Visited here for my Husbands birthday, Very disappointed in the service. The drinks order was forgotten and the server was not bothered with a apology, Our meal arrived before they did and just didn't seem interested in making a effort.

Great. Lovely staff and great service

I have been here twice now, to use the vouchers/offers I received. They always have great offers. First time I had a pizza and a pasta. They were both absolutely delicious. But both were served together and while I was having the pizza , the pasta went absolutely cold. The staff should have considered this and served one dish after the other. The pizza toppings included Bell peppers, (as per menu description) but barely had few thin slices. Whereas the pasta had way too much peas than necessary. More bell peppers on pizza n fewer peas in pasta would have been better. The next time I ordered chocolate fudge cake and scoop of gelato. Absolutely delicious! Just wow! The staff is super helpful, friendly, warm and welcoming. They catered to my dietary requirements, helped me with my questions on the menu, quick and attentive service. Even though restaurant was pretty crowded, didn't have to wait long for the order. Ambience is beautiful. Overall wonderful experience.

Food was ok... Edible.... Calamari was the best part of the whole meal and experience. Won't be returning ... Better food at Aldi...if I didn't get the kids discount they would have never seen me. Mediocre food upsets me

We came here as a family with two very hungry young children. Definitely will come again. Freshly cooked pizza and pasta and very reasonable given the location. Service was also really friendly and fast – very different to the other reviews you'll read here.

We eat at this restaurant regularly and have never had an issue either with the food or staff.

This was a wonderful restaurant with a great variety of food and I must say, I absolutely loved the environment! I will definitely be visiting again soon and highly recommend this restaurant for a lovely meal. We started with some delicious starters, followed by the lasagne and gnocchi, both of which were fantastic. However, the highlight of the meal was definitely the calzone! It was excellent and surprisingly the best I’ve had in ages! Each dish was a delight and truly showcased the quality of the food. The service was equally impressive. From the moment we walked in until we were served, the staff were attentive and friendly. I want to give a special shout out to a young blonde girl (I regret not catching her name) who went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and comfortable. She was incredibly patient and considerate, especially when we were having trouble deciding what to order from the menu. Overall, everything from the environment and food to the service and parking was excellent! I will definitely be visiting again soon and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic Italian dining experience.

My review got taken down!! This is the worst place to eat! The blonde woman is so rude ! She made me feel so uncomfortable, accused me of trying to leave without paying when I went outside to smoke because the food was taking so long she come out and said ‘UMM EXCUSE ME HOW DID U PAY’ in a very unpleasant manor. When we ordered food we asked for our pizza to be cooked for a little bit longer and she was yet again rude, pulling faces, muttering under her breath. When we left we didn’t realise it was cashless so left cash on the table including a tip because we couldn’t be bothered to deal with her attitude she ran out of the food place and accused us of trying to leave without paying when we explained the money was on the table we didn’t walk off without paying she then said to us ‘WELL it’s cashless u can’t pay with cash’ yet again with stinking attitude. I really hope someone has a word with this rude young lady because it just ruins the reputation for the food place even tho the food was not great, spaghetti bolognaise floating in juice looked like they had poured water on it and the cheese only covered half the pizza. I would definitely not recommend

Visited Prezzo recently. Had a lovely time. Great menu choice with all food tasting delicious. Staff very polite and friendly

We ate at Prezzo for my son’s 18th birthday on New Years Eve lunch time. As usual our food was delicious as too were our drinks. The location and interior of the restaurant is very nice, pretty and tasteful. However, the service we experienced was terrible. When we arrived I discussed with the female waitress that I would like to use my clubcard vouchers and although we were dining with friends, we would like a separate bill, given that our friends would like to use their blue light card and keep it simple in terms of tabs. The waitress confirmed that this would be ok as we were not able to use the two offers on one order. When our waiter arrived at the table, he asked me how I am and before I had chance to respond he said ‘yes I am very well thanks for asking’, which I felt was incredibly rude. For the entire meal he then challenged our food choices (my sister can’t eat red meat as she has low salt intake due to kidney failure. He then challenged anything else she asked for by saying, if you are a vegetarian you can’t eat this. She did not say she was a vegetarian). At the end of our meal, we asked for the two tabs. Our friends paid first and us after. I was then told we can not use our vouchers as our friends had used their BLC. I noted that I checked this on arrival and asked for two tabs. The waiter then loudly debated with me, before I refused to pay after being told on arrival this would be ok. I also noted when we booked the table I was using my clubcard vouchers. Despite saying he could not use my vouchers, he eventually allowed me to pay and I paid the rest in cash. The waiter then was notably gossiped about our table with his colleagues, in front of other customers, which made us feel very uncomfortable. We love prezzo and usually go there for all family birthdays as it suits everyone’s dietary needs and we love the atmosphere. However, on this occasion we have been disappointed at the rude comments and unprofessional approach to a clear miscommunication between colleagues. I felt that our waiter took a disliking to us as soon as we arrived, and reading the other reviews, this appears to be a common factor in terms of the service being provided.

The Restaurant is a delight with brilliant attentive staff, who have 'time' for customers and take interest with all group members. Food excellent, service excellent, food excellent.

I was recently invited to lunch at an authentic Italian restaurant, on Bristol's Harbourside, Prezzo Italian Restaurant. Drawn by its reputation for authentic Italian cuisine in a prime location, I felt sure I was in for a treat. The ambiance was pleasant, with a comfortable setting that complemented the harbourside views. The food met our expectations, offering classic Italian dishes that were satisfying, though not particularly exceptional. Each course was enjoyable, reflecting the standard quality associated with the Prezzo chain. Special mention must be made for the calamari starter - a whole star on its own. The pizza's were great. The sourdough was perfectly 'bubbled' around the edges, but my dough was not quite cooked through in the centre. The pasta pesto, or pesto pasta for the purists, was lovely - organic. However, our experience was marred by the demeanor of our server. We felt a condescending attitude that made us question our welcome, as if we didn't meet a certain standard. This unexpected treatment cast a shadow over our meal, leaving us to wonder if it was an isolated incident or indicative of a broader issue. To be fair, we did take a while to decide what to eat. Whatever the case, while Prezzo offers a pleasant atmosphere and commendable Italian fare, the service we encountered detracted from our overall experience. I hope this was an anomaly, as the restaurant has the potential to provide a delightful dining experience in the heart of Bristol. Especially as there are so many 'faux' pizza joints nearby. Give them a try, just don't get on the wrong side of your waiter. Cheers.

Comimos gorgonzola y pizza prosciutto. Fue decepcionante. La cobertura no se acercó al borde, así que una parte significativa del conjunto fue como comer pan seco y bastante duro. Lo mismo se aplica al pan de ajo. La ensalada verde estaba bien en sí misma, pero el aderezo sabía como si fuera de una botella en lugar de recién hecho. Pequeños toques pueden marcar la diferencia entre mediocre y aceptable.

Very helpful and friendly staff.

DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE. Quality was shocking, ordered on ubereats don’t believe I would’ve been served this in the restaurant as it would’ve been sent back. My pasta in ‘creamy tomato sauce’ was dry and bland, with one crusty dry burnt piece of pancetta on top. Paid almost £10 for a gluten free chocolate cake which was tiny with a chunk missing and 2 squashed raspberries without the mascarpone. The garlic bread was pathetic. Overall quality was awful and extremely overpriced.

Very average taste for such high price. Not up to the expectations based on google reviews.

Came for lunch today, had great service from Rocky, he was very attentive and friendly especially with my two little children as well, sorry for the mess. My toddler loved the kids menu, the adults enjoyed a pizza and calzone, the desserts were very good. Will certainly come again with my family.

A very nice place for family and friends. They offer a wide variaty of food accross italian delights. Had some starters, lasagne and gnocchi as well as deserts. Attn: They also offer free food menu‘s for kids! Great stuff. Go check them out and you won‘t be disappointed.

Not only were the pizzas delicious, but they were also incredibly affordable, which was a huge plus. The best part of our visit, though, was the wonderful service we received from Natalia and Monika. They were both so lovely, friendly, and made us feel right at home. Their warm hospitality really made our visit special. If you're looking for great pizza and fantastic staff, Prezo Pizza is the place to go!

Picked a quiet rainy afternoon for lunch. Food was great and the service excellent. Great selection of food and drinks.

The variety of drinks was my fave! Conveniently located near the amphitheater, so we were able to catch a bite before the concert started!

Absolutely terrible. The vegan pizza option was with real pepperoni (luckily we're just dairy free and not vegan). My friend's pizza had a decorative lump of mozzarella in the middle of it as part of the design and it was frozen solid. We got given hummus instead of mayo, service was extremely slow and useless. My pizza (olive and courgette) was good though.

Arrived after the lunch rush, only a handful of tables sat outside. Ordered drinks and meals together. Waited 25 minutes for our starter of houmous and garlic bread and then waited another half an hour for our mains. Had to ask for cutlery twice, as none was brought. Another table sat not too far away from us, arrived after and ordered after us, got drinks and food before us. No acknowledgement of the wait we had. I asked the waitress and MD about chasing our food, but no apologies were given. Disappointed and with a very hungry child, it was not a fun experience. Will not return

We did eventually speak to Kacper, who had been aware of the situation & we accepted his offer of refunding the pizza. We were assured that the level of our pizza was not up to their usual standard, but looking around it seemed to be exactly the same as other pizza diners were receiving! There is no shortage of tomato's, cheese or pepperoni, as far as I know, so why skimp on what you serve to your loyal customers? It definitely won't be pizza, we'll be coming back for!!!

My two sons and I visited Prezzo near the waterfront in Bristol on Monday evening 6 May 2024. The three different pizzas we ordered were delicious and the evening was made very enjoyable by Paula who was in charge. She was very attentive, affable and made us feel very welcome, and a shining example of excellent customer service.

I went to dinner at 8:10 p.m. I sit outside, waiting for 20 minutes, the waiter sees me and doesn't serve me, I move to the table and he tells me that food cannot be served outside, when a plate had come out to a couple 10 minutes ago I do not recommend the treatment received by the bald waiter, I will not return to this franchise.

Absolutely enjoyed eating in Prezzo. Very neat and fine place. Friendly and professional staff. Loved my Italian sausages on a lentil mixture with salsa Verde. Peculiar. Downsides were the dim light that created a slightly solemn mood, the toilets that were below the standard, and the soft drinks seriously overpriced. But overall, I would certainly like to go there again.

Came here on a Saturday night, so had to book in advance. We were seen promptly and guided to a table, which we were seen to by a waitress with great customer service. We ordered our food and it came about 15 minutes later. Once we started eating, I found the inside of my calzone to be undercooked. I ordered Olives and Chicken as 'toppings'. Olives were raw and chicken was chewy. It was almost like the chicken you buy in a packet from Tesco. The dough was also undercooked. My friend also said their carbonara was dry. When the waitress came to ask how our food was, I told her I want a refund on my calzone, which they honoured. However, when the bill came, we showed our Tastecard, (the main reason we had come to Prezzo as a group). The waitress said the website was outdated and it was in the terms and conditions, that the restaurant was excluded. It did not mention this anywhere and she checked with a manager. She came back and said it was definitely not accepted and I should complain to Tastecard. We were frustrated at this, as we don't often go for food and this was the reason we had done. Remember going to Prezzo years ago and having a fantastic experience. However now I would not recommend in the future.

The food was very good we were a party of 6 adults and 2 children. Everyone enjoyed the food, the staff were lovely and the general atmosphere was good. My only criticism and I can only speak for myself was that the Salmon, Tomato & Basil Rigatoni could have been hotter otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Unfortunately underwhelmed. When we got there it was really quiet but our order still came out wrong for our daughters meal. Food was really basic and disappointing, spoons pub worthy quality not Italian restaurant. Lots of corners being cut. Taste was fine, nothing to write home about. For the amount paid versus the standard we got I am pretty disappointed.

A really nice evening with a work team I think the Staff at this location really do a good job. One of the meals came late but they really did make sure that apologies were made.

Gone downhill I'm afraid was one of my faves, 99% sure I had a supermarket ready meal lasagne, it was disgusting and didn't fit the dish, pasta on another dish was over cooked and sloppy, new menu disappointing,all my go to dishes gone, won't be hurrying back

Nice to eat at a Prezzo again. Our local one closed. We had a lovely meal at the Bristol restaurant. Food and service was great. It's a Prezzo so you know what to expect. For this restaurant don't hesitate.

Great service from polite staff, nice ambience, although my starter and two of the mains I shared were mediocre, probably all frozen. Pepperoni Pizza was hard to cut, nothing special about the toppings and the crust was inedible for me personally. The rusticana pasta which stated tomato and cream on the menu was watered down. Unfortunately the food is not something I would ever pay for as I could make it better myself. However if I had to go again with friends I would stick to some truffle fries with a drink, not much could go wrong there. Nice wines and atmosphere so not a complete write off.

prezzo Decent enough place, staff well-mannered and helpful, the food was palatable but the menu write-up of my pizza choice suffered hugely from poetic licence…………it was described as “The feast for meat lovers” whereas the reality was much less of a feast and more of a harsh rationing of all the component parts. Still, it tasted okay, just ruined my expectations of a feast.

Presentation of food was awful. Photos in the review show everything on white crockery, but my saffron risotto was served on a flat blue plate which made it look like someone had been sick on it. My wife ordered what read on the menu as "chicken breast, crispy prosciutto and sage cooked in a buttery white wine sauce". Couldn't see the prosciutto or sage, there was no sauce, it was dry, and the roast potato was a baked potato. Came with literally a cabbage cut in half. Weird. Staff were nice, although a little too fast at clearing away before the children had even started eating. Christmas decorations looked sad. Hard to hear inside as there are no soft furnishings, except one long blue bench which doesn't have enough tables for everyone to be able to sit at it. Overall, I'd rather give my money to an independent restaurant than to a chain, which has inconsistent standards.

Very convenient restaurant not far from the waterfront. Staff were attentive and food was promptly served. Non alcoholic drinks were very expensive which is off putting when you are the driver. No service charge was added to the bill which seems to be the norm now. I appreciated that and left cash tip. There is a very comprehensive allergy menu and checklist. It's great to find a restaurant that takes this seriously. It gives confidence that food prep and sanitation is also taken seriously. Second visit to this location this evening. Another pleasant evening with very good service.

Definitely would have got 5🌟 if they had some heating on. Everything was great . It was freezing at our table and we did tell them . They were very apologetic but could do nothing. We did shared food and cocktails and fancy coffees. My ameretto latte was cold but was delicious. The food was delicious and obviously just cooked . Nice place to go but on a warmer day . Location good as it’s Christmas so a great atmosphere outside and a small winter wonderland around the corner. Not sure on parking as we had taxis to get here.

Totally agree with the comment about someone wishing they hadn't ordered pizza. Dry and hardly any topping/goats cheese. Friend ordered extra large chicken pizza.... £18.95. Really!! Such a shame. Starter was lovely ....deep fried mozzarella. Waitress was absolutely amazing....Hannah. Thank you so much. I tried to submit a review via the Prezzo QR .... had to have a code but didn't have one. The atmosphere was lovely. Festive and warm unlike a lot of cold restaurants.

Ate here as had Tesco clubcard vouchers to use. The restaurant itself is nice and the service was good however the food was very average. The rectangular shaped pizza was £19 which was very overpriced both were distinctly average, pepperoni pizza fairly tasteless. Wouldn't return as there is much better pizza to be had in Bristol which is a shame as the staff were good.

Well presented restaurant with a lovely atmosphere. We were looked after by the delightful Hannah - a real credit to the place. I had the crab spaghetti which was very nice and an excellent burned orange cheesecake. Everything was well presented Inc the drinks. Good children’s menu (choice and price). Would definitely recommend and return.

Unfortunately I am unable to leave no stars but service was zero. Only one server at lunchtime, the other was eating his lunch. He said the owners are ‘too cheap’ to employ more staff. Told twice to ‘WAIT’ when needing some service. Go to Zizzi’s if you want good service and delicious food!

A good place to eat in a very pleasant place

We had a very lovely dinner at Prezzo this evening. My husband ordered the beef burger which we both tried and it was the most amazing burger we had. My spinach cannelloni was very creamy and tasty . The service was excellent and the staff was very attentive and made us feel welcomed.

Disappointing, was rushed, food was edible very poor for Prezzo expensive for starters mains, and 45 mins in and out as felt they wanted to close at 9.15pm !

We booked here after seeing it early on in day. The service was a little slow. Starters was brushieta.This was ok but neede a sharp knife to cut it, struggled with knife given.Main course was ok.Puddings were below par.Price was quite expensive also. Wont be returning here.

The food took over an hour to arrive and was completely cold. The website said the food wouldn’t be prepared until a driver had been assigned however when I rang prezzo they said the food had been made straight away as the oven closes at 9pm. She was also unable to re heat the food. Please can you provide a refund as the food was completely cold and wasn’t particularly nice when reheated as it was soggy

Is a fairly good example of a Prezzo - nice old façade, clean and uncluttered internal decor. My only criticism is that it is very noisy inside. Unpleasantly so. Also, the white grout in the bathrooms is a poor choice - it's darkened (mould/mildew) in areas which gives a grimy look.

My husband & I always come here for lunch when we visit Bristol. It’s our “go to restaurant”. We’ve dined both inside & outside. Both spaces lovely. The staff are always so friendly & welcoming & the food is always delicious. There is also a good choice of food & drinks on the menu & we never feel rushed. We look forward to returning.

Great place for a quick bite to eat. The service wasn't the best felt little bit rushed at times.

Really great service and really great food. 2 for 1 summer spritz cocktails and 25% off meerkat meals making it a bargain. A fair few options they ran out of but told before seating and still so many delicious foods to choose from.

Nice food, very friendly staff that catered to your every need, but we felt that the food was a little costly - nearly £20 each for a carbonara and a lasagne. Would recommend overall.

We were here for a post work dinner and a few people didn’t end up showing up but the staff were so lovely!! Casper was amazing and took really good care of us. Great Food but Star of the night was the Service! Thank you Casper :)

Staff friendly.The pizzas and drinks were very expensive. We went there because else where was busy.

It was just ok nothing amazing the pizza was average and my pasta had king prawns was below average
