Prezzo in St Albans

I visited with a couple friends this weekend and can’t praise our waiting staff more highly. We were taken to a lovely table in the front dining area and our waiter was so helpful. Made recommendations and looked after us so well. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was freshly cooked and really tasty. Such a pleasant evening, thank you. Highly recommend - we will be back!

Let me say from start to finish we were exceptionally Impressed. Our server Lauren was so attentive without being overbearing. The food was beautiful and the building itself was stunning :) such a lovely relaxed atmosphere.

Thankfully Pizza Express was fully booked with kid’s parties. So we crossed over the road and walked into the tranquility of Prezzo and had a lovely family lunch. The Beef Ragu Arancini starter was delicious as was the vegetable and pasta soup. Sometimes the place you intended to go isn’t the right place to go. Prezzo is where you should go.

We booked a table in advance and after being greeted were left waiting in the reception area for five minutes as the table had not been cleaned - there was no communication and it was not busy. I was served very warm white wine - the glass had come straight from the dishwasher. When I pointed this out the server was rude and surly. and reluctantly supplied another one which was less than the correct measure A party of ten loud, foul mouthed people were then seated near us and ruined our meal out so we left. The server was offended that we did not tip him. I tried to resolve this via a complaints form, completing the survey and telephoning the restaurant. Nobody senior bothered to speak to me and the manager did not return my calls as promised or the HQ respond to the written complaint. There are no active email addresses or telephone numbers for their HQ or CEO.

Went to Prezzo very last minute as two couples. We were due to go elsewhere but due to a kitchen issue we couldn’t get any food so went to Prezzo. The staff were excellent. As it was late they brought a complimentary starter sharing board and couldn’t do enough for us. The food was fabulous. We will definitely be returning. Thank you!

I ordered a humus starter. The portion size was about the equivalent of 2 egg cups yet charged £5 for it. Next I ordered the traditional Lasagne. The portion size was also small. It came straight from the oven so I was warned not to burn myself on the dish! Food should be delivered on a hot plate but not so hot you can scald yourself. Once it had cooled down sufficiently I ate it in less 5 mins because the portion size was so small. Needless to say I left still hungry. They had no beer on draught, only cans or bottles so I could not order a pint. If it was not for my £12 Tesco voucher the meal would have cost about £24. What a rip off!!

I visited on Sunday with my family, the weather was nice so we chose to sit outside. Service was very good and our waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable. Food was excellent, a lovely dining experience as usual.

We had a lovely time staff very friendly 🙂 .... We had bruscheta ... follow by Lassagnas.Their Lassagnas are the best.

My family and husbands family including parents, grand parents, 5 year old niece and my one year old son visited for lunch. We booked in advance and requested a high chair. Being 12 months old my son cannot sit still in a high chair for 2 hours. Usually when we attend restaurants the staff are friendly, welcoming towards us and don't mind him plodding around a little or sitting on the floor beside us. Soon after sitting down we were told quite abruptly that he was to remain in a chair for health and safety reasons (which was a little baffling as they gave us a faulty high chair which was clearly unsafe). I explained that this would cause a lot of upset and sure enough he proceeded to scream throughout the meal- I only feel sorry for the other guests! I would suggest NOT attending this restaurant unless you a) have no children with you, b) have a perfectly behaved child that will sit still in their seat for the entire meal or c) want to be made to feel unwelcome and irresponsible. The food was nice enough although my husbands pizza was burnt.

Excellent service and wonderful food and wine! House wine so good we bought a bottle to bring home. Food served hot and in good time only disappointment no room for dessert. Will definitely revisit 10/10

Came in for coffee, decided to have some snacks, great decision to come to Prezzo. We first opted for outside dining because it was very nice. Just off the main road, quiet and pretty. Staff super friendly, helpful and attentive, very considerate still wearing masks, thank you! We moved inside as it got a bit chilly. Inside also was very nice. Clean and can maintain some element of social distancing. Oh the calamari was tasty!!! Not too oily, loved it! The desserts we had were both gorgeous as well and super rich. Yummy. Absolutely good value for money. Highly recommend!

..... then Prezzo Harpenden is the place for dinner. We sat outside to eat and whilst there saw at least three different rats running around the tables. Whilst I'm aware these make loveable pets I'm not too keen on them scurrying around whilst I'm eating. I made the waitress and the manager aware but it was evident they already knew of the issue. Even so, they were still seating people outside. I was told there was nothing they could do.... I'm attaching pictures of 'baby rat' - unfortunately I didn't get one of 'Mummy rat' who was considerably bigger!

Really lovely food, such welcoming and helpful staff in beautiful outdoor setting. We’ll be back soon!

I visited Prezzo for a friends birthday meal, i called in advance to say that we were running late for our reservation and it was no problem. we were welcomed straight away and shown our table and they also hid the cake for my friend later. We almost ended up ordering online but they still do table service and came over in good timing. My friend and i ordered the calamari for started and our other friend fried mozzarella. I was really happy with the portion size for the starter and there was more calamari on the plate than expected. All starters were throughly enjoyed and they tasted delicious and fresh. For mains i didn’t feel like a burden asking for chilli oil and two different types of cheese for my pasta. As expected it was delicious too. We received great service, yummy food and lots of drinks. Not once did we feel rushed. My friend really enjoyed there birthday meal and thank you for being out the cake. We also felt safe and could see that the restaurant had covid 19 safety regulations. I would definitely recommend coming here especially for a lovely relaxed post lock down lunch or dinner.

I went here with my whole family and the whole experience was like something from a prank show. The staff were rude, the threw the menus on the table, they slammed the drinks down, they chucked the food onto the table to the point some dished slid and spilt on my gran and niece. The food was absolutely terrible. It was all so bad that it was funny. The only good part of the meal was when the manager gave us the whole bill for free, including the drinks. We used to go Prezzo all the time when I was younger, but would never ever go back to a Prezzo again. Terrible.

Restaurant has changed so much, so nice food, lovely atmosphere, lots of candles, cosy and enjoyable. Will be back soon!

We had a girls night out, which I had booked for, we walked in and stood around for about 5 mins before anyone welcomed us, they then at to find us a table even though I booked, we were seated at the front of the restaurant then from them on, it felt like they only came through when they remembered us, orders were wrong, we at to wait for water we asked several times for, the risotto looked like runny rice pudding, coffees were Luke warm. Will be a long time before we go back.

Sat down and drinks were taken unfortunately the cocktail I wanted wasn’t available, one of our starters was not what we ordered but didn’t bother sending it back because they were so busy and didn’t want to wait any longer! The food however was very nice and can’t fault anything there. Worst part though was having to wait about half an hour for the bill which really put a dampener on an otherwise good evening!

We dined at Prezzo when it first opened and said then that we would never go back.Never say never, we did go back to our cost, the place is a disaster,very tricky to know what is in the pasta, my dish tasted of Spam ! The staff seemed to be enjoying themselves chatting amongst one another, no attention to the customer. Don't be tempted to try in the hope it may have changed, it has not. I regret not going to the chip shop !

My friend and I meet up weekly for supper and have been to Prezzo many times before and know or knew the staff well. We had never seen the 2 girls on tonight who clearly couldn't cope!.Our prosecco was just dumped on our table. My starter wasn't that hot but was okay. We both had risotto for our main courses. Huge portions and very hot. But as I got further down my salmon and prawn one, the bottom of the bowl was full of oil making the rest of mine inedible as so greasy. My friends mushroom one was fine. Next was our big mistake......We both wanted a liqueur coffee with tia maria in. The restaurant had NO Tia maria or kaluah! My friend decided to have an amaretto one and I chose a plain floater coffee. Both of which are on the menu by the way. They were both served in a WHITE CHINA MUG!!!!! Both had been stirred as the girl couldn't name them properly. She used the excuse of no alcohol in mine but when I mentioned that the other one had alcohol in it, she changed her mind and said it was the single cream! I did ask her if she could make them. She replied yes, but the correct response was clearly NO! She did take them off the bill in fairness. As we have always done every time we've eaten there, we took the remainder of our drink outside so I could have a cigarette before we left. We were challenged as we left inferring that we were stealing the two champagne flutes ( one of which had a big chip on the bottom ) making us both feel incredibly uncomfortable. I certainly didn't like the inference and voiced that when I took both glasses back. I have worked in catering for over thirty years. I know how to staff a restaurant, how to carry plates ( not one cradled in my armpit ) and I CERTAINLY know how to make and serve a liqueur coffee....I also know how to speak to guests....Not sure if we will return here.....-20 out of 10

We had a really lovely late lunch on a Saturday with two older teenagers and the food was lovely. Service was pretty good too. Always liked it there as the building is lovely and surprised to see recent poor reviews.

Went out for a family meal. Husband and sons food came, then mine. I ordered the salmon on bed of broccoli and cauliflower. Husband and sons food was ok but the salmon was cremated. I request another which came back 10mins later deep fried??!!! Sent that one back and waiting another 20 mins. Had enough so went to leave when they came with the replacement. We said we are leaving. The manager did apology and said there was a problem with the kitchen. No excuse to send out poor quality food in my opinion. Will not visit this one again

Came to catch up with old friends but was disappointed by both service and food. It was the week before Christmas so busyness was expected. However... Menus were thrown onto the table, table was set without knives, food was brought out a long while after ordering and before our drinks. The staff seemed to think it was an inconvenience to them when asked for our drinks and knives. My pasta dish was luke warm and cold around the edges. The manager was doing his best but the other staff just didn't seem bothered. There's plenty of other restaurant choices in Harpenden, I won't bother coming here again.

Booked table for a get together with friends we don't see much and our 86 year old mum we were put in a room with screaming children running around wild not once did any of the staff ask if we were ok. We couldn't hear our own conversation without shouting, there were other empty tables inside the main restaurant so we asked if we could be moved due to the fact we felt like we were sitting in a zoo. We were told we couldn't move but we weren't given a reason why not. The food arrived and one of our party was given the wrong order (probably couldn't hear our order over the noise) the food was mediocre nothing great the most disappointing thing was the staffs total lack of empathy. When we left the restaurant we went to another establishment and had a great evening using money we would have spent in Prezzo had the ambience been different. I know we can't hold the restaurant responsible for people's children but they need to see the bigger picture and cater for all customers needs eating in a zoo wouldn't be acceptable to most people.I don't want your apologies you can't bring our day back SORT YOUR STAFF OUT !

Went with friends for a Christmas get together had already preordered by email and phoned to confirm it had been received to find out on the night they didn’t have our orders. Unable to have normal table as told health and safety didn’t allow it... Food we’d preordered was not available ....vouchers declined ....no hot beverages available ....rushed to leave and blatantly lied to. Email sent to head office today such a shame as been going here for approx 10 years

Such a lovely atmosphere, great food, all the staff are so welcoming and very efficient. My server Pam was very lovely, probably one of the best servers I’ve had at any Prezzo. Definitely wasn’t disappointed. Couldn’t recommend this one enough.

Booked online and received an immediate email confirmation. However, when we arrived for our table the Manager, Ian, said they the reservation was “not on their system”. Proceeded to tell us “there was nothing he could do”, so we had to leave. No apology, no offer of compensation. Will be contacting Prezzo head office in the morning ..... hopefully they have better customer service than their Harpenden restaurant.

Had a great meal with husband and baby whilst staying at luton hoo for the night.

It’s a prezzo. At first sight, it’s an Italian themed chain restaurant with a fairly generic menu. Correct, although within that generic menu are some really good dishes. As with most chains, food quality and presentation vary from site to site but I find this branch fairly consistent. Service is usually really good and they always manage to fit my family of 5 in at short notice. The building is really kooky with lots of small rooms and low ceilings so you never feel that you’re in a big chain restaurant surrounded by lots of strangers. More often than not, we manage to dine in one of the private rooms near the rear of the building. Kids choice is good although they could be a little more generous with their portions (the garlic bread with cheese does not have much cheese). I really enjoy the breaded cheese and the chicken main is very good. My kids and wife always go for pasta and the flavours are nice. I think overall it’s one of the nicest prezzo restaurants in the area.

Came here with my partner for dinner. Was put in a small unpleasant room upstairs. The seats where old and battered and the shelfs needed a good clean! It was cold and dull and we didn’t enjoy it. The food was quick and okay but nothing special. Wouldn’t eat here again felt rushed and horrible.

Good value, good service and very nice food. The restaurant is a little set back from the main eating areas in Harpenden which makes it quieter and rather pleasant.

Lovely setting for a summer evening. We ate in the garden which has an attractive outlook. Service was friendly and prompt and we were served glasses of water along with our wine, without us having to ask. The food was good although the cheesecake dessert was far too sweet for me.

Visited with two friends, hadn't been before, was busy but not packed and we got a table without any problems. Did think the tables were very close together, often found the person on the table next to ours listening into our conversations.

Walked in, half empty on a Wednesday night. Team stressed and walked past us 3 times.

This restaurant is in the heart of Harpenden so it can be tricky for parking but we managed to park right outside today. No parking fee to pay either.

Very mediocre food..food had to be reheated in a microwave! Not great! My vegetables were obviously frozen and re heated. Not nice.

Thoroughly enjoyed the pasta dish I had at Prezzo in Harpenden, with a friend. Lovely restaurant set in an old building, small intimate rooms with friendly staff.

I have been here many times, with a variety of people and it has never failed to impress me. The food is great value for how delicious it is and the atmosphere that has been created through the mood lighting and brick wall interiors make it a truly amazing place to have dinner. The service is absolutely great, they are always extremely kind and helpful and even show interest in each customer- which is really refreshing to see!

Seven of us went for a Birthday dinner and had a lovely time. The waiters were very friendly, the service was quick and the food was delicious! There was also a wide range of gluten free options.

Harpenden is awash with good eating establishments and the chain restaurants struggle to make their mark, as is the case with Prezzo.

Came here for the first time on a Friday evening (8 of us in total).

My husband and I had a rare child free evening and opted to come here because of the discount voucher we had. When we arrived, the manager ask us to be patient with him as he was short staffed due to being a member down because of an emergency. We were a little concerned about what the service would be like. (But grateful for the prewarning) However the two of them worked extremely hard and made sure we still had a great experience. The service was fabulous and we were amazed at the job just 2 of them managed to do with a smile still on their face. They coped admirably and would definitely recommend going back again if only for the wonderful service! The food was delicious too and big portions. We left feeling very full and happy.

Have eaten here quite frequently in the past, and it always maintains a good standard.

This restaurant has a great location and really good private room. I also like the garden at the front of the restaurant. The food can be a bit variable though.

I love this Prezzo as it's quirky building and little rooms make it much more private. We had a room on our own for 4 of us. Food is always great especially the chocolate bomb and always reasonably priced. Love it...can't go wrong!

We have been here a number of times with our baby daughter, and the staff always make us feel welcome and that the baby is no extra hassle.

We enjoyed an absolutely delicious meal, served in excellent time - we weren't hurried but treated with respect by delightful staff. The food was superb - couldn't fault it.

We had a lovely meal here tonight (Wednesday). We were offered a choice of tables on arrival, and ordered from the set menu. Service was prompt, efficient and very friendly, and the food excellent. Great value for money and really great service. I particularly enjoyed the breaded mozzarella. Thank you!

Friday Lunchtime meal, booked for 1pm, not busy, but it took over 30 mins to take our order, and that was because we went and asked for our order to be taken. I had the grilled chicken, when the food arrived the chicken was luke warm and the fries undercooked.

Met 2 friends here for lunch on Monday. It is a delightful restaurant,very quirky in style. We all had different dishes and they were all tasty but could have been a bit warmer. We missed the usual staff who are always so friendly and chatty. Hopefully they are just on holiday.

Absolutely terrible, on arrival told no water in restaurant so 1 hour wait, we decided to wait, the room was dirty and tired, and when needed toilet we was informed they were out of action and to go next door to the pub! Food was ok but spoilt by poor facilities and lack of sympathy from staff. Will not be going back, if this was my company I would be going out of business....

We chose the 2 courses for £13 - had mozzarella and risotto - both really nice. The signature gin was amazing and ended up having 2. Not overly busy (6.30'ish) with a pleasant atmosphere. Good value food.

We had a buyagift voucher to use up so we went here. 3 courses and a bottle of house red. I was a bit sceptical as I haven’t had a good experience with other prezzo’s over the years. This was the first time I had been to the Harpenden one and I was really impressed with the food & service. I would definitely return again.

Came here for a family meal, it was great service, excellent food and a really lovely atmosphere. One of the best visits to any Prezzo I've ever had!

Went for a birthday celebratory late lunch with my wife, using an email voucher for a free bottle of Prosecco. Food and service were both excellent - we were served by a lovely young man in a flowery shirt who had served us once before. He even brought me an icecream with a candle - nice touch!

We went there for a family meal, 13 of us. As the name and menu suggests, we expected Italian food. Suffice it to say, if this was my first taste of Italian food I wouldn't try it again.

9 of us dined at Prezzo on New Year’s Day. Lovely food and well catered for the vegetarian and vegan as well as everyone else. Service was friendly and welcoming. We had a wonderful evening - thank you Prezzo Harpenden!

Is it any wonder that Prezzo are in a spot of bother financially. The food was very disappointing and it seemed that all the sauces used were straight out of a Lloyd Grossman jar. Service however was good.

As a chain restaurant this was a nice venue. Service was prompt and friendly, food was nice but Irish coffee sadly lacking

Had a lovely evening here. We were seated upstairs and I guess I can understand why other diners have said they felt ignored as waiting staff come and go but we were very happy with the service and the food. Would definitely go back.

The restaurant develops over 2/3 floors & is welcoming, the Italian food is however average. We ordered some traditional Italian antipasti to share (i.e. bruschetta), which wasn't the real deal. The chopped tomato was simply placed on pizza dough so it tasted and looked like pizza....not the real deal. We ordered pasta for the kids, which was completely overcooked. We ordered king prawn risotto as well, which again was complete overcooked & very mashy (like mashed potatoes)....again not the real deal. Pizzas were good & service is just ok. The menu is Italian however the way food is cooked and presented is not the real deal...and it definitely should given the fact that dishes are not exactly cheap so diners should at least expect tasty and authentically cooked Italian food.

Booked family meal and arrived on time. Left standing at an empty reception desk for nearly 10 mins even though other staff were passing occasionally. Had to stop a staff member to complain who then took us to a table without asking either my name or whether we had booked. Waitress came to take drinks order and second waitress took food order - both seriously grumpy. Finished meal and was asked if we wanted desert which we declined. Bill then produced without having asked for it by grumpy waitress who clearly despised her job.Not a smile or a greeting or an inquiry about how or meal was from anyone.Most unfriendly restaurant I've ever been to so, will never go again which is a shame because the food was good.

Despite booking in advance including the food selections for each diner, the service was chaotic, haphazard and inefficient. Half the diners got drinks and we had to call the staff back to take more drinks orders as they'd dash off before the order was complete. There Seemed a lack of care and order, with rest of the restaurant not busy we couldn't understand why it was happening. We weren't made particularly welcome which is such a shame and unexpected at an Italian Restaurant with a decent reputation. The food was nice but nothing special unfortunately. My lasagne looked scorched round the edge but tasted ok. For the price it would have felt better value if there was a small salad or garlic bread with it.

Booked for a party of 12 teenage girls for a birthday party - we were allowed (by our daughter) to eat in the restaurant but in another room. Nothing was too much trouble - they gave the girls a private room so they were happy and so were the other diners - the room was a perfect size for the 12 of them - and we were able to go in 20 minutes beforehand to put up some balloons. Service was fabulous throughout and we were kept informed on progress with the party by our waitress. Our food was also very tasty - service quick, attentive, friendly and efficient. OK - so it's a chain and it is not haute cuisine - but there is plenty of choice on the menu and a variety of portion sizes, so there is something for everyone, it is good value and the atmosphere was buzzing. Overall a very enjoyable evening for everyone - and perfect for a group of 12 teenage girls!

Booked Prezzo for my daughter's 16th birthday meal with her friends. Was delighted with the way in which they were treated and even had their own small private dining room. Service was great and food fab and we used clubcard vouchers towards the meal too. They sang happy birthday and brought her dessert out complete with lighted candle. We sat next door and ate too and they made a point of keeping us updated on the kids and tipping us off before they presented her dessert. Cannot fault anything. I really wish Prezzo in Stevenage would take note of this...it's crazy to think they're the same company.

A warm welcome, quirky interior and lovely food, what’s not to like? Used Tesco vouchers too so minimal cost. Would I return? Most definitely.

Easily the best Prezzo we have been to.

I live in St. Albans where they closed down our Prezzo to my utter dismay. Luckily, Harpenden is just a short bus ride so we decided to try it. We were very pleasantly surprised. They have a very efficient manager Kamil combined with an excellent Italian chef giving very good result. Very pleasant ambiance with first class service and lovely tasty food.

I eat here regularly with friends and there is always a warm welcome! Service is excellent and the ambience friendly. Food is tasty and well presented. We will be back!

We eat here regularly. ALWAYS get a genuine welcome. The food is delicious. I just wish some of the fish dishes didn't have chilli in. But 5hat is a personal thing.

Much better service & food than another Prezzo we had recently been to.

We have been to Prezzo before and had a good experience however were disappointed when we went here. Perhaps understaffed or a poor chef but we were upstairs and it seemed like we were forgotten about. We had to go down to chase for the meal which took a long time to come! We weren’t offered another drink when all glasses were empty, one person ordered a starter as a main as well as a side of chips but only got the chips. There was no dressing on the salad! We had all finished when the meatballs came! The waitress who took our order was lovely- very friendly and apologised for the other poor service. She asked the manager to speak to us. As we didn’t want a free coffee! We got 20% off- we don’t often complain but felt this deserved it.

Visited with friends today. Very good food - we all had different dishes and no complaints! Extra specially good service from our waitress Esther - she’s extremely efficient and very friendly - we loved her. The manager was also very good. We’ll be back!

We all had pizza which was served by a very polite waitress. However after eating went to use the bathroom. They are the dirtiest toilets. Even festival Lois were cleaner. On the way back to the table I saw the kitchen prep area which was also disgustingly dirty.

Great staff and good service. Food menu ok for a plate of pasta or a pizza. The salads always a disappointment. It was empty upstairs at 8pm so felt like we were dining alone. Got busier later on. Wouldn't rush back.

Visited with grown up grandchildren, food and service were excellent. Will certainly visit again. Next time will sit in garden.

Like this quirky restaurant that has lots of small rooms. Had the mozzarella n breadcrumbs (always) Chose meatballs with spaghetti, (different but nice) Had the arctic roll (frozen, they should have let it stand a while) Good service

Great atmospheric building, with lots of little rooms. Food average - pizza OK but sea bass poor when we went. Downside of having lots of little rooms is that waiting staff are not often visible and can take a while to serve you. Having said that, it’s a friendly place - staff are lovely. But don’t expect too much.

We had a really enjoyable experience in this Prezzo with really lovely staff, delicious food and as always a great menu. I liked the layout of the restaurant and the smaller dining rooms had a nice homely feel.

Visited this restaurant with my friends. We’ve been greeted with a smile and had a table outside as it was very hot afternoon.

A large party ate there on a very hot day but there was ample outside shaded seating area. We were served promptly and professionally. Very enjoyable experience

Be careful when paying with Tesco tokens - they redeemed £100 of tokens instead of £40. Only realised a few weeks later but they now say that they can’t give me a copy of the bill, even though it I have a credit card payment for part of the transaction. The manager (Kamil) was actually very rude when I called up.

A lovely al fresco dining experience. Great service and food. However, they have a bit of a wasp problem in the front garden...so beware

An unusual renovated building makes this Prezzo a bit quirky. The service is good & food arrived quickly & very tasty. I would visit again

Went there for an early dinner with my 2 teens and we had a good time, service was nice and the menu choice was varied enough for us. Our orders were very enjoyable. Would use again.

Visited Prezzo with my family, took my chance not booking and managed to get a table at 6pm, only to realise that even on a Monday evening we need to book a table, as people couldn't get a table!

Once again, came Here with my family for quick meal on a sunny Sunday lunch. Kamil was a sunshine looking after us! Thank you so much for great service and amazing food. You are amazing! Wish to be back more often.

We come here quite often and love the homely cozy atmosphere, no matter where you are seated you have a lovely calm ambiance. The team at prezzo Harpenden are all so lovely and friendly, they cannot do enough to help and the service is amazing! Food comes out quickly and always tastes lovely, we normally get the same things every time but everything we have tried has been great! We always choose to come here when dining out and is a great place to relax! The food is amazing but the staff make the place, they are so polite and friendly and always seem pleased to see you. Also really easy to book online. Thank you!! :)

Really nice atmosphere, really recommend the soup for starter, my partner had a butternut squash soup which was SO lovely... main we had pizzas and I had a normal base and my partner had the slightly more expensive base... would recommend just getting the normal base as there isn't really much different except the price. Puddings aren't up to much (bit tasteless) but the service was great and attentive waitresses. Perhaps slightly overpriced but we did have a good evening.

We had a lovely 3 course meal at this Prezzo and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of it. We had a spacious table, great service and enjoyed a variety of food which was well presented and tasty.

Perfect location for a quick meal post visiting the hospital. Friendly with good food and reasonably priced

Granted it was early on a Friday evening and the restaurant hadn't got too busy yet, but the service was fantastic and made what can sometimes be a long drawn out meal into an enjoyable experience. Food was good as usual, nothing out of this world, but what you'd expect from a chain Italian. A little on the pricey side for what it is, but it's the same at any of this type of eatery. A fabulous setting as well - a converted cottage!

We had a lovely meal with 4 adults and 4 children for my son's 6th Birthday. The staff were really helpful and happy to bring out a birthday cake with plates after our meal. We were seated in a small room perfect for the kids. I will definitely be going back. Particularly Kamilo our waiter was very helpful. Thank you Prezzo.
