This was fantastic! It was crowded but every food place we visited was quick lines and there was so much selection for gluten free options

It's worth going, try the food, many different flavors of dishes, you can shop for fruits, wines, cheeses, cold cuts. Be careful with your things, it's very crowded. Nice experience

If you love good food Borough Market is a visit when in London. The best sandwich from the Black pig, delicious sausage rolls from Ginger pig, hot cheesy scrumptious grilled cheese from kappacasein dairy, sweet strawberries dressed with chocolate was out of this world.

Despite the hustle and bustle, it's worth it because all the food is very well made. It's worth facing a long line, but in the end it's rewarding.

If you're in London, you have to come here! The food is varied and reasonably priced, considering the UK. The place is very busy, so finding a seat is a challenge. I loved it! Even if you just want to visit! It's multicultural in culinary terms.

One of my main goals when traveling to London was to visit the famous Borough Market. From the fresh and local ingredients to the variety of food choices, there was something there for everyone. The line to the strawberries and chocolate looks long, but trust me, you’ll get through in less than 5 minutes. They have their system down to a science that puts Chick-Fil-A’s drive thru to shame!

Very crowded, mostly tourists but for a reason, the food is very good. There are plenty of vendors and food stalls and one can find some great tasty foods here. Lines are insanely long but the food is worth it.

I came for the £1 oyster 🦪 at Richard Haward’s Oyster! Really fresh and delicious. 🤤

Large market, lots of stalls, large selection, but also very crowded

Excellent open air market with some of the best street foods I’ve ever had not just in London. We went there on a Saturday at around 4 and it was packed. Still, you’ll be able to move around the taste some of the shops. The paella looks to be the highlight as the line was quite long but it took around 15-20 mins in line to get the food which was well worth it. Risotto was also super delicious. It was unfortunate we only had less than an hour cause the market closes at 5pm. Would have also been nice if there were more seating areas to enjoy all the food. Definitely would return next time back in London and spend the whole afternoon here.

May 2025: The market is only getting better, expanding and becoming more diverse, it has so many options, this time we tasted it Crazy mushroom risotto that did not disappoint, chicken pie Buffalo Chicken Crispy And beef empanadas that were really, really delicious For dessert we went for the classics Strawberries and chocolate And it was stunning!!!! There is nothing to say Boro just keeps getting better and better 😍 April 2024: The market is hysterical!!!! Full of energy, people and a lot of delicious and decadent food It was just fun to come back and enhance the experience. We ate buckwheat risotto with lots of mushrooms and it was delicious Highly recommended January 2019: Heaven for oils :-) A lovely area of ​​stalls and boutique shops of good food, meat cheeses and lots of wine. It's worth collecting from several stalls with delicacies and sitting down to eat at the communal tables. It's really nice to come hungry and buy all kinds of food, there is a variety of styles from Indian food to French, South American and a wide variety of seafood. Note that the market closes relatively early. Highly recommended.

Top experience! Must try if you are in London!!!

A fantastic experience! Many different stalls with food from all over the world. There's something for everyone here. However, the area is particularly busy at lunchtime. We particularly enjoyed the seafood paella—it's worth waiting in line for.

We visited on a Wednesday at the end of April. The place was absolutely packed with lines everywhere and nowhere to sit. It did have a huge number of vendors and varieties of food if you like crowds and are looking for something different. Most vendors don't offer seating and we saw a lot of people standing around while they ate, plus sitting on the curbs and on some concrete steps in a courtyard area. We didn't stick around, and went across the street to a place called Honest Burgers. I'll leave a review for that place too.

Many individual stands of varying quality, rather expensive. Everyone is sure to find something to eat here. Strawberries with chocolate are really tasty, but the Black Pig sandwiches were also delicious.

Way too crowded. Couldn’t bring my self to enter…

I finally got the chance to visit Borough Market, and while it’s definitely a famous London spot, my experience was a bit mixed. Even though we went on a weekday, the market was packed. It was really difficult to move around, and finding specific food stalls was way harder than I expected—especially after seeing how easy it looks on TikTok! That said, we did manage to try a few things. The onion bhajis were tasty, we had the apple crumble from Humble Crumble (which lived up to the hype), and we also sampled a lovely selection of cheeses. The quality of the food was definitely there. However, the overcrowded environment made it hard to properly enjoy the experience. I felt rushed and overwhelmed, and I think I would’ve appreciated it more if I visited on a quieter day. It’s a great market in terms of variety and atmosphere, but personally, I don’t think I’d go back. Still, I’m glad I got to experience it once—it’s a memorable part of my London trip.

Going right before Christmas was a bad idea; it was way too crowded..

Possibly one of my favorite places in London for a quick lunch. I have been there several times to taste from various stands and I have always eaten very well. Prices are appropriate for the location and quality (there are only a few places that inflate prices given the popularity online). There can be a bit of chaos at times.

What an adventure to walk through this gourmet market. So many options to buy meats and cheeses, and hand made items. We had several items to make up a meal. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

I recommend a visit for a snack or more. There is international food for everybody: vegan, vegetarian, meat and sea food. Very delicious food for an acceptable price, though it was very crowded at lunch time.
