Came for breakfast as we were in the area for the Cheddar Car Boot and hungry. didn't expect any veggie/vegan options and was prepared to just have a drink, some plain toast or if I was lucky, a full English without the meats. I was very wrong! They had veggie/vegan alternatives and it was very nice. The service was great and the food came out so quickly! definitely recommend if you're in the area. some annoying flies hanging about, but it's on a farm so that is to be expected, and wasn't really an issue. was nice to sit and see the horses. I will want to come back again for some scones!

Visited after a stay in Wells - choosing to forgo hotel breakfast for one here. So glad we did. It was excellent. Great value. Fabulous produce that was cooked perfectly. Had full breakfasts - one large , one standard . The toast - often overlooked - was brilliant ; good thick slice and tasty. Coffee ( flat whites ) were great too. The cafe is rustic - you sit overlooking the working farm. Don’t expect “ Starbucks “. For us that just added to the charm. Friendly staff . Throughly recommend.

We were staying locally and after coming across a review of this place we just had to try it out, so pleased we did!! We were treated to a warm welcome and a DELICIOUS breakfast to keep us going on the way back from our holiday. Proper Full english with tasty sausage, bacon and a beautifully cooked egg. Lovely coffee too, well worth veering off the beaten track to this little gem on a working farm! will be back when next in the area!

The farm shop and cafe is easy to find, about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Priddy itself. Or 1 minute from the camp site. It’s a very friendly welcome, in a basic but comfortable hut. The breakfast was really nice, cooked fresh, nice portion, good prices, and enough choices to suit most people. The mid sized breakfast (‘Farmers Wife’) with black pudding as an extra and a filter coffee came to £9.75 (Oct 2021). They take dogs and muddy boots inside. You might want to book a table for breakfast at busy times as it was full. The shop itself only had a little bit of meat for sale, pork chops and a few pies, so I wouldn’t plan to stock up on anything. To be fair it was a little out of season so perhaps it’s different at busier times.

I started visiting the shop a few years ago as it had been recommended to me. I must say they weren’t wrong. The pies are amazing. No gristly meat just pure meat. They are full and taste delicious. I try and get back most weeks and now have family and friends visiting the shop. All their pies are made there. I’m not vegetarian but even those pies were not disappointing. The steak and Stilton, even if you don’t like Stilton you won’t say no. You always get a warm welcome and a chat which is lovely. So thank you all and see you soon.

We happened upon this place by accident whilst travelling through from Cheddar to Bristol.Good covid precautions in place, great service and lovely staff. We had a tea, a coffee and 2 bacon and egg sandwiches. The bacon was delicious and cooked to crispy perfection and the egg wasn’t too runny, the bread was thick doorstops of nice, fresh granary bread. We popped into the farm shop on our way out and the homemade pies looked amazing, had we not been on our holiday we may have brought a couple.Well worth a visit!!.

Visited on way back to our campsite close to the shop. We were looking for something for the BBQ after a long walk. The cafe was closed but we walked through to the shop. The owner was surprised as he thought he had shut the shop at 4 but was happy to serve us. We asked if he had any sausages as we couldn’t see any and he went and found some for us. We also bought a fillet steak and a rib eye steak. Very friendly owner who said the beef was from his farm. The meat was all delicious when we ate it later , my steak melted in the mouth. Glad we called in!

We last visited this place two years ago and we decided we had to come back even though we weren't camping next door.Covid-19 restrictions in place and clear directions from the staff. Simple practice, menu on the blackboard on the wall, easy choice for me! Full farmers with two pieces of black pudding. Farmers Wife for the better half! Arrived with thick white bloomer toast and butter that you could actually spread and a large pot of tea. None of this fancy servings or frilly bits, but a solid breakfast that needs eating! Lovely chipolatas, thick cut bacon and really thick black pudding, with two eggs and loads of mushrooms and beans! Plate was empty when i had finished :)We then visited the farm shop, and bought some of their home made meat pies, which we had had before and looked as good as they did last time!We will be back again!!!

Prior to a trip from Portsmouth to Bristol Airport today I googled ‘where to find the best breakfast nearby’ found you on TripAdvisor and Facebook and thought “that’s the one” I knew it was a farm so I wasn’t expecting anything posh, we went there for a hearty breakfast and my friend and I were not disappointed, that’s exactly what we got. We’re horsey girls so we were happy to sit by the windows and watch the horses eating their hay whilst we had our breakfast. Best breakfast for a long time and many a mile too !!Great friendly table service, fresh cooked English breakfast, refillable fresh ‘good’ filter coffee, all quality ingredients from the three slices of the thick cut back bacon, to the bread for the round of toast. We also bought the homemade steak pies to take home for the men, they were packed full of meat and delicious.See you again, I have to come back soon cos I forgot to ask for black pudding

Well what can one say. I was shocked when I went through the door. I was expecting a well presented cafe. Instead was created with what looked like a cow shed with tables in. I must say from the outside it was a bit of a give away. Rough and ready was the 1st impression. I will say didn't give the breakfast a look so can't comment on that. We did look in the farm shop / shed is more like it. That looked just as bad. Won't be going again

Food was hot with thick slices of bread and plenty butter portions not your usual one or two.Ample portions and proof of pudding the number of people there considering the location is out of the way.Excellent value yes surroundings are basic but it is a working farm. This does not detract from the excellent meal and service. As I’ve said in previous reviews it’s not rocket science.Priddy farm manages to achieve this and the fact people return shows what can be achieved with good service and good food.

Having driven through Cheddar gorge and not even found any available parking spaces, let alone restaurants, we carried on up the road to Priddy in the hope of finding a pub. Spotted one small sign for this place and remembered it had come up on TripAdvisor - glad it did as the food was great and they gave a very warm welcome. We were cutting it fine on serving time but they welcomed us in and didn’t rush us at all. We shared 3 meals between 4 of us and it was all very tasty. They had a kids menu and a good variety of choices. If we’re staying this way again, we’ll definitely try and get back for breakfast as that sounded good too. At their own admission, this place is basic and no frills - but you don’t need it as the food was good and exactly what we needed on a wet day.

Ours was a brunch visit having been impressed by reviews that we had read. The cafe is cosy with seating for about 20+ it has a lovely view across the farmyard towards the hills; horses were walking about in the yard which was entertaining. Service was very friendly and our food and drinks were delivered promptly. The breakfast was fantastic, all items tasted great with the bacon the star of the show; great!!! The small farm shop has a selection of homemade pies, quiche & scotch eggs, with sausage, bacon and various meat cuts also available. The steak and ale pie I purchased was amazing, full of quality meat with a lovely rich sauce, one of the best pies I have ever eaten; will be going back soon to buy some for the freezer. Well worth a visit for a quality breakfast and no doubt you will purchase the sausage and bacon, amongst other goodies, from the farm shop before you leave; I did .

After a very early appointment we wanted somewhere to get breakfast, I looked on trip advisor and this place came up as having 5 stars so we decided we'd try it..... and what a gem it is.... first and foremost this is a working farm with everything that goes with it and it's great, the staff are incredibly friendly, they kept apologising for the mess as they were having work done.... it really didn't matter.... we sat and watched the horses out of the window while we waited for the food to arrive.... we were expecting a good farm breakfast with home produce.... and we weren't dissapointed.... fresh eggs, home made sausages, thick cut bacon and great chunks of toasted bread all beautifully cooked and at a great price.... after we ate we popped into the farm shop and picked up a couple of steaks from their own beef, some home made pies and I couldnt resist a loaf of the seeded bread I had with breakfast....

Visited Glastonbury whilst on a weeks break in Crewkerne. Popped into to this lovely cafe as it was dog friendly. Forgetting my glasses I asked if they catered for gluten free, they did (it stated it on the menu). As I ordered the lady behind the counter asked if I was coeliac, I told her I was. When the food was brought to the table, the lady explained that she had cleaned the kitchen and prepared my food using all new unopened ingredients. All I had was a corned beef and onion sandwich, but the attention to detail was second to none. Really recommend this place to coeliacs and non coeliacs.
