I normally love Pret smoked salmon sandwiches but the one I purchased today in Richmond was dreadful. The bread was slightly dry, the smoked salmon “stringy “ & there was far too much black pepper. Awful - I can taste is pepper.

I had a fantastic experience at this coffee shop! The atmosphere was cozy, the coffee was rich and flavorful, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I'll definitely be returning for more of their delicious brews.

You should really change the timings online as it doesn’t match what it says online )) as I bought subscription because I always get off of Richmond and now I can’t have coffee because by the time you guys open up I have to start work

Fantastic to grab a quick bite or a picnic before heading to Ruchmond Park. Quite spacious, with toilets and plenty of seating - and of course wonderfully tasty food and drinks!

Good service, delicious food, lovely people. Special thanks to Armagan for his great service and smile on his face. Thanks for being so nice to me and my daughter, this positivity is what we need during this difficult times.

Every time that I come in this shop I can’t have hazelnut frappe ‘cause something is wrong.I understand that is busy with the promotion, but every day your machine for whipped cream is broken or you run out of that. Even the blender has been broken for days.

I visit this coffee shop regularly and have never been disappointed. Whether 6am or 5pm, the food is always fabulous and the coffee superb. The staff are cheerful, engaged with customer service, and charming. What more could you ask for ?

First time visiting Pret today. It was extremely busy and very loud but that was to be expected for lunchtime. There was a lot of variety of food to choose from although there was no dairy free yoghurts at all which was a little disappointing as there was hardly any dairy free snacks. The cafe has upstairs seating in addition to downstairs. It’s quite spacious, reasonably priced and the quality of the food is good very fresh and healthy too which is an added bonus.

The previous comment says it all , nothing wrong with the service , but many a time it is difficult to find a seat with solo laptop people hogging seats for lengthy periods as well as kids encouraged to bring their studies into the restaurant. So if you actually want lunch or coffee you could have to wait for a seat. One other thing this seems to be the only Pret where they give you paper cups for sit in. That is disappointing if you prefer to drink from a nice real cup !

Hands down my favourite place to go and study!! The staff is so so nice every time I come and visit. Cues are sometimes long but the service is quick, everyone’s friendly. The WiFi works well and the atmosphere is very nice. It was a bit cold during winter though but overall it’s great 👍🏻

Di questa catena di bar e non solo a Londra ce ne sono tanti. É la prima volta che entro debbo dire che servono una buona colazione con degli ottimi croissant e un buon caffè,forse un po' lungo. Puoi fare anche una colazione con prodotti salati. Un servizio impeccabile. La location ben curata.

Solito Pret a Manger, senza nulla di particolare. Servizio veloce, Panini nella media e pulizia del locale accettabile. Da consigliare per un pranzo veloce.

enjoyed a nice breakfast when we arrived in Richmond. The shop was clean and had a good variety of food to choose from. service was good and prices were what you would expect to pay.

Very sad to see they use takeaway cups and plastic lids for sit in drinking. Totally unsustainable. Too much waste! Let’s not be lazy, wash up cups, help to save our planet!

I unfortunately find myself in here up to a couple of times a month, and it's not through choice. I have yet to have a wrap that can be finished, as normally at least 40% is so stuck to the cardboard it can't be removed. The americanos are OK, but the filter coffee is the only coffee I would describe as awful - wetherspoons and McDonald's are both far better. I have had one cup of coffee in my life I couldn't finish and it was from here. Despite this, its always packed so you can't even sit in to attempt to eat or drink.

Boxing day in Richmond, and a break for two cappuccinos and a pain au raison that was warm and freshly baked were just what was needed, and provided with good service at Pret.

So love the food here feel really healthy eating here. Really nice staff too informed me you can get recipes online for the yummy salads in store. Coffee sooo good too

Firstly, I noticed that the prices have gone up. They now charge £3.15 for my wrap which is the same price at Heathrow ariport.

I go in here nearly every day. I love it. Great selection of teas. Nice cakes. Great savoury food. Very comfy and an interesting mix of customers. Good staff. Reasonable prices. Very good wifi. Toilets leave a lot to be desired though!

I wanted a hot drink on a cool summers day and there was a good choice a Pret a Manger. It was busy when i visited.

First thing I noticed was the increase in price for my usual wrap. 16p increase on the previous price not that long ago. So now my avocado wrap costs £3.15. I don't mind prices going up, but when you get less for your money, that's when I get annoyed!!!! Again there was virtually NO avocado in my so called named avocado wrap!!!!! Can somebody explain that to me. They put the avocado at the front of the wrap and so you buy it thinking it will ooze avocado, but no, it's one small piece at the beginning of the wrap and no more!!!! Annoying beyond belief!!!! Not happy!!

I am a big fan of Pret. You know just where you are and what you are going to get whichever Pret you eat at. The food is undeniably good, fresh and reasonably priced and the service is usually friendly and efficient. I love the soup,which is always piping hot. The macaroni cheese, with kale or sweet potato, is delicious and I love the carrot cake. Sandwiches, baguettes and wraps always seem to be fresh.

What is there to say... Pret is Pret, is Pret! When I first moved to the UK, I was amazed by the quality of chain food stories, with Pret being at the very top of the list. This branch is no different! Spacious second floor if you want to eat your lunch and read a book.

The food at most Pret's is great but why is the coffee so awful? I had a Flat White...it took literally 30 seconds to churn it out. It was bitter and just horrible. And the service was ......let's say..."No Smiling". Come on Pret's.

Good place for lunch, great sandwiches and friendly service. Lot's of upstairs seating as well. Prices for take out slightly lower.

Always try and find a 'Pret' wherever we are. And nothing gave me more pleasure that to be intervied about them outside the Carnaby street branch this month. It is obvious by the freshness that it is prepared 'round the back'.

I often use Pret Manger for myself or when friends are visiting...it has a great atmosphere, clean, bright, open plan setting. Always the staff are welcoming and happy! It is possible to go in for quick bite to eat or to linger. And I know it's not going to break the bank to have a sandwich or soup.

Pret is always a great place to grab a quick snack or quick lunch. Their sandwiches, delicious salads and baked goods are made to a high standard with good quality ingredients. Only downside is that it isn't cozy more modern and clean feel.

This is quite a large Pret and I've been there several times. The tag line for sandwiches is "made today, gone today", which for me underlines the freshness and quality of the food. Service is usually extremely quick (ideal for rapid takeaways). There is also a range of other snacks and dessert items as well as hot food and tea/coffee.

This is a large Pret and can be very busy so find a table before you order if you can. Service is sharp and the food is as good as you would expect.

I come here all the time and on this occasion I met my mother here and we had a lunch the baguettes are delicious and fresh as are the other food options, the Vitamin drinks/smoothies are healthy and delicious. My only complaint is that they do not serve coffee is in mugs but rather serve them in takeaway cups which is not environmentally friendly which is surprising from a brand which has good morals

Sandwiches are fresh daily, try the Miso Soup, well worth it. Shelfs are kept stocked and great to walk in and walk out. Limited number of tables for a quick stop. Coffee is well made, just as ordered.

I think that Pret is probably the best place for a quick coffee and a snack in its many branches...and I have tested many.
