Lovely place for dinner. Very very reasonable for the gorgeous quality of food. Couldn't fault it. Had the pre-theatre menu. Lots of choice. 5*

French people testing a French brasserie in London in the Soho district!! We were not disappointed. The cuisine is excellent (the beef bourguignon is a treat), the atmosphere very Frenchy 😋. Just a small downside on the price of desserts - 9.90 pounds for a chocolate mousse 😱 -. I highly recommend.

A great French find in Central London. We missed out on yhe early bird, which is to be recommended. I went all out with fois gras with poached pear followed by sea bass. Both were top notch full of flavour...the French know their sauces! Cheese trio on plate, shared, was plenty. I really enjoyed the food and will be back for more.

My parents and I, on holiday in London, found this place by chance, in the heart of Soho. A French brasserie, with soft lights and an intimate atmosphere. A little gem. The staff was very kind, friendly and very attentive to our needs from the beginning. The food was divine: we took a few starters to try the food and what can I say, everything was delicious! Sensational and light onion soup, delicious mussels in wine and very delicate goose breast. Very honest prices compared to the London average. We highly recommend it!

Attentive manager, was very helpful with our requests. Nice buzzing atmosphere. Good bread and butter. Overpriced and below average a la carte food, but I guess ok if you opt for the cheap set menu.

Nothin to dislike about this lovely bistro - well situated, superb prices, good service, and great food. It's basic hearty food, just as a bistro should be. Had the French Onion soup and the Boeuf Bourgignon - delicious. Always busy (for obvious reasons) so make sure you book

This French restaurant in Soho has a set menu of £17.90 at lunch, making it excellent value. Started with calamari then a stunning Duck Confit with potato gratin. Plenty of meat falling off the bone and really tasty. Wine by the glass is around £9 for a 250ml measure. Excellent value, great location, good food. Booking needed.

We were really well looked after by the team. The menu is not over priced, is varied and caters for many dietary requirements. The food was incredible. Highly recommend!

I was there with my partner yesterday evening, we had a reservation. Good food, but the manager (assume he is the manager, seemed to be in charge) is abrasive and boarder-line rude. For that reason I would definitely not rush back.

Booked here for meal between Harry Potter part 1 and 2. Arrived slightly early but seated when we arrived. Choice of menu was very good and staff were very helpful. Would go again when back in London. Make sure you book in advance as very popular location and they had to turn people away.

The service and atmosphere here are very good and the food is just very average. We had escargot, steak tartare and entrecôte all of which were very forgettable which in a city like London simply isn’t good enough to go back.

Value and cuisine is second to none. Felt like we were rushed in and out, but I guess that’s what you get at this price point, so no complaints.

Delicious meal here, they were really good about offering gluten free options. I’m coeliac and felt safe here!

First time at Prix Fixe and we were not disappointed! Food was amazing and fantastic value for money (for a restaurant in the middle of theatre land) House wine was excellent and good value. Staff were attentive but unobtrusive and we were not rushed. Definitely our favourite place to eat.

Excellent food at a very reasonable price in a good atmosphere

What a great restaurant. We had the fixed price menu just before Six o’clock as we were off to the theatre and it was fantastic. The onion soup was delicious and the duck was also very flavoursome. Great service, very nice waiters served with a smile. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely meal.

I love this place but on Saturday I felt let down. The noise level was so high my friend and I struggled to hear each other even when we shouted. I left with little voice left. In addition, for the first time, the food was disappointing; grisly meat and bland gnocci. You can do better than this!

It's been a while since we visited but we were not disappointed. One of us chose off the A La Carte and one went for the Set menu. The steak tartare was excellent and seasoned perfectly. All the food was delicious. The service couldn't be faulted.

I booked for 18:00 with two friends to have the pre-theatre menu before 18:30 as per their website. When arrived, the menu stated these ended at 18:00. I asked about this and the waitress allowed us to have the pre- theatre menu which was great. Good food, pleasant staff and we weren’t rushed. A good experience

Starter being the snails was served too hot beyond boiling one snail exploded causing boiling fat to go over clothes and face. Thank fully I was wearing glasses. After that everything was viewed with a tainted view point. Staff were apologetic but it should never happen.

This is one of my favourite restaurants in Soho. Always such good value and the food is just amazing. Special mention to all the staff who made us feel very well and we’re very attentive. I love the atmosphere in here and would highly recommend it.

Go here alot, very good value set menu. I had boeuf bourguignon. It was quite salty, I have had it before & it was better. We ordered another bottle of wine at 4.30 which they gave us & told us we had to be off table by 5.00pm which is a bit odd after us ordering wine. They kept telling us they needed the table, fair enough if it was busy, but there were only 2 other tables with people on. It was empty, so I thought it bad customer service and rude. Shame, as the staff are generally nice.

Good choice of starters and main course including daily special. Food well executed. Service a little haphazard. Table for 5 a bit small with one seated over the join of 2 small tables. Steep stairs to the toilets if this is important to you. Will visit again

It was ok. Staff nice enough but food was not the best. Apple crumble served Luke warm and tasted cheap.

If in the SOHO area of London we always go to Prix fixe normally early evening meal which is excellent value for great food. The manager has returned from the other Prix Fixe nearer to Oxford Street (which eh was managing), he is absolutely lovely so good to see him. All in all great place.

A gem! I took a group booking to London yesterday and recommended this restaurant to those that asked as I have never been disappointed with any meals on my numerous previous visits. It was good to see some of those that I recommended had booked and looked like they were enjoying the ambience and food too.

Friendly greeting when entering the restaurant and asked if we were happy with our designated table. Food and wine were excellent. The lamb outstanding taste. My wife loved her Sea Bream. Great atmosphere without being too loud. Overall a great little brasserie with friendly attentive staff.

Drinks very expensive so your pre theatre deal isn’t good value , unless you have tap water We had Caesar salad which was just breaded chicken and leaves and A LOT of creamy dressing

We hadn't been here before and had looked for somewhere to have a pre-show meal. We hadn't mentioned this when booking and had allowed ourselves plenty of time. This is a lovely very authentic feeling French restaurant. The food was superb and reasonably priced. Staff were lovely and the ambience very cosy. My only criticism is that the meal felt a little bit rushed there seemed only a few minutes between courses. Having not mentioned any time constraints a slightly more liesurely pace would have been nicer. Overall though a great find.

Love this place. Been coming here for years, and on my last trip in Jan 2024 it didn't disappoint. Lovely manager and staff, great food: I had the snails, fish of the day and banoffe pie. All washed down with a very drinkable chardonnay. Reasonably priced for central London, and next time I am in town I'll be back.

Classic French bistro food and atmosphere, right in the middle of theatre land. Confit de canard particularly good.

Never had a bad dish or experience here. Small compact tables, but it is a small compact restaurant in Soho.

This a lunch with 4 friends all of us being retired. It is a place we have come to several times and always like the staff, menu, service and value.
