Always smily staff,very polite. Time after time i and my friend meet up here and have chat.

We want to thank Joseph for such a great service!! I have been coming here for a few days already because of my job and studies. Every day I felt so good about the team's attention; the place looks great since the opening, especially the warm and great vibe that Joseph shares. Thanks, guys, and thanks, Joseph, for such a warm welcome every morning!!

Today I popped this branch after work just before going into the station , i picked one of my favourite sandwiches to eat whilst waiting for the train ( i had a very hectic day and all i had was a small apple and 2 coffees at work ) i went to pay for the sandwich ,realised i had no cards on me ( as left home in a rush with the wrong hadbag) fortunately i had cash and it was more than cost of the sandwich. However the manager said he couldn't accept cash at that moment in time ( i assumed before closing time) so i said it ok & was about to return the sandwich but the manager kindly offered free to me , in return i offered to give the money towards it but he insisted ,so kind of him & it was very much appreciated. Pret is one of my favourite cafes as i have never been let down by them with the quality of the food on offer or my favourite latte. Many thanks to the staff🙏🙏

Staff here are lovely. Particularly the gentleman who is I think the manager, he's always so friendly, chats with the regulars and knows my order.

I stopped by this Pret at the weekend. It wasn't crowded and felt cozy. The toilet was clean, and the staff were kind. The chicken laksa soup was delicious. I'll definitely visit again.

Was told they dont except cash payment but there were no signs anywhere explaining this and more to the point why dont they except the currency of the country

PRETty good! The cheese toastie was nice and cheesy and the Posh Cheese & Pickles sandwich is the best.

Great customer service from all staff. I come to this place nearly daily and never had a bad experience. Only thing to improve would be the control of fruit flies.

I like prêt in general. But I have to say I am a bit disappointed by the one in East Dulwich. Today especially which is why I am writing a review. It is snowing outside and I decided to treat myself to a warm coffee, to stay... Somehow, the staff decided to leave the door wide open... "Because if they close it customers get confused and think it is closed"... Seriously ?!?! With the lights on and the customers in already ? And in any case, in the middle of the current energy crisis, when will be a good time to do what s right instead of this nonsense.... Heating outside on a snowy day ?!?! Worst of all... The staff not understanding why I was suggesting to close the door... Because of.... This thing .... Environment (and saving energy) !

Margaret was amazing at customer service today. She really appreciated my time and took my order carefully. She also told me about the Pret subscription and I subscribed straight away! Had a great time there! Great space to get on with work.

employees do not know how to make coffee. On February 24, I ordered a latte. I received coffee above 90° temperature. It was impossible to drink coffee

UNACCEPTABLE. I simply can not believe I travelled from Honor Oak to East Dulwich to get a delicious decaf, extra hot latte and I had to wait for over 5 minutes to be served. Does the fault lie in this specific store or higher up the ladder. When will these lizards come down from their hidden caverns and employ more staff. My name is Elliot Boles and you will rue this day.

it's not exactly walking distance where I live so have to drive but it's worth it as I have a subscription. staff have been friendly and service quick. They have a shelf for Uber deliveroo etc which seems very busy. how lazy has society become where their ordering a coffee and a sandwich to their home and then have the audacity to leave a 1star on the store when it doesn't meet their expectation. get out your house and collect your stuff yourself it's only a coffee.

Yes this pretty impressive guessing is newly opened so it's nice and staff ain't had time to get the pret staff attitude as for everything else it's good to have a good cup of coffee

Similar experiences to the other reviews. Ordered a cheese toastie, the cheese must have got bored waiting and walked, cause it wasn't in the toastie. Ordered coffee, but the cup was smaller than I remember. Coffee didn't spill on delivery it was well packed. I'd go back just no more toasties.

I placed an order online, they sent 4 wrong items (staff who can't read or half asleep). 2nd time, there's 4 items missing, I'll no longer be using this Pret, how can staff miss 4 items? Disastrous.

So lovely to have you here in Dulwich finally. You are amazing, stay amazing. This review is not a negative critic but help My Prêt to stay the best. Can you please install a door stop for the kitchen door at this branch? Each time door shuts it makes a terrible sound and shake wall and ground!!!

Poor quality bread , a French stick should not be soggy, and it was over chilled.

If you have ever been to Pret before, then this is a Pret — so you’ll know what you’re getting when it comes to food and drink. I’m still slightly gobsmacked that we have a pret in East Dulwich now, buts it’s well located just opposite the station, so ideal for a quick coffee to go. As it’s brand new, the interiors are fresh and modern, with plenty of seating both indoors and out. If you’re looking for something more independent then be sure to walk further along to Blackbird Bakery, Poached, or further to Oru Space for good coffee and breakfast.
