll was so over baked on the outside that the pastry was burnt and beyond dry. The sausage meet inside was so pink it was practically raw. There were three people working, a lady, a young man (possibly in his late teens) and a Eastern European older man in his late 30s that was more interested in dancing around and chanting to the very loud dance music he was playing. Not a pleasurable serving experience for any customer and I’ve food was so appalling it had to be binned after one bite from each item. Disgusting is an understatement

Was so surprised by the reviews on here. I used to go to Puccinos every day when I commuted to work. I was looking online to see if it was open. The staff were so friendly and often really brightened up my morning. They don’t speak much as they are busy, know their regulars and the trains they are aiming for and are trying to get the coffee quickly so people aren’t late but still get their morning fix ;)

A different one to the one at Orpinton, this one is at Redhill Railway Station Puccino’s coffee was good as was the service, friendly staff. Price’s reasonable but not really Italian as coffee cups say.

I have tried this place on several occasions and while the cafe seems quite clean and the food and coffee is ok, I haven’t been happy with the service as the staff in the morning don’t speak even to take your order. I will say that the service in the booth on platform 7 is much better and the man has been friendly and fast.

Ordered white Americano with hot milk from cafe on platform 2. As it turns out, good thing the hot milk part was ignored. Sat down at table and removed lid. The coffee was so overfilled, it spilled over my hand, trousers, onto the table and floor (to be fair, the cups are a little flimsy, so bent when I removed lid). With a slightly painful hand and legs covered in coffee, I left. No idea if the coffee is any good - I didn't suck it out of my trousers! I guess it's one way to waste £2.40.

When I head through this station, it tends to be during the morning rush hour. I like to get a coffee and ham and cheese croissant before I get on a train. This particular Puccinos does really good coffee (especially the Flat White) and the ham and cheese croissant has a good amount of decent ham and cheese to make it better than most. I tend to go to the one near Platform 7/8, as this is where my train goes from. The guy there just seems to be spot on with the coffees he makes.

I came with my partner last Sunday. Sunday roast was my best dinner ever. I was so full up, I was craving for more. As a starter I had the King prawns. That was so delicious. My wife and I will definitely come back for more joy. Excellent service all friendly and helpful.

Really enjoyed our time here. Specialty is Indian thali. Live music on in the evenings on some nights. Biker meet on Saturdays. Should be busier, the Indian food is exceptional. Great Harvey's too.
