Really poor quality cappuccino, the foam disappeared after one stir. The size lux smaller that I expected ( large)

Best coffee in Norwich and my son loves the chocolate box brownie.

Great coffee and the bar in the evening is just as good.

The best place in Norwich for people watching! (Does that sound creepy?) Consistently really good coffee, a nice selection of soft drinks and wines. Only tried a few of their cakes and savouries as they're often sold out and possibly don't have the largest/most tempting selection compared to other places, but what they do have is decent. Also, good service with a smile.

Been coming to Marzano since it opened. Great spacious cafe, friendly staff and great food and drinks. Chloe is always especially lovely! Sam.

staff are always super helpful, had the butternut squash soup the other day and it was so tasty :) 5 stars all around, couldnt fault the service at all! see you soon :)

Excellent staff, welcoming space for families with young children.

This is a nice cafe, but we were told we aren't allowed to sit in except if we bought something(the cafe was completely empty). Next time we came, we ordered something and sat, we were told to leave even after ordering something because only one of us ordered. It's ridiculous.

It’s a great location & serves nice stuff, but yesterday (Wednesday 4th October 2023) both people serving food & drink at the counter were grubby - dirty fingernails, lank, greasy hair, nose-rings in noses that seemed to be dripping. Is it too much to ask for staff to have a better standard of cleanliness? Back today, Thursday, and 4 different servers who looked as if they’d washed - so it can be done.

Lovely atmosphere for a bite to eat in a city centre location. Staff are all friendly and efficient. The lovely manager was helping her team and giving attention to the customers

Lovely drinks and a very chill, slightly queer vibe that is incredibly welcoming.

A open place to sit, always lots of people and the paninis are good and lots to choose from. Can be very busy sometimes so staff often seem quite rushed (but it can't be helped). The cakes are also quite good and the cookies are delicious. A good study place.

Lovely lady unfortunately I didn't catch her name, soft brown blonde bob and glasses but she was very helpful. First time mum and unsure where to sit when breastfeeding. Calmed my nerves having individuals like herself who brought over my food and coffee and the glass of water was much appreciated.

Have been here several times before. On this occasion I had a cheese scone and a mocha which was decaffeinated.

Only had drinks, but it's a lovely setting in Norwich

Nice central location. Staff friendly enough but tables not cleared and wiped and food was mediocre at best

Rude staff! Shouted at for sitting outside having bought drinks yet daughter was eating a bag of crisps purchased elsewhere. The member of staff couldn’t even come over and speak but shouted from across the seating area at us! Plenty of tables available so can’t see the harm done given we were the only ones sitting outside with 10 or more free tables on a cold Tuesday evening! Won’t return!

I came here with a friend earlier and I've been here before every now and again. The atmosphere is quite relaxed, giving classic coffee shop vibes with music playing quietly in the background. I usually always get the cans of water but my friends say the coffees and drinks are pretty good :) Overall a nice place, I'll come here again 👍

5 stars just on service alone absolute delight. I had the pleasure of being served by Ryan today who went over and above with service offering to bring my coffee to me and also bringing a glass of water without me even asking but I did know i was in desperate need of it after running in with baby in my arms and shopping in the other as the weather had taken a turn for the worst. Very attentive staff who really do look after there customers every time I've been served in here its been by the most caring and happy people. I only just grabbed my reciept with his name on it before rushing out again so hopefully I have the right person. So just wanted to say thank you again.

As is commonplace there is little for people who have to avoid as much sugar, salt and saturated fat as possible.

Great place for pre theatre drink or coffee. Never feel uncomfortable as a lone woman here at night as opposed to some other places.

This is a great place to get some work done and watch the world go by. Highly recommended

My husband David and me had a lovely coffee and cake on sat when we visited Norwich lovely staff and very friendly .

Went for a coffee and a slice of cake, fine, no issues, good service, only thing that is really disappointing is the toilet... I think is the worst, disgusting and unhygienic place I have been, especially when the business is located in a landmark place, The Forum, really shameful. This coffee place is overrated!!!

My favourite central caffe in Norwich. Always buzzin always great positive vibes there. I stop there either with my hole family for a quick snack or on my own.

Vegan sausage roll is very nice and the iced coffee is too :-)

I had my first coffee at Marzano the day they opened and am still a regular. Good coffee, good food and lovely staff always. Plus a wonderful view! My very favourite place to meet friends in Norwich.

Marzano has to be one of my favourite coffee spots in Norwich. Brilliantly placed with an epic view of the city centre. Competitively priced. The food is nice but I particularly like the coffee. The staff are attentive but not overbearing, but a special shout out for Chloe who always make our visits extra special. Worth a visit if you are in town

Came in and had a coffee the other day, such a lovely experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly and chatty and the coffee was absolutely delicious. This place makes you feel very welcome as soon as you walk through the front door! Will definitely be returning!

Stellar place to grab a coffee in town! Always our number one place to pop into when we're out and about, my partner and I need a spot that's perfect for us to take a break and just let the world go by. The team are always super friendly and always helpful if we need anything, never feels like anything is too much for them. Met a friend here for a coffee and a catch up and really impressed. One of the best oat milk latte's I've had for a while and the vegan sausage roll was amazing! Staff were very friendly and efficient too.

We often come in to Marzanos when in the city as there is easy access for my disabilities! The staff, especially ‘little Lucy’ are always happy to help and offer to carry the tray for me. Best coffee in Norwich!! Would highly recommend.

This place was absolutely amazing, quality service and cappuccino was a perfect temperature. The staff were lovely and friendly. The restaurant was lovely to eat in and I enjoyed the experience.

Been going here for years. Central location with best outside seating area anywhere in Norwich. Staff are very friendly, welcoming & efficient, they work hard too! Good selection of snacks & drinks which are reasonably priced. Great place to visit & would not go anywhere else! Well done to all of you, a GREAT team.

Fantastic coffee, and a great selection of cakes. I was spoiled for choice, but eventually went for the chocolate brownie, which was very tasty. The service was quick and the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. With a lovely view of the city while sitting outside it is a great spot to sit and people watch.

I've been to this Bar Marzano, lots of times over the years but my experience last week has put me off personally. The service is always good and fast and the seating area is clean. My wife ordered tea and myself a cappuccino. The tea was lovely, but my cappuccino was extremely hot and the coffee was burnt. I was going to complain but didn't have time. I shouldn't need to complain though, as a place like this should know how to make a cappuccino properly. This was the second time in 6 weeks this has happened and for the expensive price there's better places in Norwich for coffee.

Wow, just wow! I’m absolutely blown away with the kindness and care that I received. Food and coffee was delicious. There was one handsome lad who was very polite and was helping people left right and centre, a real credit to the place. I didn’t catch his name but he was a young ginger lad. I will be returning soon to try their selection of cakes which I didn’t get to try this time but they look amazing none the less.

Cafe Bar Marzano is a great place to meet up for a coffee as it’s right in the middle of town. The staff are lovely and friendly and always offers to help carry trays over. Great selection of alternative milks such as coconut, oat and soya. I highly recommend

Always love this place! Without fail, genuinely helpful and efficient service, great selection of food, hot and cold beverages, a bar selling alcohol and lots of seating. As a bonus, they also close quite late, so a great place to meet up with friends or just grab a cuppa xx

Nice food but really didn’t enjoy my drink… nice lip stick marks on my glass, I wasn’t wearing lipstick. Pretty unhygienic and just generally grim.

Friendly spacious coffee bar in central Norwich. Try this instead of the formulaic and pricey Caffe Nerd and Costa lot for sludge pretending to be Italian coffee.

There's always a question, the coffee's "ok" but the whole place is overpriced and if the displayed prices are wrong they'll over charge (not legal)...

Best coffee I had there since open about 15yrs ago. Normally don't go there as not brilliant but this time was good. Sunny day too so can seat outside when possible
