I stopped by this Pret at the weekend. It wasn't crowded and felt cozy. The toilet was clean, and the staff were kind. The chicken laksa soup was delicious. I'll definitely visit again.

I like prêt in general. But I have to say I am a bit disappointed by the one in East Dulwich. Today especially which is why I am writing a review. It is snowing outside and I decided to treat myself to a warm coffee, to stay... Somehow, the staff decided to leave the door wide open... "Because if they close it customers get confused and think it is closed"... Seriously ?!?! With the lights on and the customers in already ? And in any case, in the middle of the current energy crisis, when will be a good time to do what s right instead of this nonsense.... Heating outside on a snowy day ?!?! Worst of all... The staff not understanding why I was suggesting to close the door... Because of.... This thing .... Environment (and saving energy) !

UNACCEPTABLE. I simply can not believe I travelled from Honor Oak to East Dulwich to get a delicious decaf, extra hot latte and I had to wait for over 5 minutes to be served. Does the fault lie in this specific store or higher up the ladder. When will these lizards come down from their hidden caverns and employ more staff. My name is Elliot Boles and you will rue this day.

it's not exactly walking distance where I live so have to drive but it's worth it as I have a subscription. staff have been friendly and service quick. They have a shelf for Uber deliveroo etc which seems very busy. how lazy has society become where their ordering a coffee and a sandwich to their home and then have the audacity to leave a 1star on the store when it doesn't meet their expectation. get out your house and collect your stuff yourself it's only a coffee.

Yes this pretty impressive guessing is newly opened so it's nice and staff ain't had time to get the pret staff attitude as for everything else it's good to have a good cup of coffee

Similar experiences to the other reviews. Ordered a cheese toastie, the cheese must have got bored waiting and walked, cause it wasn't in the toastie. Ordered coffee, but the cup was smaller than I remember. Coffee didn't spill on delivery it was well packed. I'd go back just no more toasties.

So lovely to have you here in Dulwich finally. You are amazing, stay amazing. This review is not a negative critic but help My Prêt to stay the best. Can you please install a door stop for the kitchen door at this branch? Each time door shuts it makes a terrible sound and shake wall and ground!!!

If you have ever been to Pret before, then this is a Pret — so you’ll know what you’re getting when it comes to food and drink. I’m still slightly gobsmacked that we have a pret in East Dulwich now, buts it’s well located just opposite the station, so ideal for a quick coffee to go. As it’s brand new, the interiors are fresh and modern, with plenty of seating both indoors and out. If you’re looking for something more independent then be sure to walk further along to Blackbird Bakery, Poached, or further to Oru Space for good coffee and breakfast.

Booked last minute for afternoon tea. It was lovely. The staff were friendly, helpful and we felt so welcomed. The house is being restored sympathetically and we are definitely going back.

We are currently staying in the said hotel and this has been 4th consecutive day. Our total booking was for 4 nights and 5 days. Always had high respect towards this brand and chain of hotels but this stay completely proved me wrong. 1)At time of check in we put forward our problem regarding being vegetarian and we were assured that we can get in touch with the chef regarding our requirements. Next morning when we tried asking the chef regarding plain veg sandwiches(with tomatoes and cucumbers) as none of the buffet items were not for our liking due to various meats and cooking styles it was turned down. 2) for straight 3 breakfasts we had seen the menu is the same and there is not even an item which differs from day to day. This makes us think if items in the breakfast are freshly made or the ones from the previous day are just put again 3) When we try calling up for any kind of room service for dental kits or cutlery and empty utensils from in room dining nobody ever responds and every night we have to go to the reception and collect dental kits. Unable to understand what kind of service does this mean? And as nobody responded for cutlery etc when we went to the reception requesting the same to be sent to our room, to our horror we were informed that we need to go to the restaurant and take the plates and cutlery on our own to the room. 4) Being the 4th day, apart from 1st day we never saw the complimentary water bottles being placed in the rooms when the rooms are cleaned by the room service teams. If there were 4 different customers on 4 different nights wouldn't the hotel provide water to the checking in customers ? On questioning the reception staff about such kind of behavior towards the customers, they end up answering that this is the policy of Hilton This is a very honest review and shocking experience of us

Nice pub, let down by clueless bar staff with zero experience. Drinks aren’t cheap and they have no clue how to pour a spirit with a mixer and no hint of an apology nor replacement. If you drink beer or wine then you’ll be fine as they can’t screw that up.
