Ordered a kebab on the recommendation of a friend.. the young lady on the phone was so polite and friendly the delivery guy was excellent too... customer service was ace.. kebab has to be one of the best I've had in a while... we've found our new pizza/kebab takeaway.. thanks 😊

Ordered a spicy chicken pizza, was the best pizza we ever had. Something special in that spicy pulled chicken. Delivery was prompt and driver was smiling. Highly recommended.

Best kebab shop around! Not your normal kebab shop! Chips are unreal! Pizzas are lush! Kebabs are outstanding even the cake is lush! Would love it even more if you started to offer 14” pizzas! Other than that don’t change a thing!

Food is amazing. Pizzas, burgers, chips are all top tier. Garlic sauce is unreal. Fast delivery and driver has always been friendly. Never had an order messed up either. Cannot recommend enough

CASH ONLY - In this day and age not acceptable... Was not told it was cash only when ordering, the fella was rude and didn't even think it was a problem, I quote "I can't tell everyone ordering it's cash only" then telling me as walking off that I need to not get angry... Cash point next door not working, not their fault obviously so had to pay online then advised I needed to pay 75 pence more, not even the offer of a can of fizzy... Pizza average, meat and chips very nice though.... I should have walked away and not bothered due to his bad attitude, wish I had and wouldn't go back....

Always perfect every time. All the meat is fresh moist and herby and loads of effort put in to the prep and packaging to ensure it’s piping hot ♥️ Our favourite takeaway for a while now. Pizzas and chicken kebabs are our go to.Thanks guys!

We’ve ordered here many times, and it usually is very good. However, the last time our garlic sauce was forgotten (which we’d paid for) and tonight the chips were forgotten with the kebab. Feel like they’re either rushing or the chef/staff has changed as not as good as it used to be. EDIT: After writing this review, they did call me the next day to apologise. They were very apologetic, and offered to put it right, which they did by replacing the missing items. Very good customer service. Have therefore edited my star rating.

How do guys. That's a picture of a young me behind the pizza counter in Chester le Street. I'd be about 18. I use Pronto because as someone who has worked in a pizza shop. These guys do it how I like it, and it's good. Thanks guys,

I order from this restaurant regularly, about four times a month. I tried all the meals and they were all delicious, but what I like most is the kebab with different flavors, such as Tandoori kebab and others. The least tasty meal is the burger, which is very ordinary.

delivery I ordered make your own pizza which has 4 toppings they missed out the meat! Only had 3 toppings so I didn't get what I payed for hence 1 star review

It's nice most of the time, I've noticed at the weekends the chips are normally solid in the middle, and every now and then the pitta bread is toasted but is also cold, I'd suggest going/ordering on the weekdays. The food is perfect then.

Very tastey food & friendly place

We had chicken wraps with spicy sauce, it was normal not as spicy as Asians would eat. Also just to mention they accept cash only no credit/debit cards, (that's a downside) as they direct you to the ASDA ATM to withdraw cash.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else. I ordered tonight and an item was missing from my order. I rang them and they were here within minutes and with a few cans of pop and an extra box of chips which were much appreciated. The food is packaged really well and plentiful. We ordered kebabs and pizza and couldn’t fault them in anyway, sooo tasty. Would definitely recommend.

Mid meal and had to quickly jump on here to express how happy I am! Bought a pizza few weeks ago. Unreal, just got a chicken wrap with chips salad and cheese only £6! Absolutely packed full of grilled chicken absolutely unreal.

Good food, good enough for us to drive miles out of the way to have it. Everything is made fresh in front of you aswel. You can wait a while but only because it's very busy and for a good reason.

Food was packaged absolutely brilliant and really quick service at shop and food was so nice the night we had plus the next day was so amazing and will definitely go there again once i am back in the area thanks Simon and ginger

an absolute disgrace and overhead a telephone conversation where the delivery driver used absolutely disgusting language allegedly that it was our fault she couldn't get to our house. person on phone embraced and then alleged store manager an absolute t@£t..... you should be ashamed!!!

Top quality pizza, kebab, timely order. Burgers r huge and good quality meat. Ordered spicy but wasn't that spicy. Overall excellent takeaway.

When I lifted the box lid from my wife's pizza, the beautiful aroma of fresh basil hit me right in the tastebuds. She tells me it tasted good as ever. My special mixed kebabs also were as good as ever. That's when there was a knock on the door - it was two replacement cakes as the two we'd been sent were the wrong type of cake. This came as a surprise as we hadn't had time to open the original cake boxes to realise they were not as ordered. What excellent customer service, they had speedily realised the mistake and drove round to correct it. We were very impressed and just to let you know the "wrong" cakes won't go to waste!! Some other local takeaways should learn from Pronto Pizza's way of dealing with customers, I can think of two straight away who either don't notice their mistakes or don't do anything to rectify them. Well done all round Pronto Pizza from two happy, well fed customers.

Lovely pizza, lovely kebab, probably the best garlic and chilli sauce I have had too. Winning combination really. I felt the need to update this review, we have been going here for a while now and I cannot recommend it enough, the food is exceptional, the staff are very friendly, and the new shop is lovely.

Best place for pizza, burgers and kebabs. Best garlic sauce ever! We go at least once a week. Won't go anywhere else for pizza and kebabs. Recommend the cheesy chicken wrap and hubby loves the barreh kebab. The fact it's jumping every weekend says it all. Don't hesitate to try! These guys always look after you.

I work around the corner in one of the big factories in Fawdon. This establishment is a firm favourite amongst the lads and lasses. From the sublime souvlaki chicken, double dogs or pizzas, you can't go wrong. Put an order in and judge for yourself, you won't be disappointed!

First time ordering a pizza delivery from here tonight. Easy online ordering, food is fantastic and arrived exactly when expected at the time stated in the order confirmation email. Delivery took 1hr 15 mins - it’s Friday night so probably a busy time - but well worth the wait. Have definitely found our new pizza takeaway!

We've ordered from here a lot over the last 2 years and we haven't been disappointed yet, the food is nice and the delivery drivers are friendly and polite and delivered close to when expected every time often earlier

I made a 5* review two years ago and being a regular customer feel like I should provide another review because that pizza I had was incredible. I usually collect (kebab wraps) from these guys and everything is prepared with excellence. Thanks for keeping the bar high two years on and keeping me well fed!

After reading the reviews I was pretty excited to try this place. But it was very average the cheese was nice on the pizza but that's it. The base was pretty greecy and my pulled chicken was just cubes of chicken. The hot sauce wasn't hot and wasn't very nice. Wouldn't go back again but obviously a lot of other people like the place so guess it's just not for me.

Love this pizza shop. The pizzas are always really good and the staff are all so nice in there. Plus it's pretty close to just go and collect but far enough away if for it to be delivered.

Ordered here for the first time after a leaflet through the door. We did collection so can't review the delivery but the guys were really nice in the shop. When I phoned they were happy to explain the different kebabs and I tried the zourmeus kebab which was delish, glad they recommended it! The portion was large and the salad was better than most takeaways. The kebab is served in a cardboard box rather than a plastic container which I thought was a nice touch. My hubby got the pulled chicken 12" pizza and said he liked it. Downside is that we did have to wait a couple mins when we collected but we ordered at a busy time and the food was piping hot so can't complain. Would recommend.

Great Donner, canny size portion of lovely soft meat, two pittas, good salad, canny chilli sauce( could be hotter but that's just me) and at £5:70 it's a canny bit of scran.

I just wish I had remembered to take photo to skate it here. It looked so delicious and mouth watering that I forgot everything but eating that lovely chicken and tasty burgers...😍😋😊🤩🤩 I drive 12 miles to get the food from there. Believe me it was worth the drive.

Great food immaculate take away

There are thousands of pizza/kebab shops in the North East but this one truly stands out as king on top of all the rest, Pronto Pizza is the best pizza and kebab shop I have ever had the pleasure of eating food from. The prices are marginally a bit more than what you are normally used to but everything from the kebab, the chip, the tin foil your food is wrapped in is premium quality. This shop aspires higher than 'fast food', these guys do it the best, if you are tired of let downs then give Pronto Pizza a try and you'll be amazed at what they can prepare.

Top quality food and nice staff too. 10/10 would recommend.

From the limited menu this takaway has it is well worth the money, i cant say anything bad about this in my view 5* food and fast reliable delivery at affordable prices.
