I recently visited this location and had a fantastic experience! I want to give a huge shoutout to Arfa, who was incredibly kind and efficient in making my drink. Her positive attitude really brightened my day, and her attention to detail was impressive. Additionally, Natasha, who was stocking items, was very kind and helpful. And Dunya, who was working behind the till, was also very nice and provided excellent service. It’s always a pleasure to encounter such friendly and skilled staff. I highly recommend this place for the great service and positive atmosphere!

Always love a Pret A Manger, this one is very conveniently located just around the corner from London Bridge station, great coffee and a hugh selection of sandwiches, wraps, salads ect, plenty of seating covering two floors, open dairy from 06:00

Bought coffees but no proper china cups only take away paper cups, the whole main floor just looked dirty and tired. Went downstairs looking for the bathroom only 1 which is the accessible one upstairs, which was absolutely disgusting no sign anyone had cleaned it in a long time. Both the sanitary & nappy bins were covered in dirt. Floor didn't look like it'd been mopped in a while. Location is really good right opposite the Borough Food Market

No iced drinks served, 'the ice machine has been broken for over a year.'

Was at this shop at 10 to 6 Friday. Closing time on line says 7pm. On the A4 printed sheet in the door it said 6pm. Lack of choice in the fridge Stock was low. Fair enough, they'd been busy. Lots of toasties left (pic below) which I took the counter. The 2 guys said the oven was closed now and appeared to be cleaning it down. Would have been nice to have a chance to have a toastie before they were thrown away..

The coffee was nice. There is only one toilet, as you can see from the pictures (today 15/2/25), if you can survive this toilet, Congratulations you have strong immune system!

Ordered a coffee this morning. Waited over 5 minutes and ended up not picking it up. With 4 people next to the counter and it not being very busy, my coffee was standing by the barista, asked twice for it and after being ignored just turned around and left.

Standard Pret, has a toilet which they can sometimes lock but, as a warning, one of the most disgusting I've ever seen! The state of it makes me feel like I've been transported to a loo thats been left to rot in an old derelict train station. There's probably new bacterial lifeforms festering away that'll one day morph into a toilet monster which devours poor unsuspecting customers who only want to pop in for a quick wee.

Just purchased a filter coffee and the colour was a very strange grey. Asked for more milk and the coffee is still a strange colour. This is the second time I’ve purchased bad coloured and tasting coffee from Pret. This drink even smells strange and just shows how bad Pret has become since it began expanding. The quality of its hot drinks and food has really deteriorated. Even thought it’s just 99p for medium filter coffee, it’s not worth it.

Strangely, there is no restroom in this cafe. They locked the restroom and don’t let customers use the restroom.

One croissant was burned. And the sandwich was also burned on the edges. Please be caring for your customers.

I cannot believe how many times pret get the orders wrong!! Apart from today having to wait AN HOUR, I received a plain croissant instead of a pain au raisin!

£5.50 for 5 grams of salmon is too much. The salmon is arranged to believe it's in the whole sandwich.

Staff here are very friendly and helpful, plenty of seats downstairs, typical Pret food.

Wow £19.30 for two sandwiches and a lait & hot chocolate 😱. Guess what not a coffee drinker so queries change from £20 😳. Mind you very tasty pastrami on rye bun do tasty totally forgot to take photo lol. Friend had a tuna toastie which took a little while to best toasted but she also enjoyed her sandwich.

Says open until 8, but stopped serving customers at 7:30!

Very expensive for the poor quality beverages and lacklustre service. I spent almost £8 for two drinks. I ordered the Berry Bliss and was expecting a fruit smoothie (which is exactly what it used to be) but was served something which looked and tasted like cheap fruit squash. Yuck. Considering there’s a huge choice of far better (and cheaper) coffee shops in the area, there’s no logical reason to bother going here. I see other reviews mentioning the fact that there’s a single disabled toilet here - as if it’s some sort of luxury, which baffles me.

The service is bad; two black (one has glasses and the other has cure hair) woman are especially rude and mean to the customer (no manner) I am the regular guest, even purchase their club (location is good cos it is close to my office) however, she said "you are always not listening" with competent front of me cos i did not grape the coffee immediately while i was talking to me friend. i feel kind of racial discrimination. strongly recommended not you go unless you would like to be humiliated.

It's the only place where you get thrown out of your dining room for cleaning an hour before closing time. The manager of this place has no manners and can't hold a decent conversation. Shame is also placed with such behaviour!!! Shame!

The prices are poorly marked, I bought a sandwich that cost 2.75 pounds but they charged me 5.50. The bathroom didn't work

Ordered a cup of mocha around 6pm on Friday, 17th. It was the worst coffee I (didn't) have in my life. Tastes of nothing but a little milk... no coffee, no chocolate, nothing. I (tried to) question the member of staff who prepared it, but she behaved totally clueless. I had to dispose it and go to a different coffee shop. I will avoid pret coffee from now on.

Servers were nice and attentive had a bacon an egg baguette with hot chocolate hood as always 😏

If you are coming here to charger your phone or to work and need a plug this is not the place… they have many plugs but non of them work and the staff has not intention to report it. Also their toilets are ALWAYS out of service

Good for a quick bite, with a variety options to choose from. Most of food is ok - rush hour saviour.

Not a great example of the chain and I won’t be rushing back, especially if I’m wanting to dine in. It wasn’t the cleanest, with no clearing of tables taking place and dirty seats. The only toilet inside was broken and out of order. Downstairs was busy with no tables available and the counter containing sugar, stirrers etc needed restocking. Hopefully it was just a case of a ‘short staffed’ day, but I left with the impression it wasn’t a well-run store.

I went in for an oat pumpkin spiced latte and some breakfast, and the manager's service, kindness, and smile made my day! This was the best experience I ever had in a Pret location. I definitely recommend it.👌

James is amazing at his role and consistently provides exceptional service.

Liked it here! Good place for a quick lunch break. I had an Italian prosciutto sandwich and as an Italian I can say it was quite good quality. Also had a latte and liked it. The staff was very kind and polite especially James! Thank you!

First time visiting London, first time visiting a Pret location. I asked for a coffee with cream and the guy was like we only have milk and it’s called White Filter, then asked for a black coffee he again corrected me that it’s Black Filter! Dude just give me my coffee! It’s 8 am and I really don’t care what you call your coffee!

Huge seating area downstairs if you need to get some work done, nicely cooled in the summer, and warm on the cold days. Very friendly staff!

FAVOURITE PLACE FOR A GOOD AND QUICK BREAKFAST ON THE GO. LOTS OF CHOICE FOR PATRONS. COFFEE AND SMOOTHIES WERE GOOD. SMOKED SALMON SANDWICH IS MY FAVOURITE.

Really poor froth in the cappuccino and broken toilet.

Just spent £16 on little more than a pair of sandwiches to eat in, mainly to use the toilet. Now that we've paid and started eating, I've just been told that the toilets are out of order. I explained to a member of staff that my young daughter is busting, but she was not interested in helping us at all. I wonder what the staff do when they need the toilet? Good job we don't need to change a nappy today, I guess? Awful way to treat customers, and staggeringly unpersonable staff. Really surprised in this day and age to see a shop casually treating their customers in this way. By the way, my daughter wet herself on the way to the pub over the road, having left before finishing our food. But you're not the slightest bit bothered about that, are you?

As a monthly user, it's ridiculous to have a toilet broken for over a week. The toilet is always "broken." Come on, Pret, you make millions of pounds from subscription. I am sure u have money to fix your toilets.

Nice selection of drink and they had the breakfast smoothie which I couldn't find at other pret branches.

The latte was terribly watery. There was no coffe taste. I would not recommend.

This Pret is absolutely FANTASTIC and the best I have been to in London and NYC! The man who runs it is so dedicated and delivers the absolute best customer service, bending over backwards to make sure his customers have a great experience. This location also offers a wide selection, is spacious and clean, and located steps away from the London Bridge tube station!

Friendly staff, although I've visited this pret on many occasions, there have been a number of times the orders get mixed up or misheard, overall they're usually good in sorting it out, it does get busy this close to London bridge, but it is a central location.

Wish we had a Pret in Budapest/Vienna! Especially envious of the membership deal going on. Peach cooler was very peachy and delicious (note: Prêt coolers are not caffeinated, unlike Starbucks refreshers), would come back again.

They discriminate against Scots. Every other store happily accepts Scottish pound sterling. But #discriminate pret a manger says No since its too expensive to change?

All staff very nice but we are waiting 10 - 15 minutes toilet . Why only 1 toilet we don’t understand we are not come back again here

Each day less quality and less affordable. It used to be a place from where you could choose any savoury item to go but nowadays the item costs at least £5 and hasn’t got enough inside. Remarkable could be the variety which makes me put some stars on this post. Hope it improves because it’s everywhere I wish I could go more often. Usually is not clean enough and not many room to sit.

Time: - 19:50 It was a festival day for us and we are a group of 7 family members with 2 new born babies on board, we entered the Pret a Manger store 11-15 Borough High St, London SE1 9SE at a time of 19:50 and ordered a cappuccino and my family wants to feed their child ,they were preparing for feeding and one of the staff came and asked us to leave the shop within 8 minutes as they knew that my family was feeding the child and after 4 minutes gone suddenly, one more member came who was very aloof, unmannered and unprofessional way shouted, yelling at us like a bulldog without any intimidation and he even told us that he will call the police, if we did not leave the shop. My whole family got scared, and silence for two minutes, and asked themselves, what happened to him? The babies were crying and the feeding was not completed and the bull dog did not show mercy by seeing the babies as well and ''I asked him, why are you shouting at us like this? And he was saying that we were in the shop for nearly two hours which was lied’’ I told him you cannot shout like this in an unprofessional and ill-mannered way at the customers and again he said, he will call the police and he took out his mobile and call to someone, I do not know whom did he call. We were waiting outside for the police to come but did not arrive. It was a very embarrassing and disrespectful and shameful moment for my family in front of other customers and staff and he spoiled our moods for the whole night. I wanted him to apologize for his misbehave, unprofessional way , liar, aloof and inconsiderate manners and how can the Pret hire such a person like this with this character. I do not know his position but I have a photo of him that can be found in the email. As the Pret a Manger has a good reputation in the market for many years with good staff characters. I hope and trust the higher department to take necessary action against him and do the needful to avoid future incidents. Best Regards Regular customer

How can you forget half my order 😡😡

Your sandwiches are getting emptier and emptier! Please supervise the people making them because you can see 0 effort goes in. I barely have any filling for both. Pret in other places taste better and have the proper amount of filling for the price of the sandwich.

Having bought drinks for me and my son and sat downstairs, after a couple of minutes we were told that this area was closing. This was about 5.30pm on Tuesday and apparently it was closing earlier than usual. Nobody had mentioned that when we bought our drinks. A couple of minutes later the area was cleared and we had to pick up our unfinished drinks and leave. All dealt with in a friendly though uncompromising way. Not the normal good service I expect from Pret.

Typical Pret, but this one is NEVER open on tine; consequently always has a big queue; often gets the order wrong or forget the order. Just open 5 minutes earlier (or on time) and it would cure all the problems

I ordered chai latte, they gave me half cup full of foam. When holding the cup literally can feel that the cup does not have decente amount.

I fell in love with their Sandwiches

The usual Pret selection and a sizeable seating area downstairs, although often the tables seem to be dirty. There is a homelessness problem at this Pret, too. On the last two occasions I have visited, beggars have been troubling customers queuing to pay. Members of staff looked the other way, and another even gave one homeless man a cup of tea 'on the house'. No wonder he keeps coming back for more.

An amazing and big place to sit and enjoy your coffee

Had to wait my coffee almost 15min once, coffee is bad, flat white tastes like milk with coffee taste. They never have cream for gingerbread latte.. Staff looks tired of life.

I saw the managers without uniform multiple times and there shoes are not for a coffee shop too. The staff are doing orders wrong they don't know the difference between late and cappuccino. They close the sitting area around 5:30ish then why they charge for eat in...

It’s a shame because the driver was really great but 45min to just assign a driver… that’s a lot! Shame

Food has arrived said he was outside. I went out and he’s across the road on the phone while my food is with him when he come with my food and coffee is has leaked all over the food not happy at all I want my money back

Super friendly staff. They went the extra mile by helping fill a hot water bottle for my disabled wheelchair bound daughter who has problems retaining body heat. They had no problems fulfilling what was an unusual thing to do, and didn't make her feel out of place or different. Well done and Thanks again 👍

The only problem that I have with this store is the fact that they don't maintain their opening times. If they're meant to open up at 6 a.m. they want open until 6:30 sometimes it varies. Then I have to go to Starbucks around the corner to get my morning coffee and breakfast 🥐

Way too busy with many many people ordering coffee on their Pret subscription. Can't blame them for that but staff seem fairly miserable making hundreds of coffees a day.
