Pret a Manger in Epsom and Ewell

Worst pret in the UK. Always something wrong. Don’t have iced drinks. Card machines often don’t work. Always a long queue. Poor service

Guy at the till was incredibly rude, talked to my partner like she was stupid for ordering what she wanted.

The barista(or maybe she was the manager) was perfection. Super vivacious & engaging at the crack of dawn. Was taking orders from the coffee machine & bashing them out faster than the cashier could keep up. Did not feel like a London cafe, it felt like home.

Time keeping at this place is terrible, they open whenever they feel like. I find this very disrespectful.

I bought a very Berry croissant and it has a very unpleasant curly blonde hair on the BREAD

I always like the convenience of Pret. The store in Islington is very nice. The usual range of sandwiches, salad and drinks. I like the hot items here.

I generally avoid writing bad reviews, but this situation requires it.date 29/7/24 ( 9am) I ordered an oat latte because I can't drink regular milk. After a few minutes, a staff member (lady 1) handed me a latte, saying it was ready. As soon as I tasted it, I realized it was made with regular milk. I returned to inform them of the mistake, explaining that I can't consume regular milk. At this point, another staff member (lady 2) became very defensive, claiming it wasn't their fault I had an allergy and that it was my responsibility to check the drink. I was shocked and pointed out that I didn't make the latte; I simply ordered it as oat milk. She argued that they put a sticker on the lid and that it wasn't their fault. I was extremely frustrated and tried to explain that the staff directed me to take the drink, which was obviously the wrong one. Instead of taking responsibility, they all began to verbally attack me, insisting it wasn't their mistake. I was appalled by the lack of accountability and customer service. Upon checking reviews, I found that many people have complained about similar issues with the staff. It's disappointing and concerning. What if I had a severe allergy to milk? I will never return to this place again.

The staff will make an espresso shot to a re-usable cup well in advance and then once you order your coffee they will pour the mentioned shot to your drink. I'm no coffee aficionado but this is no the way to make a coffee. Certainly no excellence whatsover.

Honestly what happened to the excellent customer service training that pret was known for? Not only are you forced to sell your data to be in the pret club (disguised as giving you a discount when its the same price as it was last year) the staff members barely say hello now. Its a different place from a few years ago. Not to bother though as my visits went from 4-5 times a week to once a week after the price hike.

This place is truly the best, jackie is so professional and always makes my morning. I really appreciate staff like this. She’s always got a smile on her face.

I will never come back. 03.02.2024 Manager is male,time:12.00pm. Listen mate you should focus on what you are doing. Teach your barista hot to stay with orders who is first and the last. If l order coffee i want to get full cup of coffee not half of froth. Waste of money, never come back🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Best Pret I've been too as they always have what I want. I can't tell you how many times I've popped into a Pret and there's only a few things left on the shelf. This branch always has everything which is great.

The whole place stinks. You guys should really do something about it.

If you don’t like fiddly medium roasted coffee and want coffee with balls go to Pret.

Really love the coffee! Just wish there were more gluten free options (not just salad, popcorn, fruit) - would love some gluten free sandwiches or baguettes! :)

The food is alright although expensive as every prêt in town, service is usually quite disastrous with the staff not paying much attention to customers, the main problem is how disgusting the coffee is, it seems nobody as received appropriate barista training and know how to foam milk, I order a different product every other day, each time it's just a coffee with warm milk, no difference between a latte, a cappuccino, flat white etc for the price they charge you for their drinks it's pretty shameful

Very small doesn't do cold drinks but staff was friendly

The menu on google is not accurate, they do not have smoothies, frappes, shakes, or iced drinks. Still gave it two stars because the staff was nice

Terrible service, the staff seems to be bothered. The coffee was not any more pleasant than the service, unfortunately. 2 stars because the Double Berry muffins are heavenly in Pret. I would rather choose another store next time.

Excellent service here all the time I’ve visited. However notably on Friday 18th February the day of one of our largest storms. I was there waiting on a job with another colleague. The young gentleman working there at the counter was on point with his customer care skills interacted very well with all customers very engaging great interpersonal skills warm and friendly the perfect host.

Steph gave my friend and I exceptional service. Promote this man! 5/5

The staff at this place are really welcoming, friendly and full of smiles and especially over the lockdown period they have kept us smiling, which can be hard to find in the city sometimes.

Rude woman serving who sighs when you ask her for a bag for your sandwiches, and glares at you. As much as I care for the environment, occasionally I do forget my foldable shopper bag, as do most people on occasions. Learn some manners! No please, thank you, or have a nice day, from her. Also the sandwiches were made from stale bread, which is very unusual for Pret. Seems like they’re recycling unused bread at this branch! Not impressed.

Was never a fan of pret . Till I used this one . The staff made it for me . Great service and happy smiling faces .and coffee nectar of the gods.

Good selection of cold sandwiches and warm food. Good place to stop in for a quick bite. Counter service, but they did a good job keeping the tables clear. Not large, but adequate seating.

Smaller than most Pret restaurants. It gets busy because of it's proximity to the tube station. Reliably good food and excellent coffee.

Lovely staff, always polite & friendly and I personally think this is down to the MANAGER he is very good at his job, always courteous, remembers your drink - small acts of kindness that make you feel welcome.

Lovely and clean and makes a change from all the normal coffee shops in Epsom, food is fresh and staff are welcoming. I have been coming here since it opened and i know the team well, its a shame there are not many vegan salads in Pret as i am allergic dairy so cant have the feta ones. Shame

The prets in Epsom provides a welcome break from the usual starbucks and costa. plenty of space, good selection of snacks and lite bites. Water fountain is a nice touch.

Lovely, clean, great coffee & friendly staff, just what one would expect. Busy location in middle of town, easy to get to.
