How is it possible that in a place that houses more than 15 people, you are drinking, you ask where the bathroom is and they tell you there isn't one, and you have to go somewhere else.

Girl on the till was incredibly rude and gave me attitude when I asked her for one of the items I paid for because she forgot to hand it to me.

Single espresso looks like tea, no taste, too long for single coffee, very bad experience from central London.

Every TIME I asked for iced matcha latte, it doesn’t matter the store location they NEVER have enough ice and they blame on saying the sunny weather makes more demand which is not true at all! Cuz I can seriously proof different locations and different days they cannot never provide iced matcha latte. But the guy at this store even told me it was my “spell”! This is BRAND question! It is insane how you can never provide cold drinks!!!

Worst service I have ever received in Pret! I visited Pret Wilton Rd, I asked for my drink to be extra hot, not only was it not hot, he refused to make a new one or heat it up, spoke aggressively and when I asked the manager for his name - she said 'he'll give you his name if he wants to'. They've lost a loyal customer. if there was a lower rate then that's what they'd get. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

For some reason this pret is horrible! Bad cappuccino, and my smoothie had curdled. Something strange going on here.

I went with a friend we both made a drink and the service staff has not let us use the toilet just because it seems that he is in a bad mood and does not want to offer a good service, I know that in coffee shops with a lot of people come in and come out is difficult to maintain the mood but at least we should not lose education, terrible service.

We ate here one day in London when touring with Evan Evans Tours which has offices nearby. We had grab and go ham and cheese sandwiches with cokes and ate on premises at high tops. The sandwiches were fresh and must what we were looking for. There are many Pret A Manger shops in the UK. we visited another on Oxford Street and it was good.

I would like to share my experience, today around 3pm I order americano white with hot milk, I repeat 2 times with hot milk, and they made with the cold milk, when I said that coffee supposed to be with hot milk, this gentleman who work there told me "why you didn't tell that before you make order, I think that gentleman have problem with hearing or something, and he said on the front of customer's I didn't say I wanted coffee with hot milk, how is that sound!? Anyway they have good coffee.

Staff very good, friendly & welcoming. Food selection - shelves limited. Restuarant section needed a wipe down, and a floor clean. Place was busy but even more reason to keep tables & chairs clean.

Nice coffee and attentive hard working staff, but on the 6th why close over 3 hours early because of train strikes? Pret need to put updates on their site if this is the case

The staff there are not polite and they don’t apologise when they do wrong order. I asked for late and it was cold (thet had it prepared form Few minutes before) when I told her it is so cold she just disagreed and said no it’s not. And she didn’t change it. I left my late there for her and went. Disappointed and Unpolite staff.

I came running to this shop, to make it before closing time, and got here at 19:50 but was still not allowed to come in the store by staff. I mean why does it say 8pm if you start cleaning an hour before.

Nice live on tea and a short bread

No smoothies at 2 o’clock on a Monday! This happens far too often. There is always something not in stock or not working in every Pret I go. The subscription would be great if this didn’t constantly happen. It was fine for £12.50 but I refuse to pay £25 for the renewal!

6:40 AM there was still closed not enough put on the shelf

I do like the coffee of Pret, but in central London the toilets are always closed...

They never open on time Saturdays because of the lack of personnel and when they're busy because frappe coffee takes more time they don't do it they will be saying they don't have.

Tried the meatball wrap which was a bit dry and tasted as though it had been there a while. Usually have a sandwich, which are good. Wish they used lettuce rather than rocket or spinach or offered a choice. Maybe there could be a mini salad bar to top up the basic salads (ie piece of salmon) with tomato, lettuce/greens, corn etc?

Good. However, coffee machine is broken almost every time. More warm options for lunch would be great

Ideaal foodketen. Zijn er "verslaafd" aan geraakt. Dagverse producten. Van keine tot grote porties. Veel filialen in London. Zeker bezoeken. Voor een snelle, lekkere, gezonde hap!. Jammer dat het in NL (was 1 in Utrecht C.S.) niet van de grond is gekomen.

They always open late. Staff inside and watching behind closed doors when should be open.

Painfully slow service. I visited off peak hours yet I had to wait 7 minutes for a flat white. Staff chatting too much, pulling faces and clearly taking their time with anything and everything.

Food, drink, service were all fine but suddenly customers were harassed by aggressive six foot beggar smoking something. Staff tried to remove beggar from premises. There is only one "Big Issue" about today and it is PUBLIC SAFETY. We need more security and less tolerance of anti social and threatening behaviour.

Service very good. Tables nicely spaced, with regard to social distancing.

Coffee subscription was a genius idea by the executives of prets. Most of the places I go the staff are super friendly. Do find some of their items a tad over price but that being said their food do taste great, and you can see they use great quality ingredients. Really like the cheese and pickel baguette. Hot food items can use some work as when you get the wraps the wrap on the edges becomes like crisp left in the hot box too long. And pre subscription wasn't keen on the one size drink (can look past that now)

I love going to Pret A Manger stores. On our recent family holiday to London we would stop here and grab something to eat or sit in and eat breakfast/lunch. The food is delicious and a good price. The staff are friendly and more than happy to answer questions about the food.

Great, quick and healthy food on the go or a nice spot to grab a quick bite. Their coffees are fantastic too.

I'm not sure that this place needs a review, but i'm going to do it anyway. When you go there, u are always faced with a huge problem : choosing from all the delicious options. However, you shouldn't worry because it is impossible to go wrong. The variety range from being delicious, so delicious and extremely delicious. As far as I'm concerned, best sandwich place in the world.

Stopped here for coffee and sandwiches often when staying at nearby hotel. Not expensive. Coffee very good and sandwiches fresh. Usually a seat available if want to eat in.

This was a favourite of ours for lunch time. Choices are many, well presented, well priced and very tasty meals. We shall certainly go there on our next visit!

Para obrigatória todos os dias, seja para um café, um lanche ou pra pegar uma salada para o jantar. Tudo é gostoso e fresco. Preço acessível também para uma viagem mais econômica. Sempre tem movimento, as vezes demorava um pouquinho pra uma mesa, dependendo do horário.

Abbiamo rilevato che il caffè americano esiste solo in una misura media senza possibilità di minore o maggiore quantità. Se chiesto macchiato viene macchiato dal barista senza alternative in quantità. La concorrenza da maggiori varianti. Comunque caffè, brioches e muffin sono buoni.

Pret A Manger Wilton Road Victoria London is situated just outside Victoria Railway station. It has a relaxed atmosphere with soft background music and soft lighting. The service was is bit slow as there appeared to be a shortage of staff. There is the usual range of freshly prepared food, including rolls, sandwiches which can be heated. Most prices incur additional cost if you choose to eat in the cafe, which has seating, chairs and stools. The environment is very clean and additionally toilet facilities are available.
