Been coming for years. Have a subscription Staff day they don't know how that works but prets and days ASK STAFF. Machiato.often has cooked milk froth often not depends whose making itstaff here accomodating. Some better than others. Some intimidating others fantastic. Very inconsistent like the coffee. Don't do Turimec any more ? Why? Heard the company was in trouble. Others say no Back door open too.much Too cold People ? Going out to smoke?? 3 toilets only one open One is staff toilet????? Didn't used to be. Disabled toilet now shut with key. Didn't.used to.be. Stupid music. People trying to work.the music sometimes is downright annoying.

No trays, nothing to help. Staff mostly hanging around, no tables wiped. One door left locked at midday, when a customer asked for it to be open he was told there was another door, then it was unlocked, checked and shut in his face.

The majority of customers were taking away their breakfasts this morning. I was one of a small number eating in and only had the front area in which to sit, the tables and chairs to the rear being stacked. A bacon and egg roll and double espresso set me up nicely although a ham and cheese croissant or even a toastie would have served equally well.

This was my local favourite cafe! I even left 5 star feedback on google 3 months ago . Just before the second lockdown me and my boyfriend went there for our last coffee and sundwich and to be honest our lunch was ruined as the place felt so dirty . The ceiling and walls were full of fruit flys, the massive mirror was very dirty again full of fruit flys . I was trying to find a seat above the stairs from the kitchen but I had to move somewhere else coz again there was so many fruit flys on the fabrics on the wall. Shocking. We went beck yesterday to get TA coffees and the cafe is still full of fruit flys. I think someone should sort it out ASAP . I won’t be back and trust me before we were there nearly everyday!

Teniendo el café de pago mensual fijo, después de esperar 20 minutos en la cola, me han dicho que solo hay leche de soja disponible. Dije ¿por qué? Barister respondió a la espalda; Lo siento, nos quedamos sin. Dije, ¿por qué no compras en tesco? A pesar de eso, hablaba en serio. Ella no me respondió. Este precio fijo es un gran comienzo si no puede manejar esto, debe dejar de continuar con el precio completo anterior que no me importaría pagarlo.

Been here this morning for a business meeting. Received a wonderful customer service from a young guy called Adam! He helped me finding a person inside the branch and made me and my guest feeling so welcomed, as you don't normally expect from a chain. We'll definitely go back if this is the service you offer! Thank you Adam! Well done Pret, great employees!

One of my top favourite things to do in London is visit a Pret for my croissant and a smoothie. So naughty and delicious!

It’s supposed to be a particularly challenging year for the British High Street and the restaurant trade in particular. Yet Pret A Manger continues to buck the trend as its veritable invasion of what seems like almost any available site in central London and the more affluent suburbs continues apace. Not surprising that Putney High Street has a particularly spacious branch occupying what were, I think, two adjoining shops. For me it’s an occasional pitstop for breakfast before catching a train to a court hearing. The range of breakfast muffins, a choice of bacon and omelette, sausage and omelette or vegetarian, comes into its own, although my personal favourite of ham and slices of boiled egg is only available at some outlets at main line stations. Ham cheese and tomato croissant is another option as are choices from a new omelette range. Espresso coffee unlike the overstewed horror served at the likes of Caravan and elsewhere, is nice and mild.

Unlike most cafes, this branch of Pret has well-spaced tables - plenty of space, and high ceilings so it is not noisy. A LOT of space. It has the usual healthy and tasty Pret menu. Staff are pleasant, the place is spotless. Highly recommended.
