Good selection of food. Shared the mixed started, red curry pad Thai and chicken&cashew nut. All delicious. Great portions sizes. Can’t wait to visit again

Never disappoints. We’ve eaten in many Thai restaurants including Thailand and the Prince of Wales is excellent. Staff are extremely friendly so we’ve done back twice in one week. Thoroughly deserves the 5 start rating.

Just an update on my previous assessment of this great little Thai restaurant. Today we had the tempura prawns as a starter - the best I have ever sampled across the world. Delicious mains were followed by a perfectly prepared banana fritters. I cannot recommend this find highly enough.

Popped in at the end of a course we were attending. Lovely spacious pub near town centre. Food was great and modestly priced.

Restaurant smells old. Service was really slow. Food was bad, but we were so tired it was eat or go hungry before sleeping in the Premier Inn. Car Park had many signs warning of Car Thieves Operate in this Area and Police Hotspot etc, I was genuinely a little nervous parking my car there.

We had a truly delightful experience on Easter Monday. We called prior to arrival and were made feel very welcome: the kitchen would only open in about 45mins but we could have drinks while waiting. The place is lovingly presented and well kept. The team is hard working, they do their best and truly care. The food is delicious and calling us back yet we live an hour away. My husband had lamb and was impressed. I was apprehensive about my bouillabaisse but it was just perfect. Our son had a burger, so much better than in places we dined around the last few days. The deserts are tremendous, we kept sharing and chatting about them, all exited. We had Eton Mess and The White Choc Smth, a great take on a sticky pudding. Very good value for money and positively unforgettable. When we are back, this is the first place we’d visit. Thanks the team again!
