Great staff , poor product was forced to go elsewhere.

A slice of heaven on a cold winter's evening, had a very tasty hot chocolate and Danish pastry ,good service and plenty of seating although it was busy at 6pm..

Been greeted warmly by Lydia and the managers all with a smile! Good to see genuine people enjoying their work and passing that on to guests! Well done Lydia, you should be rewarded! Mx

We always go there for a coffee as we love Pret quality and we always felt welcomed. However, recently the team has changed and this feeling as well. The Asian girl with black hair at the till (Jasminad - not sure about the spelling) is every time extremely rude and it really looks like she would like to be everywhere else but there. With staff member like this the customer service is really dropping down.

First of all thank you everyone who's working in this company. My concerns today is about cheap indirect packaging is being delivered to the customers 🙂 Recently start to drink ice drinks, bit disappointed by the straws poor quality 😢. Half way cup and finish the way as you can, cause the straw melted and you can't have second cause the manager can't achieve her target regarding indirect packaging. In my opinion it is time to change for a higher quality 👌

All the food was there and hot. Good delivery and he didn’t ask me to go to the street to pick up which is great!

A very bad experience in “Pret”, which I never expected as It is one of the best brand in UK. The blacked hair Asian woman seemed annoyed without any reasons, didnt get what I asked. Also When I asked her “Is this my coffee you made!” She also didn’t look as wellcomed as She should be. I didnt want to write this but It is for the rest of the future customers who may come here for having a coffee break. Since “Pret” is respected, wellreputed shops in Uk, I would like to say if this kind of waiter works in here, They will ruin the business and would loose lots of customers. For creating more dinein business, They should take proper coaching and training to how to talk with all the customers who maybe not white or nor black. Also they started “cleaning” the restaurant inspite of there are still customers who are eating/drinking. This location need proper management set up.

I'm shocked to see the tiny piece of cake that I have recieved. Would like a refund please!

2nd time the restaurant accepted my order then telephones me offereing something cheaper as they never have in stock. the delivery never even arrived in the end and I had to request a refund.

Always great food and this shop in particular got much nicer since the new guy, Liandro joined

Always seek Pret out as somewhere with reliable vegan options which don’t rely on processed faux meats. Choice has been getting limited recently but this branch provided the goods early on a Sunday morning. Tricky to find as inside a multi storey shopping centre but got there eventually..

Could you please start serving gluten free pastry options, there isn’t much for people with intolerance :/ tbh most people are intolerant to gluten now days, they just eat and suffer as they have no time to worry about health when they put work first.

One of the best serving staff there is! Gentleman called King is absolute class!

it was fine but cold. The good thing was thats branch of Pret A Manger did give all the order and gave the correct order. I have had so many issues with not receiving item ordered and Just Eat refusing refund. I now go to the source to get my money.

Love this place, food and service, friendly cheery staff, even the management are lovely but I've recently stopped coming as there are lots flies, as soon as they get on top of them I'll come back. Went on Tuesday afternoon this is week and I couldn't get 5 minutes without a fly landing on me. Hope to return without the pesky flies which I suspect are living in the fixed seating area.

My order took over 30 mins to come from 10 mins away my sandwich was stale and dry and the cheese had spilled out will absolutely never order form here again!!

Most staff are miserable and unfriendly. No smile, no energy and no communication. They even argue with their customers when the customers are disappointed in their attitude problem.

1 guy always screw my order. 3 times this guy give me 3 wrong drink while other employees is right. Today he cost me drink while i have a membership. I debate but he said i should paid for the food. Bro no laksa soup cost 8 pound.

It's a good Pret. I visited over the weekend, and it wasn't too crowded. Plenty of seats, cozy, clean, and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

I don’t understand how can they not have ice on the hottest summer days +30 degrees outside, useless will be cancelling my membership

Needs AC, ice and to turn of the central heating which comes from the powerfully hot lights.

Had a small issue at this place, however the way the Pret Manager listened was really impressive. Mariana was very calm and wasnt at all defensive and made me a really lovely coffee. Thank you Mariana

Im deaf I'm writing about from too good to go today I went to collect , Unfortunately lady manager made me very uncomfortable Because she picked own. I said why I can't choose by own what I like ? She said because I want to take own. This is unfair because I have some allergic some sandwich. She chooses own and gave me which there was allergic for me made me very uncomfortable, I said please I can't this eat. She walked with me to show which I like. But I wasn't very happy about the rest she picked own. Before usually always I choose by own what I like that make me happy. Until now she choose by own Very hard communication for deaf. I can't understand what she said. She keep speaking as I deaf. Of course it was hard to explain that I am allergic. So I was preferred to choose by own not her . It was huge dissapointed. And very uncomfortable She can't make what she want ! Some people have a allergic!!!!!!! I preferred before choose by own this much easier than she choose by own which isn't fair

Order just as it should be. Delivery driver very polite and friendly. Also, responded to instructions of how to find me perfectly.

Great Chai Latte, good place to meet up with friends for a quick coffee, tea and chat!

Every time I’ve ordered from here, food is always available. I receive all my items, unspoiled. They send tissues and cutlery every single time, even when I forget to ask.

Was literally served half cup cappuccino if you remove the foam, the cup was so light. Cancelling the subscription this week for the deterioration in service and attitude of staff.

Another Pret. Making use of that subscription I suppose. Good thing about this branch - they close late (10pm), seating area closes at 9pm. Limited seats available and can be very busy during peak times just by the nature of it’s peak location.

Saw a mouse running across while I was there. Ran from the door to the bin compartments. If that’s what is outside, I’m very worried about the kitchen.

The egg and bacon breakfast roll that is advertised as a full roll in the picture is actually half of a very small baguette. For £5 it is an absolute rip off. False advertising

For the second time in about a month I have either had an item missing or incorrect. They will give credit back for the item but can’t get back the “service charge”. Far too expensive to be receiving service that poor in quality.

Ordered several times from this Pret A Manger on Just Eat recently and had items incorrect or missing altogether. I used to really like this Pret, however it doesn't seem worth it any more especially with increasing prices.

I Asked for a chocolate croissant. This white Eastern European woman serving me goes ‘what do you mean by chocolate croissant?’ Is this a wind up?Are you dumb or what? She didn’t even say thank you or even hand me a napkin. It’s giving me racist vibes. Some staff have a bad attitude.

If this is called a ‘COCONUT HOT CHOCOLATE’, I’d rather prefer having a cup of HOT WATER! Disgusting drink quality as always and no brand standard followed inside this shop. Had to throw in the bin after paying around £3. STAFF NOT WELL TRAINED AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I wish I could give this shop a 0/5 but fortunately they got 1/5 as there’s no other option. SHAME ON THEM!

Good coffee and adequately tasty food!

The staff at this pret always say there is no ice with terrible attitude. However, there are a list of iced drinks from the menu. Sadly it’s the pret that opens late at Canary Wharf. I’ll never come here again as my subscription doesn’t deserve this service and attitude 👎🏼

The bacon roll was just fat. Absolutely disgusting and inedible. £6 for a bread roll filled with fat. Thought Pret was supposed to offer higher quality food. Greggs is better.

Heathrow Airport was "slammed", but I chose this over Starbucks.

Disgraceful that they run out of ice every evening. From 7.30pm onwards, they start shifting focus from service to packing up for the day.

can you please tell to your manager/team leader who worked on 31/08/23 at 15:00 using black shirt not to rush customer to take their drink? was just wearing my jacket when the drink was ready, and the she rushed me to get the drink quickly. i didn't feel really well and just wore it less than 10 seconds. please tell her to have some patience.

As usual pretty much same pret store, always good service and food. My go-to place for a quick breakfast or lunch, you know what you are going to get.

Amazing, they really listen when you ask for a weak latte. I had the best weak latte I’ve ever tasted😊.

I understand that restaurant is a difficult business and dealing with people Is stressful, but when you tell your customers that they can’t eat food that they paired with your food, just because it’s from another store, it sounds terrible. I got food from the store across and had a craving for dessert from Pret. The staff told me I can only eat the dessert and I should stop eating other food right away. And it wasn’t a polite conversation either. The staff was belligerent.

I mean - I had those salmon breakfast sandwich and the bread 🥖 was very chewy and not fresh at all. Thanks fully the garniture was as it was fish! On a good note - my hot drink was well packed but come on guys ! The bread was terrific !
