Pret A Manger in Bromley underwent a refurbishment shortly before lockdown but is now fully operational. On a hot summer’s day the outside seats really come into their own. For breakfast there is a selection of toasties, a bacon muffin or my choice of a ham cheese and tomato croissant. A coffee subscription programme has recently been introduced offering endless coffees for £20 a month free for the first month. If I consumed all the coffees of my dreams I would probably not be around after a month.

Estábamos visitando Londres y haciendo una serie de tours y atracciones. La mayoría de las veces teníamos un horario apretado y Pret se convertía en una parada frecuente. Los sándwiches calientes eran particularmente buenos.

The Costas on the posh side of Pettswood, not our usual stop but every now and again we pop over to the other side, nice people work there so well worth a visit 👍

Really enjoyed our time here. Specialty is Indian thali. Live music on in the evenings on some nights. Biker meet on Saturdays. Should be busier, the Indian food is exceptional. Great Harvey's too.

This is my second visit to One Inn the Wood. Both times I’ve felt really welcome. A mx of people , different ages, lots of doggos. The beer offering is so good. I highly recommend the Permanent Wood which is their house session bitter. They also have a variety of keg and cask beers, cider, wines and spirits… and some nice snacks. They do a meat or / and cheese board. The prices are very reasonable. They have won several awards from CAMRA for a reason.
