I guarantee welll be worth the UBER or public transit ride over. This world best food traveler & discover will trek anywhere for the BEST tasting food. Friendly vendors, and lovely clean market. Felt like a true Londoner visiting this GEM. Real London, England UK flavor. Whether you’re craving fresh seafood, baked goods, or international delicacies, you’ll find it here. The weather was bad and it was a weekday Tuesday, so I was worried that there would be no one there and that the market might not be open, but my worries were useless. On the contrary, there were so many people that it was difficult to take a single step. I visited during lunch time and it seemed like there were a lot of people. I had the famous paella and donuts. I ate all of the paella, but it was a lot and cost £10. The line was long but moved quickly. It was my first time tasting it, but I think it would have tasted better if the seasoning had been a little stronger. Although the donuts were cold, they were perfect without any greasy smell. However, the donut was open without a cover and I saw a bee attached to it. I can't say it's very hygienic. The road was complicated and difficult to find, but if you ask the people wearing vests and controlling the crowds where it is, they will tell you where it is.

I was looking forward to trying Terry’s cafe after hearing and seeing good things and we traveled some distance to get there. Unfortunately I left extremely underwhelmed, although you could tell the meat on the full English was of good quality that’s about the only thing I could complement. I felt that the service was quite substandard, We were sat at a table which hadn’t been wiped properly so it was very wet and still had bits of food left all over it. I felt that the server was slow quite ‘slap dash’ very slow to take our order although they were not busy and I felt the server was quite rude when she did come over. We ordered 2 cups of tea which came with the milk already added and with the teabag floating in the cup and I had to ask for a clean cup as one cup was filthy and very stained on the inside. The breakfast came out within minutes, our eggs were undercooked and had to send mine back as can’t stand snotty egg white, they forgot the mushrooms on one of the breakfasts and never asked if we would have liked fresh or tinned tomatoes. The ‘chunky chips’ on the breakfast were clearly frozen chips and were overcooked so didn’t bother eating them. We received tap water in a dirty, chipped glass bottle and one of the side plates had a big chip out of it. Unfortunately I felt quite ripped off so I wouldn’t recommend this place and certainly won’t be returning.
