Los baños estaban sucios. Claramente no se limpia regularmente. La mugre blanca y marrón alrededor de las paredes cerca de los lavamanos, por ejemplo. Cemento en la pared, probablemente en la forma en que solía estar el viejo secador de manos. Ya pues. . . También las sillas altas para bebés son demasiado bajas para sentarse en las mesas. No hay información real sobre cómo incorporar bebés y niños pequeños en esta cadena. Nuestro bebé casi se golpeó la cabeza en la mesa, ya que era demasiado alta en relación con el asiento. Muchos otros lugares lo hacen bien.

Tuve un café con leche rápido aquí hoy, estaba tibio, muy pobre. La 'barista' estaba ocupada mirando la foto de su teléfono celular de sus colegas, así que tal vez era por eso que el café no estaba a la altura. Caffe Nero por la calle es de mejor calidad.

Tables outside all messy, stuffed piled on floors, pidgeons taking advantage ...big yuk. Limited food choice plastic cups wobbly tables

Looks like a quick eat place, but they have a lot to offer. The Mocha and Coffee is the best in Norwich or I should say in Engalnd. Its said the coffee is organic and it tastes so good that we will despise Starbucks.But its tad a bit expensive, may be because its organic :)

I love sitting in here with a coffee and one of their delicious soups! Great for those who are on a health kick

Very good fresh ingredients and very different choices from the norm. Prices are quite expensive but is probably reflected in the quality of the food, It is popular and often difficult to find a seat. Students tend to hang about upstairs, working, so it can make it hard to find a seat.

Walked passed this shop lots . Always looks full . As was today . But much more seating upstairs . Very nice coffee . Very cozy and nice decor .good place to just chill

I love the coffee here. Their soup is soooo good I have the low calorie chicken tastes devine. The staff are always welcoming and service is quick. I like the fact you can sit outside with no-one smoking. A very comfortable setting inside too

Nowadays I believe ll% of the uk population are gluten intolerant. Not as far as Pret A Manger are concerned. My husband and I sat at a table outside this morning and I went in to buy drinks and something to eat. I asked for a latte for my husband and whether their hot chocolate was gluten free. I was told it was not, so I opted for coffee. I then asked what choices they had for a gluten free snack or cake. Nothing was on offer, except popcorn!! There were several prepackaged items by the counter and I asked if the chocolate brownie was gluten free as it usually is in cafes and restaurants, but I was told it was not. The staff seemed totally disinterested. Another member of staff arrived and offered to check their intolerances file, but I declined as I thought it was pointless having been told it was a definite no. We will not go there again.

The food and drinks are excellent with plenty of seating and the staff are always polite and helpful. A bit of effort to cleaning the toilets would be a good idea

Food good value, my coffee warm (may be a personal thing) BUT the male toilet was disgusting. Two cubicles, one out of order, hand dryer that was like a poorly dog breathing over your wet hands and a very visible toilet brush that was beyond belief. I took a picture to show my wife (after we had eaten) as she would not believe my disgust and, she was staggered. Wont attach as photo as disgusting! £20 for coffee and sandwich for 3 is sadly the norm but please spend some of your profit margin on the toilets!

Often pop in for a coffee and a Baguette, carrot cake is simply the best, staff usually always polite and friendly, sometimes the odd exception.

This is one of my favourite places where I can enjoy a nice book in the surrounding of the hustle and bustle of the city.

I am a big PAM fan. However, I picked up 2 take aways on 2 separate occasions in the same week, and found myself not only disappointed with my wrap but actually feeling that perhaps PAM is going downhill, and I might have to resort to finding an alternative place for buying my wraps.

If I ever want a sandwich in Norwich I usually come here. Such a great range of sandwiches, wraps, salads etc. As a vegetarian so good to have wider choice of fillings which are a bit different from the standard cheese or egg! The staff are always friendly and smiley. The only reason for a 4 star rating and not 5 is because they don't serve decaffeinated tea! So I usually take my own tea bag!

Pret a manger do a good selection of food, but I find some to be very bland and extremely overpriced. I recently visited and it cost over five pounds for a sandwich. Its okay but inn my opinion very overpriced.

Stopped at Pret A Manger for coffee and cake. Normally a Costa drinker but fancied a change. I wish we had a Pret in our town as the coffee was very nice and the cake very good both nice and fresh. Will keep an eye out for a Pret in future. Staff very polite and busy serving and keeping the place clean as this branch is big. It would be nice if some people made a effort to not make so much a mess but thats asking too much these days unfortunately.

I need to say how happy we were yesterday to order and sit down to drink perfect Latte's and falafel salads. Simple foods for a healthy lunch, but very fresh and plenty of it! We were very impressed and highly recommend this place and definitely will return.

Had a lovely Salad at Pret in Norwich. It's many years since I have called at one of these restaurants and it was nice surprise. Fast convenient and much better than a burger. Will now call again in other towns

I had the Strawberry and Banana Smoothie and my wife had the Americano with hot milk. My drink was ok, but nothing out of the ordinary. My wife's drink was just what you would expect from a coffee chain: decidedly average.

Centrally positioned in Norwich the Pret a Manger is a good place to go for a fast meal. The only problem is that it gets so crowded because of its popularity.

Excellent quality, fresh, tasty. Soups also very good. Pleasant coffee better than some of those coffee chain places .

Met a friend in here after work on Saturday for a coffee and a catch up, had two coffees each and they were really nice. It's a nice location with a mixture of conventional tables, sofas and barstool seating.

We visit Pret quite a lot and the staff are always friendly and obliging. Whilst mentioning the staff its fair to say that the company seems to keep its staff as most are familiar faces and have been there a while. This is nice to see. The products for sale are always first class and super fresh and although sometimes busy the place is a very nice break whilst in the city. For the warmer times there is out side seating also.

I go there because of the healthy dan daily foods. Croissant are one of the best I have ever eaten and coffees are also good 👍👍

Pret A Manger always seems to draw me in with their delicious food. They offer a great selection of beverages, healthy hand made snacks, salads, sandwiches, wraps etc. Recommend popping in at some point!

Very pleased the babychinno's are back on the menu. Stopped by Christmas Eve for a filter coffee and my usual almond croissant. I sat upstairs which as usual was very clean with plenty of seating. Staff always friendly. My dad is now also a regular!

Regular visitor to Pret, Norwich. Service is very quick and friendly. Although the food is the standard Pret range, I've never once had a bad coffee/tea/sandwich/cake. The food is always fresh with no complaints. The reason I visit this one is the comfortable surroundings. I can easily waste an hour upstairs sipping coffee, reading the newspaper in a comfortable, relaxed, warm environment.

I feel this restaurant is undervalued. I visited this restaurant yesterday at noon to beat the 1:00 rush. The choices are so tempting it is hard to decide what to eat. I chose a Tuna Melt, Veggie Crisps and Peach and Green Tea. It was so delicious and such good value. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Each Pret I visit is always good. It is so nice to have a healthy and quick option for lunch. I also admire the company for being green. The Tuna I ate was line caught so I could enjoy it in the knowledge that it was responsibly harvested. Great chain!

Pret....why have you taken the free childs milky coffee away. For me this was a reason for coming in and choosing you over other coffee shops in the city.

We always try to find a Pret wherever we go. This one in Norwich has got plenty of seating and we sat upstairs in a very comfortable setting.

We went here in our Trip Advisor group. the brownies were lovely, and the berry smoothie was very nice. chocolate muffin was also good... one of us was not served because the counter was so big, she could not see her.

It was my husbands birthday Saturday so we popped in for a quick cheeky coffee and croissant. Having been in several times before (I was the first person to add this coffee shop to TA) I didn't know until Saturday that if you have children they actually give free babychinnos :-) My kids were thrilled. This is a great addition for parents and one Pret really should make obvious to parents.

Cramped seating, chairs crushed together, no room for buggies (we didn't have one, but got bashed and pushed about as one tried to manoeuvre between the seats! No toilets downstairs for people who couldn't manage the stairs....what's that all about? Coffee always good, but seasonal food overpriced I.e. £1.30 for a mince pie! And as for the offer, who goes to Pret for a filter coffee or tea-the drinks available with the mince pie offer!

As most reviews claim, Pret has a good and consistent range of food, the coffee NEVER lets you down and is always great. The advertising posters in store - Very clever.

Good location in centre of town, usually pretty full but has two floors and an outside sitting area (non-smoking). Standard Pret A fare so you know what to expect ... good for people watching and catching a breath while shopping.

We sat outside Pret a Manger in the sunshine. It isn't cheap but the rolls were good. Two of us had Cheese and pickle and one had chicken and avocado. It is a good place for a quick lunch.

Wife and I called in for a quick bite as we often do and for the first time with P a M I felt ripped off. I chose a bacon and chicken baguette which looked to be stuffed with bacon so much that it was hanging out the side of the bread. When I got upstairs and unwrapped it however, the bacon on show was the only bacon. There was a layer of leaf hanging out and some very small pieces of meat had been carefully supported on it. A further inspection revealed the tiniest piece of chicken inside so that really I had chosen was bread n leaf. It was horrible. I have seen the misleading trick of making rolls etc look fuller than they are by showing what little filling there is with other less reputable traders, but never expected it from such a co. as this.

I often come to Pret at lunchtime to buy my lunch as I know the food is always good. Firstly I am very disappointed that the warm chicken jalepno wrap has been taken off the menu and secondly a certain member of staff (I believe her name is Maria) is very rude and abrupt and not just with me...today I witnessed her being rude to someone else banging on the counter to a customer because she didn't know how to put her card on the card reader to do a contactless payment if it was me I would have put my items down and walked out!

My first visit with a friend for coffee and cake was so good that I went there again with another friend later the same day for a £2.20 salad. Lovely large cup of filter coffee for 99 p. Superb value. My future coffee stop in the city. Pleasant staff in comfy surroundings. Wonderful. Fast service too.

What I like about this place is that the food is consistent in quality even after going here for years A bit pricey for some meals but never had a bad meal in years of going

Visited again on Saturday, served really quickly. Assistants always really happy. All sofas/tables were taken downstairs, but upstairs there was plenty of room.

I love this place. A fresh filter coffee (large mug aswell) for 99p is great. The atmosphere is always pleasant and the place is always clean. You must try an almond crossaint - these are lovely.
