Just visted costa to find out there closed when the door and website say 6 30 and we got there at 6

Nothing arrived! I waited two hours and no show. It was "being delivered" for 90 mins!

The only issue I have with this branch is it's lack of what's on the list. I've ordered at different times of the day/week and it always seems to have lots of things, usually the same, unavailable.

Busy but staff friendly and efficient

I had the worst flat white coffee I’ve ever tasted in my life today, normally not bad but had to share so they can do something about the lad working in there today, needs training!!

Left out the syrup i had paid extra for in one lattes and thus gas happened twice now

Really rude delivery driver.My address was wrong and he was really rude over the phone because he went to the wrong address but there wasn’t a proper address.So my question is,why didn’t he call me before leaving Costa.He was really unprofessional

Two weeks in a row with no tea cakes. How hard can it be to get them?

I have been to this costa a couple of times and neither of them times have i felt so uncomfortable until today. The lady who served us was MISERABLE, and i get it working in a coffee shop is hard and draining, but when a customer is polite back to rudeness you don’t continue being snappy.

Visited this store today and experienced awful service. The cashier was quite rude, her face twisted in an unfriendly expression, and she spoke in a low, dismissive tone. She ignored my instructions completely—I had asked for three items to be packed to go, and the rest to be for dining in, but she put everything in takeaway containers.

Earlier delivery than expected and quality service

What an amazing team at sweet briar. Raheem, Lake and others, they are polite, fun and bubbly. They were respectful to all customers of all ages.

Took 1 hour and 10 mins to get to which the driver said it was the apps fault. Rubbish service especially after paying £20 for 4 items and tye delivery and service charge Will not use again

Allowed 4 people on table smoking just outside doors and caused me to have a very bad experience.....if your asthmatic or have a lung condition walking through billows of smoke to get in isn't appealing....when I spoke with manager and asked if they could be moved along or the tables nearest doors outside be non smoking the answer was defensive and said it wasn't policy.......then simply change the policy to the recommended 20/30 feet away as giving people asthma attacks isnt good customer service...... Health above habit....

Both the toasties were cold, and one wasn’t the one I ordered! Driver ignored notes on the ticket too.

The food should be put in a bag that contains heat, not a paper one. my toastie was cold and hard due to this.

Driver delivered my food and just left it outside without making ANYONE aware. Food is now cold

Put instructions in the box at the end about coffee as didn't have options to make a coffee weaker and the Costa staff didn't read it so coffee was too strong to drink

I would ideally like to give the staff at this Costa many more stars than 5. My mother had a funny turn and was quite poorly. They went above and beyond to help her. I can't thank them enough for their kindness, efficiency and compassion. They deserve a pay rise for how they dealt with the situation!! Thank you once again. 😊

Cheese toastie was stone cold, so good job the latte was ordered as extra hot otherwise that would’ve been cold too - very disappointed

Item quality is abysmal is because I didn't receive almost half of my order. There was no contact to say if the items were unavailable and if there was anything we wanted as a replacement if they were out of stock so everything should be here and delivered.

we ordered the nacho cheese toasties however due to them being out of stock where sent cheese and ham however there is a price difference so would like to be refunded the 90p please

Usual Saturday aftet shopping. Service is always amazing, food and drinks are too. But today...wow the salted caramel frappe is the best one l have ever had. It was perfect. I cant remember the name of the guy that made it but he needs to be complimented. Thank you for making my lunch more enjoyable.

All was good other than they gave me a pack of cookie and cream bites with a 50% off sticker on after id payed full price hahaha

The iced caramel whipped latte had no coffee it in. I’ve ordered it before many times but for some reason this time it was just milk with some syrup and no coffee.

Absolutely love this place. My social worker and I go for coffee afternoons here and food is always on top and coffee or whatever I drink is amazing would reccomend

This is definitely a nice happy place of mine, whether I'm able to sit indoors or just in the car (depending on anxiety). I've always loved the drinks here and there's never anyone there that is annoying in any way

Nice large space, comfy seating by the windows and extra seating outside for fine weather days. Small selection of food that's quite honestly way over priced but the coffee (and large selection of other beverages) is good quality and priced about the same as other coffee chains. Worth a visit when shopping at Sweetbriars.

Delivery driver called to say he had arrived at my husbands workplace, I said I'd let him know to come out however no one was there. Order not left outside either and no way to contact driver back. Lady in Costa however was very helpful in resolving my issue, and order eventually gratefully received, thanks to the shop.

We ordered two salted caramel frappe with coffee. It may well have been two iced coffee as you couldn’t taste the salted caramel.

I don’t understand what the issue is with this restaurant if you don’t have the order then cancel it it’s not fair that I have to wait for a refund stop accepting orders you cannot fulfil

I had to explain to the rider that riding his bike down our alley could be dangerous to pets. We have lost a cat due to it being hit by a moped. He answered “it’s ok I’m a professional!” Which was not the reaction I would have expected!

Paid £5.50 for an egg and bacon brioche bun and literally got sent an empty roll ridiculous service

Lovely coffee shop, just not any fresh gluten free options but it's still nice to pop in and have a coffee.

The coffees turned up in a wet bag, as soon as they were handed to me the bottom of the bag went and both coffees hit the floor, driver wasn’t bothered. Won’t be ordering anymore rather go to Starbucks

I would like a refund on this purchase. I ordered at 7.13am as initially the delivery time was 7.30 - 7.50 am. It then changed to 7.50 - 8.10 am as there was no drivers. this time then never changed. I left for work at 8.30 am and still no driver had been assigned. It arrived at 8.48 and I had left, food was left in my front garden. Terrible online service. I tried to phone just eat but its all done online and then tried to phone Costa but it kept dialling out. I rated the food quality one because after nearly ten hours in the front garden it wasn't it's best.

The toasted cheese and ham sandwich was very dry and hard

Someone said recently this location was newly refurbished.....nor convinced this is true as the place whilst generally clean didn't sparkle as you would expect. As for service, dropped another star for this....OK, times are rough and working life isn't always fun but any chance of a smile with the service? Both women behind counter had faces more akin to a wet day in winter at the seaside.....and when asked about croissants all I got was a grunt and told no, there arnt any. At that point (1045) delivery arrived with fresh cakes etc.....would have been nice if they had suggested I wait for a few minutes. I think next rime its the M&S cafe across the retail park where at least the staff looked happy!

Ordered from a few different Costas but this was the best one. The coffees arrived with no spills and the lids were actually secure, the biscuits were still intact and the coffees were marked as to which was which (which not a lot of places seem to do). The food was lovely too.

Can't stand Costa Coffee outlets. If I wanted not very good coffee served up in a soup bowl with a tiny handle them I would go there, but I don't.

Several of the staff were wearing their face masks on their chins even those that came out into the seating area. The exception was the young lady who cleaned the tables and chairs so thoroughly it was impressive I would give her 5 stars.

Order 2 medium and 1 large Americano, came as 3 medium Americano. Checked the receipt, we did pay for 2 medium and 1 large Americano, though. I wondered how many of this type of mistake they make per day. Do check yourself. After all speedy service can not guarantee no mistake.

This Costa is well positioned with lots of good seats and welcoming staff.

We had coffee at your SweetBriar branch today 10/11/21. It was busy as 2 other cafes on the park (M&S and Ikea) have closed. We were really impressed by the way your staff were working. Tables were being regularly cleared and cleaned and counter staff were very efficient in keeping the queue and waiting time to a minimum and as a result everyone seemed happy and contented and enjoying the ambiance. Well done

I like Costa coffee, but I is so sad, especially around COP 26, that the company have decided to end the 25p reusable Cup discount.
